@g0lfp @VodafoneUK In their defence they did include their phone number, which goes through to their “automated assistant” that fails to understand you. That’s ok, I pay for Prime Contact… but they’re never there. No problem, I’ll just email… oh wait.

Just got a text from @VodafoneUK to say in line with “inflation” my contract will be going up 2.5% ... again You would think they would just freeze increases in the midst of a global pandemic where communication is more vital than ever. You just lost a future customer.

@VodafoneUK I’m consistently being overcharged even after complaining and being advised this wouldn’t happen. My WiFi doesn’t work in the evenings, my phone line has never worked and no body seems to want to reply to my emails, or chat requests! How can you get in touch!
