    @VodafoneUK now I have no broadband service at all..and you even told me to go to another provider..even though it’s your company that has left me with no Broadband.I still think mis-selling is illegal. I aim to seek compensation for lost work.

    Just had the worst customer experience from @VodafoneUK to be told from a senior customer relations advisor that I should explore deals from other providers is shocking, only complaining in the first place as 2 pieces of mis-information had been provided already #appalling

    @VodafoneUK must be the worst company@in the world for its customer service I have been passed around more times than I remember and still no where. I recommend you stay away from this company and get your stuff elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK so,you signed me up to your broadband,set an activation date,went live..then realised you never took over my landline. Then told me it’s all “open reach’s fault and you can’t actually provide broadband in my area.

    @VodafoneUK what is the point in raising cases you don’t respond to DMs that take multiple days just to ask security questions. web chats that’s still have no response. Your customer service is appalling. 3 weeks now waiting for a SIM. Cancelling contracts 😡

    @SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK I opened a case 7 days ago as my SIM card is showing invalid. No new card received.Almost 8 hours of calls and webchat still with issues and my case is unanswered. Can’t call me as SIM is not working 😡 😡 😡

    Still offered me nothing offered to find out what has happened @VodafoneUK ?!...I know what’s happened my live date was delayed 35 days knowing the reason isn’t gonna get me lost money and time back it’s not gonna make me feel better or sleep easy at night. Customer service tosh

    Hi @VodafoneUK, I have an old handset that I bought from you on contract which I'd like to give to my mum. However it's locked to Vodafone and the Network Unlock Code request form on your website doesn't work (HTTP error) - can you advise? I don't have an acct with you any more.

    @VodafoneUK I have emailed Mr Ahmed Assam with feedback about your complaints system. Your staff don't return calls except for the complaint advisor who only ever rings for 16 seconds then sends a text telling you when they will call again. It's impossible to speak to someone!

    @darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK Assuming that’s a genuine image of your current internet socket I would advise you to seek help as that’s a danger Corbyn promised free fibre broadband for every home It would look nothing like that! If that’s how you roll your sockets than you might be a few connections short.

    @darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK I stopped using Vodafone when they cut the amount of data on my usual Pay-as-you-go internet payment by a third without telling me. Exactly the sort of shoddy, profit-driven behaviour you would NOT get with a nationalised internet service.
