I did a sim swap to rain but it went through twice and sim isn’t working and can’t connect through esim. Some to web chat yesterday and they said they couldn’t do anything. Else I have to make a complaint to higher authority. The idea was to put me in a temporary number to retain my old number not to stuck me with a new contract.
