-
Carl Webb (@carlrwebb) reported from Upper Heyford, England@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup probably one of the most dire customer services ever experienced! Wrong info every time, txt messages with wrong information, automated systems with wrong information, & customer services that seem to read different screens ever time you call.!
-
Tim Comont RN (@TGVComont) reported from Oxfordshire, England@VodafoneUK Really dissapointed with the broadband service. We were supposed to be up and running last Thursday and nothing. No one can tell me exactly what’s wrong with the line but another engineer can’t come until the 7/9. 2 weeks after the initial date!

smacula (@smacula) reported from Oxfordshire, England@mattPez @Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK My worst was with vi#gin media where they start with sorry and then start sounding condescending about you choosing a different deal. Sure, they offer a higher speed, but if it’s not reliable while I’m wfh, it ain’t worth the double you have to pay for it.
-
Nabeel - نبیل (@n4b33lnabs) reported from High Wycombe, England@VodafoneUK I have tried everything. Spent hours with your helpdesk. They just wasted mine and their time and when they couldnt resolve the issue, waiving couple of months charges which never resolved the coverage issue.changing phones/sims all done. Vodafone needs to upgrade their masts
-
Tony (@MeAgain1962) reported from Didcot, England@CheekyVic @VodafoneUK I've been with most mobile suppliers. I'm now in with superdrug which is 3 in all but name. Cost me £20-00 per month. On a rolling contract. Cancel when you want and they won't charge you. Unlimited data etc. Just ask for a sim over the counter
-
Stephen (@SteveButchr) reported from Oxfordshire, EnglandHey @VodafoneUK do you have problems in Oxford area as my internet speeds suck? Or have you done the old trick of slowing people’s speed down deliberately? To make room for new customers.
-
Heather Duffin (@RustyBearsMum) reported from Didcot, England@SeemaMistryP @VodafoneUK We shouldn't have to resort to using social media to get customer service. It should be readily offered all the time.
-
Simon Lailey (@simon_lailey) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England@VodafoneUK you are still getting your Customer Experience so wrong. Messaging me back quickly after my original tweet and ignoring me since is not cool. Time to look for a new provider I think #borednow #cx

Andy Poole (@andrewgpoole) reported@GBNEWS @Alexarmstrong @VodafoneUK is this true? Asking as a longstanding customer
-
Shesgoter Titzout (@bigun1414) reported@Alexarmstrong @VodafoneUK are not answering my request for information, clearly they prefer giving free stuff to illegal immigrants rather than addressing concerns of a paying customer of over 20 years standing. Says it all really…will not be renewing my contract that’s now due.
-
Unhappy Customer 🤨 (@BeenDunOver) reported@Alexarmstrong @VodafoneUK if you are throwing around sim cards with free data, why can't you provide those who are currently homeless in the UK, those in data & network poverty UK? @10DowningStreet

Danny B (@DannyBee595) reportedI've had such a frustrating experience upgrading with @VodafoneUK , I wish I hadn't bothered. The bloatware on the Honor Magic V6 is already horrendous, but then I have to contend with pre-ticked boxes to install even more of the crap in "Vodafone Appbox"... which can't be skipped or closed. So I've had to go through 3 (full) screens of apps which nobody wants and had to untick the apps which Vodafone conveniently (and sneakily) ticked on my behalf. This is a great way to ruin the arrival of a new phone, which should be a positive experience. My mood is already frustrated from this, that's before I even start to uninstall all the other crap that HONOR put on their phones. I remember the pain I felt when I got my last phone trying to get rid of the Vodafone bloatware, but 3 years on it is so much worse now. NOBODY WANTS THIS JUNK. You're ruining the experience of what is meant to be your main product/service. Poor show.

Dave (@Bramapp313) reported@MediaSOI Didn't they get the emergency message from @VodafoneUK free, or course.
