Told him 3 times, politely, that I didn’t want it and the guy was seriously pushy. In the end I hung up as he pissed me off. Maybe help them understand when people don’t want something. Thanks.

I made a costly mistake back in Sept/Oct I inadvertently used my phone on a maritime network running up an unwelcome bill. @VodafoneUK agreed a repayment plan which was finished yesterday including a goodwill gesture of £65. Now they say I owe a further £20!!!

Happened again in March and again refunded. I always used chat box on the app 👍

I do not want to waste money doing an unnecessary upgrade just to receive text over wifi so I will just have to give up ever accessing my account @ home
