@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK My mum has Power of Attorney over Dad (dementia) & has been trying for MONTHS to get the name changed to hers on their mobile account. She doesn’t need the stress caused by requests for unnecessary information. Just change the name!
