@VodafoneUK I have just had a call from a lady talking to me about renewing my sim only contract. A) it’s not due to renew until September and B) surely this is non essential work and that lady should be at home safe and not working unnecessarily. #StayAtHome #protectyourstaff

@VodafoneUK I have made a formal complaint to you and was told a 48 hour window of when you would contact me back. I have called back since then a promised another call back. I’ve spent over 4 hours on to Vodafone in a week and still not resolved. This is VERY serious.

@EE @MarcAllera you really employ sim incompetent people. Paid £93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK our network coverage is crap phone says 3 bars of coverage in the house but when you try and make a call it drops out altogether! So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

If you transferred your number from @O2 to @VodafoneUK a week ago and you’ve had nothing but trouble already (taken a week to port over and still not complete) if I cancel with Vodafone csn I still keep my number with @EE

@VodafoneUK Well there is a problem there. I mentioned in my tweet it was my landline, and you have zoned in on broadband. Can you feel my pain? No one can call my landline unless they are on the Vodafone network. I worked that out in 10minutes. Your technicians took 2 weeks

@VodafoneUK service is POOR. My broadband has given out and I work from home essentially requiring your services in order for me to earn a living. I was given a “unique reference number” to use and a direct number to call with it. IT DOESNT WORK.
