    So @VodafoneUK I’ve done everything you told me to get my phone back working - I’m currently sat in your store in Hemel and they can’t help me either one week with no service and no solution in sight - any advice would be great !

    @VodafoneUK Day 5 of trying to sort out a simple problem. At least 5 hours on hold. FINALLY get through to your technical team then the call goes dead ...nobody has called back! Appreciate less staff on but please can you assist so I can work and earn some money! @VodafoneGroup

    Disappointed in @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK for making the choice to increase my plan.guy I spoke to had obviously had lots of calls complaining poor bloke, suffice to say I wont be continuing after this contract is over. Sure others will do the same. #timeandplace

    @VodafoneUK I have rang you on 4 separate ocassions now as you owe me a refund of £486. Every time someone assured me I will get a refund within 3 working days, this was a month ago and still no refund! I’ve logged a formal complaint with OFCOM and the FCA! EE here I come

    @VodafoneUK are there connection issues in the Herts area. Literally nothing and I've resetter, pressed the Reconnection button on the broadband connectivity screen.

    @VodafoneUK It's sorted. We're back. Got to admit you guys did great. If things go wrong, you get some nasty comments. However, your customer services gave me 50G of extra data so I could tether the laptop. Not ideal but hey ho. I can continue writing my blockbuster script. Good job 😁👍

    @bazzaclarke99 @VodafoneUK @vodafone My bill went up by £6 last month. As soon as it's cheap enough I'm buying out and moving network. They offered no help in reducing the bill and dismissed it as a price increase. They can't say I didn't give them a chance.
