I struggle to understand how @VodafoneUK can never understand my query when I call. The training in these centres are either sub-standard or they've done a huge recruitment drive and EVERYONE is new. Nobody knows anything.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport still, after years of promises that the problem is being looked at, the data rate in Leeds Centre is non existent. My phone is unusable without WiFi for 8 hours a day. I've resorted to using @VodafoneUK. I've still almost another year of my contract 😡

@VodafoneUK I have just spent almost 2 hours (one call & 2 chats) to sort out international roaming. Still not sorted, no calls in or out, agents could not grasp the issues I was experiencing. As a long standing Vidafine UK client I expected better.

@ThreeUKSupport Its happening in both of my devices. It happened with EE aswell so I left them and moved to three and it's still happening. The only company this hasn't happened with is @VodafoneUK so I might move back to them but is there a way I can cancel without paying fee
