    @VodafoneUK when we renewed our contract a few months ago we were told you were going to send us the latest Hub. Have never received it. Tried calling customer service and was on hold for over an hour so gave up. Please sort this!!

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK so 40 minutes on hold to cancel contract as I am not satisfied as to service Vodafone provides. I think the call wait time vindicates my reasons.

    Trying to speak to customer service @VodafoneUK is hard work! I’m so frustrated!!! Reporting a smashed iPhone screen and the stupid voice wants to send me a link to trouble shoot the thing! It’s a smashed screen ffs!!!

    Another hour, only to be told the previous advisors must have been lying to me. What is going on with your customer service @VodafoneUK Still no broadband. I've cancelled my dd and I'm leaving.

    Trying to cancel my Pay Monthly Sim with @VodafoneUK after being told to do it online by their complaints team. There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.

    @VodafoneUK have zero customer loyalty or care, 18 years as a customer, and after going round the houses on their phone lines trying to upgrade,I now think it’s time to look elsewhere.

    @CosmicSpacehead @67MistakeNot @VodafoneUK Yeah, their tech support and customer service was crap. I cancelled my broadband account a couple of months ago. (Which took ~ 5 calls to get past the 'we don't want to let you leave' BS)

    @VodafoneUK 1) quite possibly the worst broadband switch experience in the 20years I've lived in this property. 3 weeks with no connection, multiple engineer no shows, call center hopeless and, to make matters worse, a fake and fraudulent instruction to cancel.
