Just got a text from @VodafoneUK to say in line with “inflation” my contract will be going up 2.5% ... again You would think they would just freeze increases in the midst of a global pandemic where communication is more vital than ever. You just lost a future customer.

@VodafoneUK I’ve already wasted a load of time with unhelpful online chats who always end up telling me there’s nothing they can do. Can never get through in the phone. It’s pretty bad, too stressful, and very frustrating. Every time.

@g0lfp @VodafoneUK In their defence they did include their phone number, which goes through to their “automated assistant” that fails to understand you. That’s ok, I pay for Prime Contact… but they’re never there. No problem, I’ll just email… oh wait.

@VodafoneUK disgusted with vodaphone for locking a phone on a sim only contract the phone was purchased from Samsung and they still haven’t given me the nuc code, I’ve sold a phone that can’t be used because vodaphone won’t sort it,very very poor I will be looking elsewhere.
