Never ever choose @VodafoneUK first chance I’ll have to move from them I’ll do it... their agents are ignorant and not willing to help... I’ve been without a phone number for over 48 hours and after several hours on hold and being transferred to different departments they hung up

Have nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK. On hold again for another 35 mins about an issue they said they sorted yesterday. Paying £75 a month for a brand new phone that doesn’t work because of the provider. Disappointed.

Avoid @VodafoneUK at all costs, treat existing customers like dirt. Only good deals for new customers. Make things difficult for you so get you on a longer more expensive contract, even after being with them for over 10 years
