    @virginmedia Reinstalled the app & rebooted the hub. Will now try to stream from downstairs TiVo to upstairs & also try Netflix upstairs. A signal booster for upstairs would be a nice gesture I think🤔

    @virginmedia hello! our wifi has been down all day. i factory resetted it, turned it on and off, checked if all the cables were plugged in etc. nothing. all the lights are green (there's the wifi symbol and two arrows flashing) and it's online - just not connecting. help

    @virginmedia hello. I phoned virgin media yesterday as our broadband speed is too slow , especially to accommodate home working . The vague response I received was that there is a problem in our area and I couldn’t be given a time frame as to when it would be fixed

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    Just had a random phone call from what I’m guessing is a telemarketing company on behalf of @virginmedia Offering me a deal. If it didn’t sound like a child sat in a cave , I wouldn’t have put the phone down.

    @virginmedia Opened my new iPhone 11 today it’s been in the box that I didn’t open for a week I thought about time I set it up. after set up I noticed it’s grey. is that the new purple!!! Never mind the face Recognition is brilliant. Pickers beware of purple people eaters

    @VirginMedia_One terrible service from virgin media. Three days trying to get a resolution to a poor WiFi service, gave them a call instead. 1hr 50mins waiting time to be told they wanted to increase my monthly bill by £3 per month to resolve their poor service! #awfulservice

    @virginmedia No, my partner’s phone too. We also have connection problems between downstairs & upstairs TiVo box. Keep losing connection upstairs when trying to stream from the other box. Tried watching a film on Netflix the other night upstairs & it kept buffering 😫

    @virginmedia They have apparently tried everything they can with the Hub 5 and told me I can’t even revert to the old hub 3 which we never had issue with. They don’t know what the problem is and I now have to wait until next Wednesday whilst trying to work from home! Not much of an upgrade!

    @virginmedia As per my messages yesterday - that link has been used twice already to try to sort this - nothing gets done and the complaint 'magically' disappears after submission. Customer Service at Virgin is absolutely shambolic - @Ofcom

    @virginmedia It's saying there's an issue with TV although that seems to be working ok, the problem is with the broadband but the service checker says that is ok? TV does show error code is C233 though. Can you confirm it's an area problem or will I need to book a personal engineer?

    @virginmedia It's been off for 3 days now!! Absolutely nothing. Had problems when I moved also a few months ago, kept taking the wrong address down and I basically paid for 3 weeks without service, now this.
