    @virginmedia We have tried adding a new service and thinking of leaving as none of the others apply and there is no option to call for upgrading. Your automatic service is not helpful and it would be easier to just go through to speak to someone.

    @virginmedia Hi John Thank you for offering to assist. Internet is no better. Unstable and keeps dropping out cannot work from home as it cannot keep up with demands nor can my son effectively work online for school. Service in 2021 as poor as it was throughout 2020 🙄

    @virginmedia I have twice called to discuss the price of my package & twice, after eventually speaking to someone, they attempt to transfer me to customer services but cut me off. I've been with Virgin for over a decade but I'm being penalised for my loyalty. Please help

    @virginmedia The issue is some of the ports in the back don't work, we get occasional dips in the internet's which some days don't reach the amount we pay for and the webpage says we can upgrade our hub but can only be done on the phone to see we can't get hold of anyone.

    @Vyvyan_punk @virginmedia yep — bouncing around here on M500 plan — 500+ down and jumps between 0.59 and 28mbps up. Zero help from @virginmedia apart from running speedtests

    Thanks to @virginmedia they install new broadband which worked for about 5 minutes. Now nothing. Follow all instructions to fix. Waited 5 hours this morning for the privilege and now 1 hour on phone still on hold Should have paid attention to the terrible reviews #wastedmyday 🤬

    @virginmedia and just like that, 522 and 0.73mbps again. How do I book an engineer @virginmedia? — I’ve done all the checks; rebooted my network; the hub, I’ve tested on multiple devices WiFi, Wired; direct from the hub and the problem remains — drop outs, poor upload speeds.

    Just want to recommend that people don’t go with @virginmedia for their broadband I’ve been trying to leave for 2 weeks and ‘they’re very sorry to hear that how can we help ?’ Just let me cancel for goodness sake’s

    @virginmedia Yeah. Done all that a number times. I've spoken to tech support. Awaiting an engineer call. I'll leave this conversation here. Appreciate your attention but running those tests will just get me to the book an appointment or thrown out. I've run them a lot. Thanks. Ttfn

    @virginmedia I have done all of this multiple times and nothing has come up. Today has been particularly bad where I lose signal every 5 minutes. I don’t need to keep doing the troubleshooting steps, I need a new router or an engineer

    @leonagraham @virginmedia with it in, I only had my living room bedroom, my problem was had my pc connected to secondary socket (due to layout of room) & they only offer support to master socket.     @leonagraham @virginmedia Virgin tried this with us when we contacted trading standards we got back the hours added together and had 6 days in total deducted from our bill they are not providing the service they put on their contract 😑😑

    @leonagraham @virginmedia Your hub looks like its connected to the network. Try removing all (if any) ethernet cables from the back and do a factory pinhole reset (hold the pin in the hole for approx 30 seconds) then give it about 10 minutes to see if it comes on with the white light solid
