    @VodafoneUK And why was that not communicated? That’s such a bad move! You’re the only of the big ones that doesn’t have wifi coverage. Also, Jubilee line is only a small part of the whole tube line.

    Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @VodafoneUK "speak to us simply by calling 191" really I can't get to speak to a person as automated service just keeps sending me a message to go and talk to Tobi. If I wanted to do that I would have. How difficult is it to get to speak to a actual real person 😤

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK Vodafone has blocked my number after porting out and for last 3 years I am not able to receive calls from any Vodafone or lebara customers. This is against ofcom policy and Vodafone not willing to help as I am not a customer anymore. Disappointed

    @VodafoneUK your website is awful customer experience. When my contract is ending and I want to move to a sim only contract, the only options it shows are with a phone. Maybe think of delighting your customers and not milking them dry? This cow has other options

    @VodafoneUK I don’t like you auto opting-in customers when we say we don’t want it on our account just because your salespeople think they can slip it in without anyone noticing for profit - it’s fraudulent misselling. It also blocks things it shouldn’t, it’s terrible.

    @Nbayeboah @VodafoneUK No company is perfect, but Vodafone really couldn't care less about service, I've never known anything like it, I've been told there's a problem with the 5g upgrade, the cell tower was on fire, a new building is affecting the signal... & several other nonsense excuses.
