    @SonosSupport Built a guest network for my Ring system but the Sonos is on the main network with all of the phones, laptops etc. Nothing has changed in terms of security etc - I'm not convinced that my Virgin Media equipment is not at fault, but literally everything else in the house is fine!

    @DebbyLewinton1 @virginmedia Same here in North Manchester. Been intermittent since 5 December, fix tomorrow apparently. Of course they don’t communicate directly to you, only found that out by ringing them. Had enough, moving to Sky in new year.

    Really dissapointed with virgin media 'service'. Taking over £500 in one month from our dad who has dementia. Thought we had sorted it out yesterday then today they once again cutt off his TV lifeline so now he can't watch TV. Going to set him up with SKY TV

    @virginmedia I upgrade to v5 router but now need Wi-Fi pods resetting but I need to give serial numbers of pods but a) these are long details b) your call quality from 150 is crap and difficult for either to hear… I tried using WhatsApp comms but no tech available! Any ideas??

    @Virgin took £115 out of my account at the beginning of the month yet they cut me off. I’ve sent proof of my bank statement saying they have took it yet they are saying it hasn’t been paid. No one can put me in touch with anyone who can help me @virginmedia your a joke
