Anyone else have trouble with @ring service? 3 have so far failed through crap batteries. Rip-off @VodafoneUK charged me £45 to talk to a #Ring operator as they don't take complaints by email or chat, just telephone. The latest replacement has not arrived but how to complain?

@VodafoneUK 2/2 You fail customers by not offering better deals until they get their PAC code to switch. I was told the best you could offer SIM only was £12 for unltd texts and calls. Then after I got my PAC you tell me I could get it for £7:50. #unethical
