    Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs 🚨

    Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

    @VodafoneUK Gone through the appeals process as got declined adding an extra handset contract because of credit issues which is absurd and the appeals process is completely pointless and waste of time.There are no issues with my credit and have been a loyal customer and recently renewed WiFi

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre Your service is SHOCKING! 20 days after my fibre install and i'm still not live due to a "fault" that no-one seems to know how to fix. Every time I ask for an update i'm "promised" 48 hours. You have sold me a service that's not fit for purpose!
