    After 41 minutes on hold for @VodafoneUK broadband team to pick up - I was cut off. Take 2 I got through to Michael from PAYT who tried to put me through - he has had the same problem. 23 minutes and still waiting the 2nd time around. If I hear we are really busy again...

    @bernardjenkin @tnewtondunn @VodafoneUK The problem will come when some operators offer cheaper UK only contracts and cream away business from the operators that offer the full roaming contracts. They’ll then be forced to remove it or make it optional to keep market share.

    Terrible customer service from @VodafoneUK. Apparently I’ve been put on a business account without my knowledge. Have to present military ID AGAIN in store despite presenting it in the Devizes store when I bought the phone (even have a signed copy but that’s not enough).
