@virginmedia over the last month we have had to put up with no phone lines for over a week, due to a **** up #virginmedia made, lost 1000s in business. Now no broadband for 2 days. Can't take care payments and to sign up to smart trade and pay additional fees. Shit firm avoid!!

@virginmedia Its affecting everything. I only use wireless cause I have no cable for wired connection. Dont expect your money on the 2nd👍🏼 our hub is just constantly flashing green and has been down over an hour and I've tried multiple things. Dont know why I used to big virgin up tbh

@virginmedia That is the problem. No one serms to be able to give me an answer. Also, May I suggest that the customer service/fault centre are able to communicate effectively in spoken English since I'm a British customer. I confirmed my password 3 times using the phonetic alphabet.
