Promised me I’d get a call, but didn’t. I phoned tech support, they promised a call in 4 hours. Guess what THEY DIDNT EITHER.

The Fix time is estimated for 12pm Tomorrow(Engineer) I cannot watch TV Now it keeps going On & Off😱😫

Rodney Smith (@SmithRodwsmith1) reported from Cumnor, England@virginmedia I’ve been looking into this problem & the TV is all Connected to my Virginmedia Internet then it suddenly disconnects from the Internet & then this is why it goes back to my TV Homescreen then i go back into settings & wireless network click on this & then it’s returns & works🤪?

They Admit there’s a prob, OUT IT ON YOUR WEB THEN, don’t have thousands ringing up 💩service!
