Systems down. I shall take my contract elsewhere as I am up. I'll just cancel direct debit. Take this as my leaving notice.

You cant set up an online acc as not working, chat system can't log into an account but you can pass an 84 year old persons bill to a debt agency who don't answer the phone. He didn’t tell us how or when our service would be set up. After asking any question, he would simply repeat his previous answer in a patronising manner.
