    I really need to change my service providers. @ThreeUK have a complete mobile outage and @VodafoneUK (my ISP) have been shite since I signed up. Hilarious.

    @g0lfp @VodafoneUK In their defence they did include their phone number, which goes through to their “automated assistant” that fails to understand you. That’s ok, I pay for Prime Contact… but they’re never there. No problem, I’ll just email… oh wait.

    Great. Change broadband provider to @VodafoneUK because I was fed up of poor internet from my previous. Connected but no internet and no way to contact help. Wife already has lost half a day of home working. 😠

    @VodafoneUK @toadtomj I have not had a Vodafone signal in my house or my previous house for over 22 years. My company were stupid enough to choose Vodafone, I on the other hand chose Three for my personal mobile and the overall service and coverage is a million times better than Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK my issue started on the 8th of jan gets escalated to customer relations with a special number to call every time I call no one knows what the issue is - the line signal from your team is useless as you can’t hear them and they don’t know what to do #badcustomerservice

    Just got a text from @VodafoneUK to say in line with “inflation” my contract will be going up 2.5% ... again You would think they would just freeze increases in the midst of a global pandemic where communication is more vital than ever. You just lost a future customer.

    Dear @VodafoneUK is there any chance of installing a cell site to cover the dead zone on the A470 between Brecon and Merthyr Tydfil. There is no coverage between Libanus and Llyn On. Including the popular car parks at Storey Arms. This would also help @BreconMRT

    @CityFibre Had Gigafast Broadband installed on December 18th. Engineers said there's a problem with fibre cable and couldn't connect. Still not connected despite numerous chats to @VodafoneUK Can you check this out?

    @VodafoneUK could someone plz read the dm conversation and get back to me. Different people keep taking over the conversation and it’s not getting resolved. I just end up having to repeat the problem over again. I’ve had this problem with my mobile broadband for 6 months now!

    @VodafoneUK you have excelled yourselves yet again. 2 hours sorting a new upgrade out only to have it cancelled for no apparent reason and not even bothered to inform us. Customer service is a joke. 10 years we have been customers!! We won’t be staying !

    @VodafoneUK I have sent the phone back to car phone warehouse who done a full diagnostic on the phone and said it’s no the phone that is faulty , so I rang Vodaphone and spoke to customer service to see why we can do and we done all relevant steps its still not working, 2/2
