    @virginmedia No service issues and my other half has said the ping test hard wired by an Ethernet cable is coming back with 0.11’s 0.3 0.5 0.31. The house we are in is a small 2 up 2 down and devices drop out intermittently, it’s really annoying.

    Well after many many years of being a @virginmedia customer today I finally cancelled my contract. It’s totally disgusting how much they charge. ie £115 a month & saying it was going to go up another £5

    @virginmedia Usually around 21:30 to 23:00 it will happen randomly and if I don’t revoot the hub it takes 10-20mins to work again, i have hub 3 would it be worth upgrading to the newest one if it fixes the problem.
