    @VodafoneUK I am not happy with your service at all, I’m being charged Β£96 for a trade in phone that I traded in and you can’t find. I handed it into the the store. Been on chat for an hour and half and issue still not resolved.

    Disappointed in @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK for making the choice to increase my plan.guy I spoke to had obviously had lots of calls complaining poor bloke, suffice to say I wont be continuing after this contract is over. Sure others will do the same. #timeandplace

    @VodafoneUK had terrible service for days now. No 3G let alone 4G. SG15 area. Is it a known issue?

    @VodafoneUK I have spoken to Vodafone first and they have asked me to contact YouTube, later Vodafone also gave the same response. "the issue is under investigation".

    @VodafoneUK It's sorted. We're back. Got to admit you guys did great. If things go wrong, you get some nasty comments. However, your customer services gave me 50G of extra data so I could tether the laptop. Not ideal but hey ho. I can continue writing my blockbuster script. Good job πŸ˜πŸ‘

    @VodafoneUK since basically using your support webchat and call 3 times doesn't help can I get a feedback on my issues with my broadband? 130ms of latency and drops in connection via ethernet cable... Your team was supposed to contact me after reporting the issue no call 🀬

    Hey, @VodafoneUK, do you have problems in Welwyn Garden City (AL86HA)? Your local shop and app say not, but coverage has been poor for some weeks, with a strong 4G now an intermittent 3G. Lots of people with same issue being told β€œno known problems”.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely shocking customer service tonight... 45 mins in a queue to then be told sorry can't actually help as we are doing a system upgrade call this number,sorry no one is available right now. broadband service that needs 50p adding to a meter every 5 mins to work

    @VodafoneUK actually telling us that we should only use the 5GHz WiFi for devices 'close to the router' to solve the insane problems we've had lately. If it wasn't so frustrating the joke would be hilarious. But it is and so it's not. But we must wait 24hrs to prove this insanity

    @vodafone 3) all I’ve been told, it will be sorted in 24hrs, however 5 days later, I’m still unable to use my number, or my phone. A formal complaint has been raised by a @VodafoneUK store Manager as he was outrageoused in of the process and still wasn’t able to help or give guidance.

    @VodafoneUK please stop outsourcing your support line. I'm having slow Internet speeds and the only advice I was given from your support over the course of an hour was "Move the position of the gigacube" This came after she told me to find a "signal" light, that doesn't exist

    @ArunHebbar7 @VodafoneUK @AdityaBirlaGrp In my view, they have recognised liabilities on account of spectrum dues but not actually paid. Out of this, 55254 crores worth dues for spectrum, 36950 crores spectrum dues payable till year 2028 has been adjusted with equity issue to govt. someone could check and confirm.
