    @VodafoneUK I think when you go into a store all these advisors are thinking is about there bonus’s they don’t seem to care what the customer wants and how save them money shame on you Vodafone and trying to call Vodafone customer service, you a day off they don’t pick up.

    @VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

    @VodafoneUK just DM a Vodafone advisor, he’s just like there customer service call centre, they never pick up, and it looks like it he’s disappeared as well I don’t think I will hear from him again.

    Unbelievably fed up with @VodafoneUK for 4 months now they tell me there is no issue with signal in my area and yet it's got to the stage I have it in 2 areas of my house only. So clearly that's metal fault when we've not changed the construction of our walls!!! Want to leave...

    @VodafoneUK I was with EE any problem s they would resolve it there and then, Iam regretting moving to Vodafone, i have been waiting for a phone call for a week,about my overcharge on my bill but no one in Vodafone seems to give a dam.

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone is probably the worst social media to reply to people with enquires and problems with Vodafone problems , they never reply back , and when they do,after there 100th cup of tea of the day, customers usually don’t bother and fed up anyway

    @VodafoneUK I've been on to 7 advisers and 2 managers now and not one of them can sort this issue. Literally the worst company I've ever had to deal with. No one knows anything,now once can do anything and your service if you can call it that is abysmal

    @VodafoneUK Your “Bot” totally useless and you should know it. I spoke with a nice lady (Northern accent, been with Vodafone for two weeks). After one hour and twenty minutes I am finally told the 5G service I have been paying for for last 16 months is not available on my area!

    @VodafoneUK I’ve spent today trying to get a data signal so that I can contact you about not getting a data signal. Having called your automated ‘customer service’ I got a SMS containing a link to your website but, guess what, I can’t get a data signal. For the love of god, etc.
