    @VodafoneUK @toadtomj I have not had a Vodafone signal in my house or my previous house for over 22 years. My company were stupid enough to choose Vodafone, I on the other hand chose Three for my personal mobile and the overall service and coverage is a million times better than Vodafone.

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK I have had no network or service now for over 30 hours. I have visited your store, discussed the matter with your online chat and spoke to your customer service team. Told it can tak another 24 hours, but then still no guarantee. Please sort, urgently

    @VodafoneUK I’ve already wasted a load of time with unhelpful online chats who always end up telling me there’s nothing they can do. Can never get through in the phone. It’s pretty bad, too stressful, and very frustrating. Every time.

    Great. Change broadband provider to @VodafoneUK because I was fed up of poor internet from my previous. Connected but no internet and no way to contact help. Wife already has lost half a day of home working. 😠

    @g0lfp @VodafoneUK In their defence they did include their phone number, which goes through to their “automated assistant” that fails to understand you. That’s ok, I pay for Prime Contact… but they’re never there. No problem, I’ll just email… oh wait.

    Just got a text from @VodafoneUK to say in line with “inflation” my contract will be going up 2.5% ... again You would think they would just freeze increases in the midst of a global pandemic where communication is more vital than ever. You just lost a future customer.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been with you for precisely 24hrs, moved from O2, and for all but one of those, your app is having “technical difficulties”… seriously, for nearly 24 hrs it’s still not working - come on now, sort it out…

    @VodafoneUK my issue started on the 8th of jan gets escalated to customer relations with a special number to call every time I call no one knows what the issue is - the line signal from your team is useless as you can’t hear them and they don’t know what to do #badcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK Highest point of contact for a complaint and all they have said is after listening to recorded calls that they're sorry I have been misinformed on multiple occasions but as a goodwill we can offer £60. 10% of what I was promised!!!! Shocking service yet again.

    @VodafoneUK I switched to Vodafone, from a previous supplier, for my home broadband supply, plus landline phone, in November 2022. The broadband works ok, but Vodafone has failed to connect our landline properly. Phoned numerous times and told ‘it’s a porting issue’.

    @VodafoneUK I have said I HAVE phoned this team about 20 times and they HAVE NOT resolved the issue. The service is terrible. I never would have switched provider if I had known. You need to contact me and sort it. Please dm/pm me for my contact details @AhmedShelbaya
