@VodafoneUK are there connection issues in the Herts area. Literally nothing and I've resetter, pressed the Reconnection button on the broadband connectivity screen.

@VodafoneUK It's sorted. We're back. Got to admit you guys did great. If things go wrong, you get some nasty comments. However, your customer services gave me 50G of extra data so I could tether the laptop. Not ideal but hey ho. I can continue writing my blockbuster script. Good job 😁👍

@VodafoneUK I have rang you on 4 separate ocassions now as you owe me a refund of £486. Every time someone assured me I will get a refund within 3 working days, this was a month ago and still no refund! I’ve logged a formal complaint with OFCOM and the FCA! EE here I come

Nightmare month as a customer of @VodafoneUK. Issues unresolved, hrs (literally) on the phone attempting to figure things out. Compounded by the terrible customer service. Call back yesterday promised within the hour and nothing. Customer since 1998. 4 contracts. Not good enough.

@O2 We did via SURE COMMS who have stuffed up the closure of @VodafoneUK account and now you @O2 are writing saying we owe £178.09 !!! where has the £80 per month been going.. thanks to your 3rd party company SURE COMMUNICATION in FAREHAM, HAMPSHIRE we now have a bad credit rating !!
