@VodafoneUK I was able to call from outside of our village this afternoon. When I got home I now have no service on my handset (as does my wife) Vf site says our area WD35LL has maintenance until 19th😱. No calls for 4 days-seriously 😡

@VodafoneUK One area atm until I can drive somewhere else to try. My wife has same phone on my account and can make calls so I’m guessing it’s the handset. I’ve tried everything on the apple support advice but still can’t make or receive calls.

Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs 🚨

@jellymalin @VodafoneUK They should transfer you straight through to the team and they will do it directly over the phone with you. Maybe even the team leader/ manager of the direct billing team could take the line out of contract and pass you through retentions who will cancel the line for you

A couple hours later he calls again and it’s ‘unknown’. Restarted my phone, toggled called ID in settings off and on but still the same. All callers unknown

@VodafoneUK hi I am having same issue anybody who calls me who’s not on Vodafone says unknown caller if your on Vodafone and you call another vodafone number it works and shows the contact. Need this sorting asap for work please as loosing jobs and calls
