    @VodafoneUK trying to contact you today by phone and got cut off on 2nd attempt after 23 minute wait. 1st attempt wasn’t allowed to speak to an advisor. Told to use online chat, no advisors available. What’s going on? Terrible service from a communication company.

    @Tracy43692743 @VodafoneUK Vodafone’s service has been awful lately. Impossible to speak to someone on the phone, when finally got through to someone after 1/2 hr wait, got cut off. They didn’t ring back. No online advisors available. It’s a shambles.

    @VodafoneUK you are rubbish. no phone contact number To talk about a bill . You cant set up an online acc as not working, chat system can't log into an account but you can pass an 84 year old persons bill to a debt agency who don't answer the phone. Contact me now or ofcom next

    @julesserkin @VodafoneUK I got the same from Vodafone a few days ago for my broadband account. I put in a complaint with the ultimatum of: cancel the increase or lose a customer. Still awaiting response but we know what will happen.

    @strutcakes @VodafoneUK I wish I could go back to them as cheaper than O2 but their supply chain was awful when I lost my phone and needed a replacement, I cancelled my contract and went to one who actually had phones in stock

    Been with @VodafoneUK for one month and have honestly never had worse service, absolutely awful, they’ve made numerous mistakes in our one month and are now charging us a higher rate after one month even though our terms state it increases yearly. It’s a joke. Don’t use Vodafone.
