Trying to cancel my Pay Monthly Sim with @VodafoneUK after being told to do it online by their complaints team. There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.

Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK God I left them in 2013 after I had NO coverage where I worked in the Square Mile all day every day and they refused to fix it. Bad tower or something. Refused to pay my contract which they wouldn’t let me out of, still have not paid it.

@VodafoneUK Update to our internet?? Put it this way - we’re watching a lot of DVDs in the house!! Spoke to the ‘wifiXperts’ (hoho) and quoted the Vodafone guarantee of WiFi in ‘every room’ which we have NEVER had. So sending another booster and 5 POUNDS in compo!! (Wow)

@JudithLewis @VodafoneUK Agreed, @virginmedia too. Far too soon to be turning off the broad coverage that many people on older devices will rely on for a few years to come. It is wasteful pollution to force people's hand on hardware updates, especially bad when their budget is tight.

@VodafoneUK have signed up to Vodafone broadband. The service got upgraded during the works and they sent me additional routers. I have sent my router back some time ago but they have just sent me a request to send the kit back or incur charges. A returns label would help please!
