Anyone else have trouble with @ring service? 3 have so far failed through crap batteries. Rip-off @VodafoneUK charged me £45 to talk to a #Ring operator as they don't take complaints by email or chat, just telephone. The latest replacement has not arrived but how to complain?

@VodafoneUK the Mobi chat service is terrible. Why does almost every option on your phone line end in suggesting Mobi and then hanging up?! The only way to speak to someone is to say I'm cancelling my contact!

@VodafoneUK I have sent a message with details as requested. I have just been fobbed off with lies all week. If there is an issue with the sim, they should have sent me a new one, quite simple solution in my eyes. New phone, but charger cable doesn't fit it and battery is not good.
