    @VodafoneUK It's sorted. We're back. Got to admit you guys did great. If things go wrong, you get some nasty comments. However, your customer services gave me 50G of extra data so I could tether the laptop. Not ideal but hey ho. I can continue writing my blockbuster script. Good job 😁👍

    Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

    @VodafoneUK Ok well a specific location it doesn't work is the bus stop at EN5 5NQ. But all over that area mobile internet barely works or does not work at all. Additionally in some areas around there the phone signal is poor. The problem I'm talking about now is good signal but no net.

    @YouTube premium membership provides with an exclusive @VodafoneUK contract (which is more ££ then other contracts) is not working for more than a WEEK. After pingpong with repective customer services, they still don't know what the issue and only response is UNDER INVESTIGATION.

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!
