@nick_squad @VodafoneUK Hope you get things sorted. I personally have never had a problem that hasn't been solved quickly with @VodafoneUK call centres or online but appreciate it must be very frustrating. Ironically its their stores I've had the biggest issue with in the past so tend to avoid them

@VodafoneUK actually telling us that we should only use the 5GHz WiFi for devices 'close to the router' to solve the insane problems we've had lately. If it wasn't so frustrating the joke would be hilarious. But it is and so it's not. But we must wait 24hrs to prove this insanity

@VodafoneUK ordered a phone, paid for express delivery before 10:30am only to check dpd this morning to say it’s returning to sender! Had to phone up support and said they have to do a fraud check on my account! Not happy at all, uploaded drivers licence, will be cancelling order
