They might be a little more expensive than other networks I have been with before but I've always had good service if I've been stuck with something. This is probably just a glitch in the system tbh

@VodafoneUK our network coverage is crap phone says 3 bars of coverage in the house but when you try and make a call it drops out altogether! So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

@mrpauldunphy @VodafoneUK Took me over a month to get a resolution to a problem they created. One point a bloke shouted down the phone "YOU JUST DON'T GET IT DO YOU!". On the whole an utterly miserable experience.

@VodafoneUK your broadband has been intermittent all morning and pretty crap this last month. Initially I thought your router was playing up so swapped it. Its now crap again so not the router. Can you quiz openreach and ask if they are working in the area, this is pretty shitty.

Hi @VodafoneUK i've been trying to get a pac code since 8pm yesterday. When i rang, customer services said the system is down (i was on hold for an hour to be told this). It's still not coming through when i text pac and my pin. Can you help please.

@VodafoneUK Hi thanks for your reply. The issue is the fluctuation between 4G and 4G+ keeps reducing. And speed I have to say is becoming a terrible experience from Vodafone. Compared to other networks like EE and O2 they have got something right. Why is it taking Vodafone this long?

@virginmedia I can get tweets out just, loading a webpage, no chance. @VodafoneUK is absolutely hopeless round here. Heart of Greater Manchester, no 4g signal no fibre broadband, It’s the dark ages. We are just stuck with your “services”. Just added 10% on our bill too. Woeful.
