    And I know others are having the same issue and yet according to the @virginmedia tech staff there are no issues and even on the websites service checker, claims there is no issues either.

    @virginmedia We had the tech come in today and looks like he was able to work out the issue. Appears that the old NTL junction boxes we had were at the ends of their life’s and he replaced them for us. Will keep an eye to make sure it stays stable now.

    Anyone else started to get dodgy scam calls from people claiming to be from Virgin Media and now BT? Offering discounts on both but require personal details etc. Just sounds really unprofessional, poor quality.

    @virginmedia As I said right at the beginning, in the region of 350 mbps. I have had nothing but internet and wifi drop outs over the last couple of days. Only had the connection since 01/10/2021 so maybe its time to cancel and give BT a try, they couldn’t give a worse service than this

    @virginmedia It’s never eligible, too little to late. No accountability for loss of productivity based on a compensation policy to safeguards-suppliers, frustrate consumers. Have you ever successfully got any? Do you have public information on volumes, frequency, amount vs number of outages?
