    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    Trying to cancel my Pay Monthly Sim with @VodafoneUK after being told to do it online by their complaints team. There is NO option to cancel on the app, you have to call 191, but could have upgraded at the touch of a button. Now been 90 mins on hold. Next step @Ofcom.

    @VodafoneUK when we renewed our contract a few months ago we were told you were going to send us the latest Hub. Have never received it. Tried calling customer service and was on hold for over an hour so gave up. Please sort this!!

    @MartinSLewis please help. @VodafoneUK have somehow messed up & changed my Dad’s business account to a sole trader account. Now they’ve changed it again to a personal account. 6 months of trying to cancel lines that are out of contract but they’ve removed my dad as the 1/2

    @VodafoneUK I have been a V customer for 7 yrs and have had an iphone 6 for the same. When upgrading to a new iphone, is it better to buy the phone outright? Does the annual price increases only affect the SIM part of the monthly cost, or phone repayment + SIM.

    @VodafoneUK Spoke and asked for the best deal on both phone and broadband couldn’t match mobile and didn’t get put through to retentions for mobile! Did get through to retentions for broadband offered a cracking deal but want both bills together and she said that she could not help?
