@virginmedia I cannot expand, there is 6 weeks worth of issues to discuss and last night, I was told the agents I have spoken to have not put notes on the system so that’s my fault, I am a liar and policy means you’ve done nothing wrong. I need someone to contact me.

@virginmedia @Edo1991 U say down detector is third party but they are easier to actually report to than your actual company&even the @Independent are writing articles already. I suggest you tweet a response with reason&expected fixed time. Considering I dont know anyone that isnt having issues! Grrr

@Tomstevensuk @virginmedia That's ok mate @skytv the broadband where I live has slowed granted down to the now heavy use but my bill has gone up by about 50%. Seriously fee like these providers take the mick out of us! Charging me £150 a month for their services, jog on! Im a working man not a rich man!

@virginmedia I lost access to email on Monday. I called your support line on Monday and Tues and got nowhere. On Wednesday I was told someone would call back in 48 to 72 hours. Nothing. Now I'm told someone will call me in 5 working days! Surely you can do better than this 😫
