. @VodafoneUK What is going on with IP addresses today? Keeps changing every few minutes which is a right pain the arse when I access something for work locked down to my IP and keep having to update. Can handle it changing every day but this is ridiculous!

@VodafoneUK @steve_sps Hmmm, except when you do that it takes you to a list of options, none of which are relevant and when you specify what you are looking for help with “computer says no”. Maybe if the advisers were actually real people there might be a chance you could help…….?

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK They are all appalling these days . The best way of dealing with them is via signed for mail, giving them 28 days to close your account. Did this with Virgin. They still rang me everyday trying to make me cancel. Bloody nightmare company.Glad you got it sorted.

Currently on Talkmobile who won't give me a PAC and so slow that it's often unusable. O2 sent me a new phone that was broken then implied that I had damaged it! Asda charged me £20 to check voicemail.

It’s almost impossible to speak to someone and they begin with a refusal to believe what you’re saying. If Labour have left ideology behind, they could win by prioritising customer protection issues.

Had a 50% off deal with Lebara but payment didn't go through one month due to a bank error not mine, so they cancelled it. @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone used to be at respectable end of the spectrum However in the last 10 years,they've gone downhill rapidly. Even business customers paying them £££ get abysmal service. My favourite is the Voda phone line that tells you to use chat, and the chat that tells you to phone.
