    1/ Fed up with poor service from @VodafoneUK broadband so decided to switch to @Onestream_UK as they’re cheaper & I read good things. Switch date is tomorrow & I realised earlier my router hadn’t arrived. Tried to phone, to be told by their phone system they don’t answer calls

    @VodafoneUK how can I get be my broadband contract, when my speeds haven’t been up to scratch for about 8 months, I can’t even put a request in for money back as my app says my speeds are still adjusting. And don’t give me that DM us crap, as you do nothing

    @VodafoneUK New broadband customer. Terrible so far. Was meant to be connected on 15th September but there were problems. Was told I’d receive compensation of £5.04 for each day that I was not connected. Finally connected this week on Monday 3rd October.

    @VodafoneUK hi, my phone no changed from pay as you go to pay monthly today, so I could keep my old number. Since this morning I’ve had no signal (restarting my phone doesn’t help) which apparently should only last 20 mins. I can’t call Vodafone as I have no signal. Can you help?

    @VodafoneUK Received email saying: Just to confirm, as we were able to get things back to normal within 2 working days, the compensation credit we mentioned in our previous message doesn't apply. Two days?? I’m owed 17 days of compensation. I will cancel if I don’t receive it.
