    @CheekyVic @VodafoneUK I've been with most mobile suppliers. I'm now in with superdrug which is 3 in all but name. Cost me £20-00 per month. On a rolling contract. Cancel when you want and they won't charge you. Unlimited data etc. Just ask for a sim over the counter

    @mattPez @Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK My worst was with vi#gin media where they start with sorry and then start sounding condescending about you choosing a different deal. Sure, they offer a higher speed, but if it’s not reliable while I’m wfh, it ain’t worth the double you have to pay for it.

    @VodafoneUK All lights are white on the front and I can connect to the router, however I have either no or a painfully slow connection. I've rebooted the system and that hasn't helped. I'm happy to dm you. You'll find all the info already there from previous issues.

    @VodafoneUK Losing Internet every day from 11am onwards, every day, several times a day, for about 2 weeks now! Can't speak to a HUMAN as we're constantly being redirected to "Tobi" (bot). Either fix your ****, or offer compensation.

    Are Wi-fi companies (The Cloud, BT, Sky etc) in cahoots with network providers (@ee @VodafoneUK etc)? I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

    @VodafoneUK Fuming! Trying to move from a business to personal account, pushed from pillar to post all week and errors their end are frustrating. Today alone - 2hrs, 4 different people, and then I get cut off again. Call back @17.36 to be told to call back between 9 - 6.🤬

    @VodafoneUK superb customer service to sort out a stolen mobile phone. Efficient young man sorted it all. Handset blocked, new sim in the post, proof of purchase and proof phone has been reported stolen for insurance. @lborouniversity students keep an eye on your phones!!

    Well I think it's finally got down to my last straw with @VodafoneUK I suspect that if I cancel payment, they'll suddenly manage to find someone who can actually pick up a phone, fix the pathetic online nonsense that's been ongoing for months, or go ahead and cancel everything 🤔
