-
Chris (@Tuliptouch1) reported from Tacolneston, England@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK still no sign of the “guaranteed” trade in payment being made. It’s now 34 days after you confirmed my device was accepted. Emails, phone calls, messages all containing false promises or at worst lies.
-
𝓡𝓲𝓬𝓱 (@Rich_Dalzell) reported from Sprowston, England@VodafoneUK got a call from your ‘trying to sell Broadband’ team from 0800 098 7938. Told him 3 times, politely, that I didn’t want it and the guy was seriously pushy. In the end I hung up as he pissed me off. Maybe help them understand when people don’t want something. Thanks.

kenhurst 💙 (@kenhurst) reported from Norwich, England@VodafoneUK Yup, I’m doing my bit by taking time and trouble to do all that and more. But nowhere is my question “what precisely is @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup doing” answered? “Dedicated team” and “take this matter seriously” are just platitudes.
-
kenhurst 💙 (@kenhurst) reported from Norwich, England@VodafoneUK Fair play. We’ll see if it’s as effective as it is secret. (btw, “*free* spam reporting service” - do you think it’s something you’d be justified in charging for?)
-

SY (@syrocks69) reported from Norwich, England@VodafoneUK typical Vodafone you make a complaint and they offer you something that cost you more. Totally loosing faith.
-
A.Q.S Limited (@AQS_Ltd) reported from Thorpe St. Andrew, England@OnecomUK There’s never a good day for @OnecomUK customers who are paying huge costs for little data compared with real @VodafoneUK customers.
-
A.Q.S Limited (@AQS_Ltd) reported from Thorpe St. Andrew, England@OnecomUK Really? Not for mobile data pricing plans when compared to @VodafoneUK considering we use said company through you. Only 9 days left before we can formally notify you of our intention to terminate contracts #ripoffcompany
-
loulouroberts (@loulouroberts1) reported from Norwich, England.@VodafoneUK so disappointing that you’ve failed to send a replacement SIM card for my mother-in-law. She’s only been without her mobile since July as covid prevented you sending 1 for 3 months & now 1 you sent is broken! Your digital only approach alienates the vulnerable 🤬
-
TopMark Norwich (@TopMarkNorwich) reported from Poringland, England@BIGDaddyDigital @MrSteThompson @VodafoneUK We had 6 weeks Oct/Nov of no coverage in our local area, they were very good and refunded £100 for loss of service. Happened again in March and again refunded. I always used chat box on the app 👍

Now they say I owe a further £20!!!

Linda (@Linda62255054) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mil died last year the only one we didn’t have a problem with was Sky, they were great, bank, BT, Scottish power, M&S credit card were all hopeless.
-
❌ David Taylor 🏴🇬🇧❌ (@Taylod61) reportedWhy is @VodafoneUK network so crap? Why does 4G suddenly become E? Why is this a daily occurrence?
-
ChrisWilson🇬🇧🇺🇦 (@CJ2806110416722) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I was going to say not at virgin but then hit the "more" button.. Worst company I've ever had to deal with
-
Release the files (@Ftheorangetwat) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I’ve heard a glut of similar issues like this in the last week! Shame because Virgin flights are our absolute go-to because of their quality and service. Would be good if those levels were carried through all businesses that carry the same name.
-
Tessek (@Tessek1983) reportedHey @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK are you ever going to fix the signal in Darlington town centre 2 years at least the transmitter on bondgate house has been down and nothing done to replace

-
Bob (@ChrisJordan1002) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virgin Media are unambiguously the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They had the recent ruling against them for a reason. Profit over Compassion every single time…
-
You’re Just Listening 😀 (@ChatchoMan) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK If Virgin Media are such money grabbing filth that they don’t want to believe a grieving person that contacts them and just terminate the contract they should at least backdate it based on the death certificate. Anything other than that is disgraceful.
-
Max Point (@Max_Point23) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.
