    Today's @virginmedia phone queue times, and still not sorted my broadband issue: - 1hr 30m - 2hrs 7m (cut off) - 1hr 33m (cut off) - currently, 17m Inept, profit grabbing company. Some more customer service staff would be great!

    .@virginmedia are amazing me at the levels of incompetence that they're able to reach. Been on hold today now for 1h 33m, 2hrs 7m (then they cut me off!) and currently 33mins! If you need any customer service from them then avoid them!!!

    @virginmedia Yes unable to use it. Wireless is very poor and was great during the first couple of weeks. Uploading is very hot and miss. Not happy considering I’m paying for fast broadband. My phone rarely connects to it unless I’m fairly close to the router. This can’t be right

    Any suggestion for good high-speed broadband providers folks? I've seen a lot of bad customer service in my life. But the absolute worst I've seen in a long time must be @virginmedia. No fiberoptic speed can make up for the frustration of the past two weeks so am getting ooout!

    @virginmedia It says the service is fine, which it is sometimes, but that is no help when it isn’t working, which happens on a daily basis. What is the next step because if we can’t get a consistent connection I’ll need to change provider.

    Hi @virginmedia any known issues in #Edinburgh? My WiFi was fine all day, but in the last 10 minutes it keeps failing to connect. As far as I can tell the WiFi network is fine, hut there's internet connection. Cheers.

    @virginmedia I think I'm tired of virtual links, I'm pretty certain I tried this avenue already as part the loop I appear still to be on. Each time I get referred to another link which considering the intermittent signal kind of rubs it in. Can't I speak to someone?

    @virginmedia And how long pray tell does it take to get through??? We’ve rang your company around 25-30 times and quite a few of them calls we got hung up on by your customer services. But in the fairness of giving you the opportunity to sort this I will ring them, what are the open hours??
