hann (@HannahDoubleyou) reported from Brighouse, England@VodafoneUK Later it was £50/£60. At the end of the process he didn’t confirm anything about this ‘line’ I needed setting up. There were so many issues from start to finish. Not just with the lack of information but his behaviour in every aspect. Even little things like talking over me and
-
hann (@HannahDoubleyou) reported from Brighouse, England@VodafoneUK - he also gave no details about the contract such as how long it is for. He left us with more questions than we started with. He didn’t tell us how or when our service would be set up. After asking any question, he would simply repeat his previous answer in a patronising manner.

HYPE LAD 41 (@Jake31804) reported from Leeds, England@DjHarryHolmes11 @VodafoneUK Honestly never had a problem with them in the short time I've been with them. They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh

Danny B (@DannyBee595) reportedI've had such a frustrating experience upgrading with @VodafoneUK , I wish I hadn't bothered. The bloatware on the Honor Magic V6 is already horrendous, but then I have to contend with pre-ticked boxes to install even more of the crap in "Vodafone Appbox"... which can't be skipped or closed. So I've had to go through 3 (full) screens of apps which nobody wants and had to untick the apps which Vodafone conveniently (and sneakily) ticked on my behalf. This is a great way to ruin the arrival of a new phone, which should be a positive experience. My mood is already frustrated from this, that's before I even start to uninstall all the other crap that HONOR put on their phones. I remember the pain I felt when I got my last phone trying to get rid of the Vodafone bloatware, but 3 years on it is so much worse now. NOBODY WANTS THIS JUNK. You're ruining the experience of what is meant to be your main product/service. Poor show.

Mr T (@foodiskey83) reported@VodafoneUK What’s with the freebies you are handing out then? Dont see much denial.. or even an apology.. I’m glad I cut the contract you.. not only tripe service but you are a core problem in this country.. Nick Read.. prep a public apology before you lost any sane customer you have left.
-
ToeKneeAbs (@ToeKneeAbs) reported@Alexarmstrong Too bad @VodafoneUK These freeloaders will never be future customers but you'll loose lots of UK Citizens from this!
-
Dan White (@Whitelikedan) reported@MrsSamClarke @VodafoneUK I feel a lawsuit should be coming for vodafone. No love lost with reform, but attacking this at any angle is a good thing. **** anyone who helps with the crossings.

Or Sassur (@Orsassur2) reported@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK, your customer service in London was an absolute disgrace. I went to your store simply to buy a Vodafone SIM card and was treated like an enemy of the Crown rather than a potential customer. The attitude of the staff was arrogant, hostile and completely disproportionate to such a simple request. When a customer challenges poor service, your employees should not respond with intimidation, threats or an attitude designed to make the customer feel unwelcome. Your store staff are there to serve customers—not interrogate them as if they were members of the Secret Service. I expected professionalism from a major British telecommunications company. Instead, I experienced arrogance, hostility and behaviour that left me questioning whether Vodafone actually wants customers. @VodafoneUK, is this really the standard of customer service you consider acceptable in London? Because if so, the problem isn't the customer. The problem is Vodafone.
