@virginmedia The reboot only works until it goes down again so it doesn’t really ‘work’. Anyway, I spent 40 minutes on the phone yesterday and they’re sending me a new router, hopefully that will sort the problem out. Cheers

@virginmedia The other issue your engineer was in yesterday surely he would have checked these things out ? Personally i dont think he was very experienced or didnt know how to do his job properly.

@virginmedia A lady told me two weeks ago it would be sorted end of the week. I rang again a lady said she would contact manager and ring me back that day. Never happened, I will can take complaint to next level and then the independent complaints ombudsmen. Virgin complaints procedure poor

@virginmedia I have an issue with my wifi signal being weak upstairs - until last 2 mths it was perfectly fine. However it’s impossible to speak with anyone - I don’t want the automated system or a broadband check as service is fine it’s just range. Unhappy customer

@virginmedia Hi. There’s no fault recorded in the area and I have run diagnostics which came back ok. Third outage today this one has been off for 15 minutes so far. Obviously rebooted hub and PC. This is becoming more frequent

@virginmedia PC is Ethernet into Superhub3 but laptop is WiFi. It’s broadband going down completely not just WiFi. This has been ongoing for several weeks albeit not this bad. Kind of lived with it until today

@virginmedia You couldn't make this incompetence up - had another call, chasing 2 mths costs for a phone not used in over 2 yrs, unable to cancel via website or previous Twitter conversation, and then cuts me off. It's a mthly sim only, if I don't use it don't charge me - simples.

When you’re on the phone to @virginmedia to sort a broadband issue get placed on “hold” while the customer advisor “speaks to a colleague” to be informed the offices are now closed! Absolutely appalling customer service!!! And still haven’t sorted the issue 🙄🙄🙄🙄

@virginmedia Nothing that springs to mine, but ive never known it to constantly drop off, some of the reasons the operators are giving me are silly and I told the lady it was rubbish.. im sorry but I am fed up of ringing every day and getting nowhere. I think i will have to move broadband

Just put another complaint into Virgin Media about the fact that my original complaint from the 22/04/21 has not been dealt with and no details of when it will be if ever. I complained about having to make over 13 phone calls all lasting at least 20 minutes and 2 engineer visits

@virginmedia Last week, you booked an engineer call out & then cancelled it the day before because the problem miraculously fixed itself despite it being nothing to do with your service. It's funny every time we see a random virgin media van anywhere nearby, within hours there is a change!

@virginmedia This is how my service is going so far. 29th Dec - 1st install date. Internal install done but external cabling not installed correctly (NO SERVICE).Informed there's a blockage and a 3m trench would need to be dug to sort it. Even though the cable runs overhead!

It’s now been nearly SIX WEEKS since @virginmedia first attempted to connect us up to their broadband. We’ve had three engineer visits and one no show. This ineptitude and abject customer service has cost me three days of work and an inflated mobile bill from using mobile data.

@virginmedia They used to work but since Friday I’ve had this problem. Your team sent me out a brand new pod today, guess what - it’s the same problem. I think the hub 4 is the problem. I wish I never changed from the hub 3 to 4.
