    @virginmedia I still have 0 signal and i have rung the number for the customer services and we tried all the restart and trouble shooting and nothing happened they seemed to agree with me with the idea my SIM has been hacked and are sending a new one out.

    So broadband is down and has been all yesterday and today so check status shows No known issues, so call @virginmedia only to be told expected fix date is 13th!!!!!! A week in this day and age!!!! Unbelieveable!!! #FinalStraw been a loyal customer but service has been poor lately

    @virginmedia Finally answered after 18 minutes. Very long time to wait also have had a fault with my V6 box . Have arranged for a technician to come out and fix it.

    @virginmedia I have one phone.. My husband has one phone.. neither of them can receive a call or make a call from most parts of the house. Calls drop if we move away from doors or front window upstairs. I'll try text support.

    @virginmedia your broadband and TV packages are far too expensive for the services received. Yet AGAIN my HBB has gone down is as many days weeks and months. Reliability is terrible and I'm paying £121 and have just been told your putting it up AGAIN in September. Total Joke!

    Things I have done whilst currently being on hold waiting to speak to @virginmedia (all true) Had a shower Made a cup of Tea Heated up and eaten my dinner Things I plan to do now.... Take a long weekend break Get married.......again Switch to a new supplier.....hang Up!!!!!!

    So @virginmedia your upping the price of your service citing network improvement. Well for the last month we have had constant wifi drops, and when we try to call from our land land or mobile to resolve it 80% of the time the call terminates before even connecting on 150.

    @virginmedia The error code is W02. Now the service status site saying tv and broadband down fix estimate 23.05pm. Very helpfull when having to work from home. Not the first time either. I am thinking about switching. This service just goes from bad to worse.

    @virginmedia I am already on the telephone preference service. I did actually realise it was a scam but I want to know why Virgin Media's record of blocking scam calls and emails suddenly seems to be totally abysmal!
