    @virginmedia on top of hundreds of spam junk emails we have umpteen scam calls on the landline. Very day I am getting increasingly saddened by Virgin Media’s inability to stop scammers and spam flooding my system. Very expensive terrible service

    @virginmedia Yes have posted in forums - no response, called, live chats, SMS. full works. Engineers even told us prob is not at our property as far back as Oct/Nov and neighbours have same issue but nothing is done, call centre staff are rude and treat you with contempt. Ref is C0912202465

    @virginmedia So your code of practice section 3. Your case will remain open for 28 days so you'll have enough time to review and consider our proposal. Erm you've closed it after 2 days. Your service gets better

    @virginmedia Your agent told me 72hrs. But then I was also told if I post on the forum I will get support. But we can all see how that has panned out. Just. Fix. The. Problem. Why is this so difficult? I guess copy/paste apologies are just cheaper than dealing with the real issues.

    @virginmedia Still no response. 19 days and counting 🙄. It’s clear you’ve been lying to get rid of me. What are you going to do to resolve this issue before I contact ombudsman? A suggestion: you arrange for someone to contact me. By now it should be clear to you your support doesn’t work.

    @virginmedia another poor lengthy phone call with one of your customer service advisers following being mis-sold your services. Refusal to listen to our original telephone calls where we were mis-sold the service and refusal to accept any responsibility.

    @virginmedia so you don't have a complaints team yet you advise to ring x number to raise a complaint. Misleading information re when a call can be pulled to listen to. Told twice 72 hours, 96 hours gone by and now being told 30-40 days.

    @virginmedia do you have ANY customer service people working? I have tried ringing you for the last 24 hours and constantly get a ‘ring back later’ message. The service these days is appalling. I sent a tweet yesterday that mentioned Amazon and they replied to me. Virgin didn’t!

    @virginmedia... broadband has been down all day and expected back at 5:25pm, still not working. Now, recheck the app and not expected back until 8am tomorrow! Seriously?! Why? What has happened? How can it be down for that long? Ridiculous, especially when people work from home.

    @virginmedia Well considering I can't get access to there I've no idea. Last straw in reality, replacement box is a dud, I had to buy a €30 adaptor to get it to work on tv. Quality is appalling. No word from anyone when I sent in a complaint

    @mrtfosters @virginmedia Yeah this is what I heard but took a chance anyway. It’s even worse on the phone than the help from this link above! BT have been a lot more helpful and friendly and have shown genuine empathy for the customer!

    @virginmedia Yet Virgin knows it’s not a good service which can get a lot worse some days hence why they have called it an outage not me. I calm it Virgins current service as we’re past the point where we can say this is something that will be fixed soon

    @virginmedia What causes recording to fail I don't know you tell me I'm using your broadband and paying for 500mb and some days its less than 100mb .. I couldn't even go back to the start from the live programme.. Sorry but its not good enough and I'm currently making enquiries to switch.
