    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

    @VodafoneUK Just been sat on live chat for over 2 hours. Got through to your 'Wifi Xperts' 3 times, always a guy called Paul. As soon as I explain my issue, he disconnects. How am I supposed to get an issue sorted when none of your 'support' workers do their jobs? I want out.

    @VodafoneUK Bot doesn’t work. Pretty appalled at Vodafone’s customer care. I’ve been left with a bigger bill because I wasn’t able to change my plan through the app and now I can’t contact anyone. I have a baby and don’t have the time for this.
