    @VodafoneUK shocking customer service again. Despite numerous complaints & countless hours on live chat since switching in June once again you disappoint nearly 3 hours last night to get promotion codes told 24 hours and yep you guessed it still not received - worst company ever

    Imagine spending hours and days on end to @VodafoneUK to just be ignored! £62.40 my bill INCLUDING £9 insurance yet they’re charging me £9 each month on top of £62.40. Ring them and they tell me it’ll be sorted for month afterwards. NEVER IS!

    @VodafoneUK our network coverage is crap phone says 3 bars of coverage in the house but when you try and make a call it drops out altogether! So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

    Hey @VodafoneUK trying to cancel my data sim and no ones taking any calls. As the only reason I have to speak to someone is so you can try and talk me out of cancelling, I expect you to make it easier for me to do this!

    @VodafoneUK you are rubbish. no phone contact number To talk about a bill . You cant set up an online acc as not working, chat system can't log into an account but you can pass an 84 year old persons bill to a debt agency who don't answer the phone. Contact me now or ofcom next

    @VodafoneUK so been cut off twice from Vodaphone customer service which is terrible No call back and I’m supposed to sit waiting in a queue because staff are sat a home and there’s not enough staff to work worst service ever

    @VodafoneUK @vodafonesupportone one of the worst, worst ever customer service I have received EVER, 2 mob contracts, broadband, 4 weeks, trying to sort them out, I have spent only yesterday 6 hours, being transferred from Incompetent to Incompetent advisor.
