    I struggle to understand how @VodafoneUK can never understand my query when I call. The training in these centres are either sub-standard or they've done a huge recruitment drive and EVERYONE is new. Nobody knows anything.

    I’ve had nothing but trouble with @VodafoneUK for over the last month! I can’t believe how bad I have been treat as a customer, the online chat team are absolutely useless & don’t even get anywhere on the phone! #shocking #disgrace

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

    @VodafoneUK our network coverage is crap phone says 3 bars of coverage in the house but when you try and make a call it drops out altogether! So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

    @VodafoneUK i cant get on my vodafone iphone app it tells me to turn off wifi and connect through the phone network when i do this it says keep trying in 10 seconds

    Hey @VodafoneUK trying to cancel my data sim and no ones taking any calls. As the only reason I have to speak to someone is so you can try and talk me out of cancelling, I expect you to make it easier for me to do this!

    @mrpauldunphy @VodafoneUK Took me over a month to get a resolution to a problem they created. One point a bloke shouted down the phone "YOU JUST DON'T GET IT DO YOU!". On the whole an utterly miserable experience.

    @VodafoneUK i need to speak to someone from vodafone please. The call centre that i keep getting connected to dont seem able to help or maybe they dont understand my issue. Neither does my local vodafone store.

    Honest to god. I have never had such bad experience than I have with @VodafoneUK. Been lied to and mislead constantly. Being told different things, no one listening to me. Just completely useless. I can’t even explain!

    @ramhl__26 @alexlowe30 @jctweet90 @EE @O2 @VodafoneUK I love @O2 too but have to admit my signal is absolutely terrible in Leeds and York too, the two cities I am in the most, this is despite my phone showing I have 4G and pretty much full signal

    @VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

    Hi @VodafoneUK i've been trying to get a pac code since 8pm yesterday. When i rang, customer services said the system is down (i was on hold for an hour to be told this). It's still not coming through when i text pac and my pin. Can you help please.

    @VodafoneUK hi Vodafone, I’m trying to log in to the app but it’s not letting me. It keeps saying ‘there was an unexpected error trying to log you in. Please try again later’ I’ve tried again many times and still the same issue

    @VodafoneUK He started work at 8am, he'll be home around 10.45pm. When would you like him to call? You haven't resolved this matter in the last 22 days despite calls & messages. Your engineers didn't fix it. Your online help hasn't fixed it. How do you propose to fix it today?

    @VodafoneUK The last time I responded the best your agent seemed capable of doing was confirming there was an issue. It's not good enough. You have zero problems charging me full whack and making it next to impossible to be refunded for services i've paid for and can't use.

    @TheMLabel1 @VodafoneUK They keep sending me to the wrong people, the online interface Tobi doesn't work and when I speak to someone on the phone they said don't worry we will fix it, and then nothing gets fixed, I PAY MY BILL AND GET HARRSSSED FOR MORE MONEY BY @VodafoneUK!!!
