Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

@VodafoneUK Hi. Understand things can go wrong, but who commissioned support chat function where I arbitrarily have to type every 3/4 minutes to stop it getting disconnected? Very frustrating when tech support can’t solve something

Just seen @VodafoneUK advert at the cinema where some paramedics deliver a breach baby with phone support from the labour ward. Strikes me as incredibly insensitive considering the amount of people living with birth trauma. Complete sucker punch to the heart there

@VodafoneUK I have a discount on my upgrade that expires today but it says there are technical issues so I can’t actual upgrade? Is there any way my discount can be extended? Since this isn’t my issue!
