    @BIGDaddyDigital @MrSteThompson @VodafoneUK We had 6 weeks Oct/Nov of no coverage in our local area, they were very good and refunded £100 for loss of service. Happened again in March and again refunded. I always used chat box on the app 👍

    @VodafoneUK Because when I finally spoke to your representative Ash last Friday after two weeks of failed attempts to activate the sim he promised to send out new sim card as he deemed it broken.

    Sent mobile to @VodafoneUK for repair. Problem was moisture in charging port, so sent charger lead as well--as advised by them. They've returned my phone, which seems to be working, yay, but--twist!--not the charger or the SIM card. #onlyconnect #butnotyourcharger #ortopeople

    @VodafoneUK My client wich I recommended to use Vodafone BB had probably the worst customer "service" experience just to get a 3rd party login.....Why can't you just do what you are asked? Not recommending anymore, thats for sure!

    @VodafoneUK making a complaint online and when I enter my postcode and chose my address get to the end it says enter postcode tried this several times. Same error. As several people from this area have complained presume you have barred online complaints from us. Sweet.
