@BIGDaddyDigital @MrSteThompson @VodafoneUK We had 6 weeks Oct/Nov of no coverage in our local area, they were very good and refunded £100 for loss of service. Happened again in March and again refunded. I always used chat box on the app 👍

@VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp New customer of Vodafone. Despite 3 contacts with customer service telling them Internet is not working, finally today (day2) OpenReach coming sometime tomorrow morning (8am-1pm) to fix line fault. No check carried out during changeover!!!

@VodafoneUK Yes. That was a mistake caused by manually typing and autocorrect. However, clicking on the link in the tweet I received yielded nothing because of the weak data signal. The moral of the story is to not take the advice to switch network providers to save a bit of money.

@O2 hi, I regularly check your coverage map and outage and it always says no issues on the Wirral, with good 4g indoors and outdoors, yet whenever I try to stream music while out running it always fails. Never had this issue with @VodafoneUK
