    @VodafoneUK Hi. I’m an existing customer who is now out of contract. I’ve signed a new contract with you but via a 3rd party website (sooooo much cheaper!!). I’m assuming when the new phone arrives tomorrow you can transfer my existing number onto my new phone / SIM?

    @VodafoneUK is an absolute shambles. And support is the worst. Three times they send me a letter to say I need to return equipment. In which three times I have said that I never got the equipment as it is still with @dpdparcelwizard And now they sent me out a debt recovery for it

    Promised the fault would be rectified in 48 to 72 hours on the 13th July @VodafoneUK @vodafoneuknews and still on the 4th August it is sitting there waiting to be actioned and nobody has done it. Terrible #CustomerService

    @VodafoneUK Hi Nisa. I've spoken in live chat tonight and it seems quite a few errors were made by the chat staff. They said that it should be resolved 48-72 hours but could be up to another 10 days. I will keep you informed of any updates but thank you for your response

    @VodafoneUK Network status map incorrectly states good 3G indoors for my postcode (have had no signal for years) - reported to customer services and told that the indoor service is not a guarantee & won't help - why put false information on the map to say "good indoor signal"?!
