I have had no contract sent to me, no username or pin for my account. Your system won't allow my email address to be updated as one of your employee entered it incorrectly. 5 weeks no resolution.

Sticker and wifi card have incorrect details. Also the Support tel no supplied in the Quick Start Guide is wrong. It's missing a 3.
