@VodafoneUK Well Ryan I was told that when the black phone came back in stock I could exchange it , just been told Apple have discontinued the 7 .The store told me I can exchange it for the next model down at no extra charge , why is it never for the next model up !!!

@VodafoneUK Have spoken to @one.com you want to charge me for an early upgrade. Even though the product I have isn’t fit for purpose. I’ve been a customer of @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20 years. Disgraceful I will wait until my contract is up terminate it and take my business elsewhere

@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

@EE Thanks for following up. I've sorted it. The issue was that somehow the SIM wasn't activated, even tho I rang you from it. So, @VodafoneUK said I had more than 1 number on the a/c (no, just an e-sim), EE said there was a SIM issue, so the PAC process failed. It's not great.

@NIDeveloper @VodafoneUK My buddy does this. He's on PrePaid. Costs him 9 euros and somehow he has a monthly top up setup and then when he travels he just gets a local plan with the same way. With new e-sim phones and such this should be easier. I am a vodafone customer too and their service sucks

@VodafoneUK no help from customer team. An order was supposed to be delivered next day since last week. I chat with the team everyday, every person i speak to keeps on assuring me i ll receive it next day. Next day the convo starts from the beginning and no delivery. What a joke!

@VodafoneUK Your Tobi is not working and sent me the weblink doesn’t exist anymore. Also your website doesn’t let me change my pay monthly plan to pay monthly SIM only plan. Can someone contact me if you bother selling SIM only plan? I have no intention to upgrade my phone.
