I personally have never had a problem that hasn't been solved quickly with @VodafoneUK call centres or online but appreciate it must be very frustrating. Ironically its their stores I've had the biggest issue with in the past so tend to avoid them

Infact just a snidy way of changing offers. Last week 250gb plans, this week no such plan exists. Yet 3rd party sellers have it. Its a complicated con.
