@virginmedia help! Have phone 150 (automated!). No local problem. Have done everything the automated response told us to do. Including the automated text message. Still no Internet through hub. No WiFi! We have TV. Now what? A human might be able to help!

Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

@virginmedia paying for your top package and getting very bad connection. Been told its because of peak time but it happens all the time. Supposed to be getting over 500 download and over 30 upload but receiving around 60 download and less than 10 upload. Something isn't right!

@virginmedia Yes I’ve done that, but when I log in it tells me there are no problems as well. Like I said it’s up ans down. Will show as connected but no internet access for a few minutes before going back to normal. This is wired and wireless connections, and I’ve already tried a hub reboot

@virginmedia Virgin media have messed me about, I’ve done nothing wrong, never defaulted on my bills, but virgin have, I was promised my monthly bill would be £36.05, yes I paid that on the 26th Feb, but on the 26/3/2021 I was charged £43.26, then on the 26/4/2021 I was charged £42.00,
