    @virginmedia Thanks, that's a helpful link. Maybe part of the problem is that someone at VM seems to have unilaterally closed the complaint I raised yesterday and declared it solved.

    @virginmedia the last few days my internet keeps dropping, multiple times during the day and each evening 8 until after 10. Tried booking an engineer appointment but at confirming the appointment the webpage says the link is broken. Very frustrated customer

    @virginmedia we have constant issues of interrupted service or as now total loss of service!! When trying to work from home it's really not helpful!! And #custumerservice is basically non existing! #notimpressed

    @virginmedia is there any issues in area 28? The service checker says there isn't, but my Internet been down for longer than I'm happy with, with a flashing green light on my hub. Tried a restart to no avail :(

    @virginmedia I am moving home and spoke to customer support. They my current contract would continue and when I moved I could take my equipment. However today I have received an email with a new contract and saying a kit will be delivered. Why has this happened?

    @virginmedia It keeps changing depending on who I am talking. No resolution date in sight! Your pre install team say they don’t have any power to move things along. Help!
