    @VodafoneUK I have spoken to Vodafone first and they have asked me to contact YouTube, later Vodafone also gave the same response. "the issue is under investigation".

    @VodafoneUK Tobi is in no way helpful, and does not handle calls only text chat. It's ridiculous most call options refer to Tobi and hang up. I had to choose the option to cancel my contract just to speak to a real person about a screw up on Vodafone's end.

    @VodafoneUK I think your broadband department are trying to call me about a request for a social tariff. Iโ€™ve missed two calls, but I have a disability using the phone - what can we do to solve this? Iโ€™d appreciate your help please. Thanks ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

    Tonight Vodafone ate my 80 pounds. I couldn't connect to customer service at all. Vodafone never found a solution to my problem. A complete disappointment . I will change my operator as soon as possible. Do not use Vodafone!!! @VodafoneUK

    Hey, @VodafoneUK, do you have problems in Welwyn Garden City (AL86HA)? Your local shop and app say not, but coverage has been poor for some weeks, with a strong 4G now an intermittent 3G. Lots of people with same issue being told โ€œno known problemsโ€.

    @VodafoneUK Have spoken to @one.com you want to charge me for an early upgrade. Even though the product I have isnโ€™t fit for purpose. Iโ€™ve been a customer of @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20 years. Disgraceful I will wait until my contract is up terminate it and take my business elsewhere

    Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If youโ€™re not providing services to your customers youโ€™re in breach of contract.

    @TfL @SW_Help @VodafoneUK please fix the wifi/mobile networks/network rail app so we can see when trains are coming at Waterloo! Constant delays, you have to hedge your bets at which train to get . Be great if there was a way of having uptodate info to run between platforms!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK 18 months to find a buyer for mums flat so we paying DOUBLE council tax (ยฃ400), standing charges for utilities and ยฃ270 a month service charge as her flat is sheltered complex - so ยฃ700ish a month for an empty flat with no services being used! Hopefully we'll complete soon.

    @VodafoneUK The message form on your website doesn't work and your webchat operative says you have no email addresses we can contact you on. Transcripts turn to random characters when a real person takes over. How are we supposed to tell you what an awful company you are?

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK So sorry for your loss ๐Ÿ˜ขwhen my mum passed I had the same issue with Post Office phone line. Firstly they refused to take my call asking for a copy of death certificate and then 30 day cancellation charge.
