    @virginmedia Oh an engineer eventually came out and fixed it. Make matters worse you've put the price up from £38 to £50.50. The £5 Doesn't even cover that. We were told we'd get a full months refund now anyone we ring denies they even have it on record that we had an issue.

    Best part of a week trying to cancel my @virginmedia 1st using their online facility, to no avail, and then Whatsapp for the last few days. If I was a cynical individual I’d say it’s deliberately difficult so you just give up and stay with them. Terrible customer service!

    Don't buy from @O2 or @virginmedia they missold their volt service, never sent the sim card, have fraudulently taken money from my bank account & now send me letters threatening me with a collection agency. I've been in store & on the phone for weeks, lied to & not helped. 🧵
