    @VodafoneUK our network coverage is crap phone says 3 bars of coverage in the house but when you try and make a call it drops out altogether! So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

    @VodafoneUK He also couldn’t find our account that we had already made online when we had attempted to purchase this pack previously, for which we were promised a £2 monthly discount on the live chat by a colleague for the issues that occurred which made that purchase unsuccessful

    @VodafoneUK - he also gave no details about the contract such as how long it is for. He left us with more questions than we started with. He didn’t tell us how or when our service would be set up. After asking any question, he would simply repeat his previous answer in a patronising manner.

    @VodafoneUK - told him I worked at santander in passing. The employee was rude and didn’t inform us of a credit check done. He was patronising and made it very apparent he though we were a young couple (he said he thought we were under eighteen whilst laughing)

    @VodafoneUK Later it was £50/£60. At the end of the process he didn’t confirm anything about this ‘line’ I needed setting up. There were so many issues from start to finish. Not just with the lack of information but his behaviour in every aspect. Even little things like talking over me and

    @VodafoneUK i need to speak to someone from vodafone please. The call centre that i keep getting connected to dont seem able to help or maybe they dont understand my issue. Neither does my local vodafone store.

    Hey @VodafoneUK trying to cancel my data sim and no ones taking any calls. As the only reason I have to speak to someone is so you can try and talk me out of cancelling, I expect you to make it easier for me to do this!

    @VodafoneUK No just need to sort out closing the phone side down and then once I've found a new contract for my mifi I can close that down too. You've list a customer and due to even more lies obtaining the PAC (now sorted) you've made an enemy.

    @VodafoneUK So. 1 Do you sell extenders that work with your product? 2. Do you think you should advise new customers before they change to you that existing extenders won't work? It appears to be a real problem for users. 3. I have not had issues using the extenders with other routers.

    .@VodafoneUK stay well clear even the complaints team can’t solve a complaint!! Water of time energy and they just bend you over to have their fun - whilst you are tied into paying the bill for their pleasure.

    @VodafoneUK less than seamless broadband upgrade today. Hung up on twice, now on hold for 20 mins. Poor customer service to fix problems and new router hasn't even been dispatched before previous account stopped!!
