    @virginmedia @Kabatan7 Oh bollocks. You gave me the same "busier than normal" line in January. Hopelessly understaffed "customer service" for all of the last 10 years. That's why you didn't remotely challenge my case with @CISASUK, just paid compensation. 1/2

    Made a few mistakes in my life but changing to @virginmedia from @skytv has got to be the best slap in the face ever 11 hours of the final @PGATOUR and it stops recording hole 18 putting absolute shite service #NeverAgain

    @virginmedia how many days without WiFi before I get real help it’s M11 MCR it’s been 3 days now .. only had it back for 3 weeks prior to that it was off everyday for hours for roughly a month it’s driving me INSANE because there’s NO REAL people to speak to gotta go work now!!

    @virginmedia your customer service is appalling! After more than 20mins, I finally spoke to someone who confirmed an engineer had been booked. When I checked via chat today I was told no appointment had been made and after a further 30mins offered an appointment a week later.

    @virginmedia Having now wired the TV in via an ethernet powerline kit, the problem is definitely with the Internet, I'm afraid... as the Chromecast on the WiFi system in the same tv is cutting out periodically when the TV isn't. Do you do WiFi boosters or something similar?

    @virginmedia 2nd Friday in a row the broadband in our area goes down for the entire day in M14.I’ve been tracking this and have registered loss of service AGAIN. Currently Hot spotting off mobile as WFH!Can someone pls advise what the issue is & what’s being done 2resolve ASAP?

    Since the latest updates my @LGUK TV keeps losing signal. It could be a coincidence and our @virginmedia broadband might be being rubbish, but the disconnections at random are getting tiresome.

    @cliffchapman @LGUK @virginmedia It'd be a challenge as the broadband is upstairs in the front of the house and the TV is downstairs at the back. But the connection has been v reliable... and seems to be elsewhere on other devices. The TV also keeps losing my Galaxy S10 signal too, so I think it's the problem.

    @mouthwaite @EE Virgin In particular are absolutely awful I’ve been paying full whack for fast BB yet it’s off more than it’s on so infuriating especially when you’re attempting to work from home! Absolutely poor service all round from Virgin media

    @virginmedia I know the box is faulty. It doesn’t take a rocket engineer to know a endless boot loop. No matter what remote tests you can do the HARDWARE is faulty and needs replacing. Pleas e please please help me

    @virginmedia I didn't bother looking. My train is once per hour so when I realise there was an issue I tried to resolve it in usual ways, no progress, by this time had to leave for station as needed to be able to work today. Its normally pretty reliable but this happens from time to time.

    @virginmedia I’ve contacted twice to resolve connection issues which appear to be signal related. We have tried booster 1& told we need to try upto 3. Please can you contact me to arrange this! As we are paying top price and not able to access this. I renege on calling again!

    @virginmedia Aaaaarrrrggghh I've checked that link multiple times daily since 8 Sept. Often shows outage in N19 but promises restoration of service by 3pm. NEVER happens. Don't want to be given false hope by service status if engineer and VM updates to neighbours correct.

    @ExpressoNorwich @virginmedia Hello, I am sorry to hear this, can you please call this number 0800 052 0800 and then option 3, this will get you through to the faults team to investigate why the number is not working.
