I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

Sure, they offer a higher speed, but if it’s not reliable while I’m wfh, it ain’t worth the double you have to pay for it.

They just wasted mine and their time and when they couldnt resolve the issue, waiving couple of months charges which never resolved the coverage issue.changing phones/sims all done. I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.
