I have had no contract sent to me, no username or pin for my account. Your system won't allow my email address to be updated as one of your employee entered it incorrectly. 5 weeks no resolution.

My phone has been faulty since returning from repair. Battery just goes at any point and first come back on. It’s still under warranty. Y can’t I just get a phone
