@VodafoneUK Vodafone is probably the worst social media to reply to people with enquires and problems with Vodafone problems , they never reply back , and when they do,after there 100th cup of tea of the day, customers usually don’t bother and fed up anyway

  • mitalee05
Mitalee Nubeebuckus (@mitalee05) reported from Bracknell, England

@VodafoneUK Please someone can call me urgently as I don't want to get stuff with another contract for 40 pounds a month. Else I have to make a complaint to higher authority. The idea was to put me in a temporary number to retain my old number not to stuck me with a new contract.

peter (@peter33266430) reported from Slough, England

@VodafoneUK just DM a Vodafone advisor, he’s just like there customer service call centre, they never pick up, and it looks like it he’s disappeared as well I don’t think I will hear from him again.

  • mitalee05

I can't believe how stupid Vf is. On 29th Mar I called up to cancel my other number ending 070. They cancelled my current 441 number. And now they have issued me a bill of 135 pounds. @VodafoneUK don't understand basic instructions and simple English.I am not paying for vf fault.

@VodafoneUK see how many times I tried to cancel 07553822031 which has been issued by a serious mistake from your side. Neither chat or twitter helping me. 191 never picks up. I have been trying hours and hours. On 29 March I tried to cancel my 070 number so that I can move

@VodafoneUK Very frustrated with this situation, the lack of openness previously has left me a very unhappy customer.

  • mitalee05
Mitalee Nubeebuckus (@mitalee05) reported from Bracknell, England

@VodafoneUK you stuck me with a unnecessary pay monthly sim that I did not ask for at it was your mistake that cancelled my account by not undertaking simple instructions. Now I want to cancel the temporary number and you have put me on hold for more than 5 hours for last 3 days.

  • peter33266430
peter (@peter33266430) reported from Slough, England

  • mitalee05
Mitalee Nubeebuckus (@mitalee05) reported from Bracknell, England

@VodafoneUK it was my fault that due to lack of intelligence and low intellect a wrong number was disconnected by vf. Please can someone call me positively by tomorrow at my 07450 283 441 number to cancel 07553822031. It is giving me too much stress to the point that I m sick.

  • mitalee05
Mitalee Nubeebuckus (@mitalee05) reported from Bracknell, England

@VodafoneUK to a different vf contract and retain my number. Very idiot vf agent misunderstood and cancelled my 441 number which stopped working on 29 Apr (which I never requested. When I called up, I was stuck with a new contract of 2 more years and they ordered a temp number

@VodafoneUK Yes, how was this communicated to customers before the service was removed, and how long before it was removed?

  • miamugridge
    Amelia Mugridge (@miamugridge) reported

@VodafoneUK haven't had any service coverage at home since Sunday. I can't make or receive work calls and I keep in being told that it will be sorted by 6pm. This is disgraceful

  • vattybear
    Ganesh Swaminathan (@vattybear) reported

@TinnyLaughlin @VodafoneUK Apparently I have to wait "2-24 hours" for it to magically fix itself - still very frustrated but atleast they are acknowledging that the "interconnect" issue is fixed after insisting they double check.. Another day of stuck to the slow tethered line & no broadband @VodafoneUK

  • mydaydemons
    Toby Stripp (@mydaydemons) reported

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 Well if you choose to be dictated to be a minority of obsessive extreme left ideologues @VodafoneUK you had better hope the balanced majority remain above this childish behaviour. Be in no doubt, the vast majority of your customers will see this as very poor judgement.

  • niconacho12
    Nacho (@niconacho12) reported

@VodafoneUK @hopesprings29 that is utter crap. No one places an add without permission. How did they get the ad in the first place?

  • rollerball1971
    Stewart O'Rourke (@rollerball1971) reported

@VodafoneUK is your broadband down in Epsom / KT199SY? If yes, when will it be back online again? Are you paying compensation for failure to deliver a service?

  • zero_energy
    Rob Veck (@zero_energy) reported

We're now entering the world where customers service is managed by AI BOTs. @VodafoneUK seems to be one of those systems. And the call centre is script driven, so getting a simple request for the agent handling my case to contact me resulted in "I need to read through your case"

  • RafLee84
raflee #blm (@RafLee84) reported from Poplar, England

@VodafoneUK why there is no WiFi on a tube anymore? You removed service for what reason?

  • twistedpixel8
    Scott Fotheringham (@twistedpixel8) reported

@VodafoneUK I will try in Chrome but I suspect it will not be different since internal server errors are nothing to do with the browser: those are from your end (trust me, I’m a web developer!)

  • Ben_AC_Elliott
    Benjamin Elliott (@Ben_AC_Elliott) reported

@WalkerMarcus @VodafoneUK @GBNEWS Corporations need communist dystopias because miserable people consume more. It's to help sell their products, don't think these "righteous warriors" and corporate elite actually give a dam.
