Your local shop and app say not, but coverage has been poor for some weeks, with a strong 4G now an intermittent 3G. Lots of people with same issue being told โno known problemsโ.

I said I was ending the contract. 10 mins later they rang to offer her new channels free if she stayed. I replied โ sheโs bloody dead and and God has sky in heaven.โ They got the point! The DVLA were terrible for me, they said that they could only refund mum's car tax from the date they received the form, not when it was dated. I had done it to the end of month, as they don't do partials, and lost an extra month because it that.

I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!
