ian rolf (@ianrolf7) reported from Otley, England@VodafoneUK Please do some research before switching to this company. They are now under investigation by Ofcom and Trading Standards. They do not supply airtime to some PAYG customers, even when it has been paid for. They then promise a refund and this never happens.
-
hann (@HannahDoubleyou) reported from Brighouse, England@VodafoneUK He also couldn’t find our account that we had already made online when we had attempted to purchase this pack previously, for which we were promised a £2 monthly discount on the live chat by a colleague for the issues that occurred which made that purchase unsuccessful

-
matt (@lampington) reported from Sowerby Bridge, England@VodafoneUK good to see Vodafone responding to customer complaints, what a horrible organisation
-
hann (@HannahDoubleyou) reported from Brighouse, England@VodafoneUK Later it was £50/£60. At the end of the process he didn’t confirm anything about this ‘line’ I needed setting up. There were so many issues from start to finish. Not just with the lack of information but his behaviour in every aspect. Even little things like talking over me and

Dean Bray (@DeanBray1) reported from Leeds, EnglandI struggle to understand how @VodafoneUK can never understand my query when I call. The training in these centres are either sub-standard or they've done a huge recruitment drive and EVERYONE is new. Nobody knows anything.
-

-
ian rolf (@ianrolf7) reported from Otley, England@VodafoneUK Are unprofessional, unpleasant and are very happy to take money and not supply a service. Under investigation,by offcom, they are not what they seem. Customer care staff are rude and unhelpful, they find it amusing they are ripping people off.
-
hann (@HannahDoubleyou) reported from Brighouse, England@VodafoneUK - he also gave no details about the contract such as how long it is for. He left us with more questions than we started with. He didn’t tell us how or when our service would be set up. After asking any question, he would simply repeat his previous answer in a patronising manner.
-
matthew wilkinson (@matthewbcafc) reported from Wibsey, England@philwoollias1 @VodafoneUK I left vodafone years ago, shocking customer service, charged me £50 for the use of a courtesy phone!
-
HYPE LAD 41 (@Jake31804) reported from Leeds, England@DjHarryHolmes11 @VodafoneUK Honestly never had a problem with them in the short time I've been with them. They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh
-
Johnathan I'Anson (@johnnyianson) reported from Leeds, England@mrpauldunphy @VodafoneUK Wish I tweeted. Good to know social media holds more importance than a person's human experience. I had the worst experience I've ever had with a company in my entire life sadly. HAVE A NICE DAY!

-
Adam James (@atjames88) reported@VodafoneUK why is your internet connectivity so poor in Leeds City centre? I am having to use WiFi to load basic web pages, it's unusable. From looking online it appears I am not on my own and most people on your network are in the same boat.
-
Barrie Stimpson (@stimmo64) reportedHi @VodafoneUK , I renewed my contract in January, and paid the said fees. Since then, every payment has increased from Feb to May. Will the price go up every month? Or will I find at some point it isn’t? PS, I’ve been with you 23 years, but I don’t think we’ll make 25. Poor.
-
Rob Smith (@robsmithrugby) reportedWhat a bunch of profit chasing thugs @VodafoneUK are. I get a regular monthly bill of £17 however just being a day late for payment ( only ever one reminder) I get a £5 penalty. That’s £5 a nearly 33% fine. Catch phrase should be “got you, give me your money, stuff the service”
-
CD_Zombie (@CD_Zombiee) reported@VodafoneUK please stop outsourcing your support line. I'm having slow Internet speeds and the only advice I was given from your support over the course of an hour was "Move the position of the gigacube" This came after she told me to find a "signal" light, that doesn't exist
-
BritainAnon (@BritainAnon) reported@ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!
-
Arun Hebbar (@ArunHebbar7) reported@rksrajiv @VodafoneUK @AdityaBirlaGrp There is absolutely no issue at all. However, I am expecting some kind of clarification because nowhere in the world does a policy exist where a company is required to pay Rs.2/- to settle a Rs.1/- obligation. What I mean is that when Vodafone Idea paid the moratorium cost to DOT through equity conversion, it did not actually pay any of the Spectrum or AGR liabilities that were reflected under finance costs. Therefore, there is no reason why the company cannot discharge those obligations & why Speculation? I don't understand.
-
Nina Moir (@neenooor) reported@VodafoneUK how can there be zero reception at Wimbledon station ? It’s bad at Waterloo, and Earlsfield and Raynes Park.. crazy
-
Graham Neden-Watts (@grahamneden) reported@VodafoneUK you attempted to remotely eset two of our conpany phones yesterday. The "reset" has resulted in both phones having no mobile connectivity at all - no calls, no texts and no data. Your support chat both wants me to call 191 (I can't) and won't connect me to a person
