    @VodafoneUK Just been sat on live chat for over 2 hours. Got through to your 'Wifi Xperts' 3 times, always a guy called Paul. As soon as I explain my issue, he disconnects. How am I supposed to get an issue sorted when none of your 'support' workers do their jobs? I want out.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a problem with @virginmedia which eventually got sorted out, but not before going to their Executive Team. Customer care was nonexistent on the phones. Customer care is challenging but staff need to show much more empathy with the customer.

    Morning @VodafoneUK. I was finally able to order gigafast from om you yesterday, as an upgrade to your adsl service. I've now had a cease date over a week before the new go live. Can you please sort it? Ppl on the phone had no idea what I was on about.
