Maybe more training or better systems are needed. Just saying Sky took about 3 minutes to cancel BT sports for me a year or so ago #competitors

Webmail says can't access my emails right now. And when I go to the sign in page it has my name as 'Jackie' top right though the main page says 'Hi Tina'.

They may have found the problem or they're still looking, who knows? One thing is for sure; we're still paying for this atrocious 'service'

They are measured on how many and how quickly they resolve customer complaints. Am dumping VM tomorrow after 18 months of abysmal service, cant wait to be rid of them!
