    Apparently the ignorance and stupidity is spreading. @VodafoneUK 4G mast burnt down in #Crawley by idiots. I hope the police find them, and lock them up before they can disconnect anyone else from their loved ones during this difficult time. These criminals need to be stopped!

    Hey @VodafoneUK as prompted I pressed the link to Cancel my @SpotifyUK premium subscription ‘at the end of the contracted period’ NOT ‘immediately’. I should still have a couple of days left, but now I’m hearing adverts which suggests my subscription was cancelled instantly.

    @VodafoneUK I feel more than let down!! I can’t do my job. I can’t watch TV. You are telling me you can’t reconnect me. You could have done these checks before you connected me and let me use the service for 6 weeks!!! The previous tennant used Vodafone broadband!!

    @VodafoneUK will charge you 3 x your usual bill, then disconnect you for almost 2 weeks for no fault of you own. They’ll promise to reconnect you every 24 hours or so, but never actually do so. 0/10 would not recommend.
