Phoned the help and the best they can do is offer me an engineer when I have to take time off work. £41 p/m for terrible internet speed and now the box isn’t working. Absolute joke.

I have 2 properties in the one block I requested one of them to be disconnected! VM disconnected both the tenant is now screaming at me as she works from home 😡😡

Called again last week and guy changed price but had actually changed my package. Thought sorted today but no my channels have been moved on to a basic package and BB reduced 🤬

If you don't have a classic TV service like Sky or Virgin media, which many don't, you're only option is rubbish NowTV sports pass for over £30 a month!!!
