    @VodafoneUK I was able to call from outside of our village this afternoon. When I got home I now have no service on my handset (as does my wife) Vf site says our area WD35LL has maintenance until 19th๐Ÿ˜ฑ. No calls for 4 days-seriously ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK . Quite simply the worst customer relations department I have had the misfortune to deal with. Call after call since February! If I hear the word escalate one more time I will scream!! Useless beyond words.

    @VodafoneUK you sent my boss the wrong size GB phone and are telling me you are unable to help?!! He is a VIP and I need to get this sorted ASAP. I have sent the phone back but itโ€™s not showing on your system. Happy to go to a new provider if you are unable to help ASAP.

    1/ Fed up with poor service from @VodafoneUK broadband so decided to switch to @Onestream_UK as theyโ€™re cheaper & I read good things. Switch date is tomorrow & I realised earlier my router hadnโ€™t arrived. Tried to phone, to be told by their phone system they donโ€™t answer calls

    Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs ๐Ÿšจ

    Hey, @VodafoneUK, do you have problems in Welwyn Garden City (AL86HA)? Your local shop and app say not, but coverage has been poor for some weeks, with a strong 4G now an intermittent 3G. Lots of people with same issue being told โ€œno known problemsโ€.

    @VodafoneUK worst customer experience of any biz Iโ€™ve ever dealt with. Accused me of lying, sent me in-store for no reason, data breaches, hours lost trying to transfer ownership, mis-selling, awful complaint handling. Canโ€™t wait for our biz contracts to expire. Appalling. (End.)
