I struggle to understand how @VodafoneUK can never understand my query when I call. The training in these centres are either sub-standard or they've done a huge recruitment drive and EVERYONE is new. Nobody knows anything.

Sky could have been a line issue, Vodafone went live earlier today but despite saying it has an internet connection it doesn’t. The @VodafoneUK Broadband App has a support and diags section. Except it requires an internet connection to access it. Which doesn’t help when you require support for why your router can’t get online. Not sure @VodafoneUK thought that one through.
