    @VodafoneUK I’m appalled. My dad took out a contract with you in March with a 15% (work) discount - which was never applied by your member of staff in the Nuneaton branch, and now he’s been back every month since because his discount hasn’t been added ...

    @VodafoneUK Just been sat on live chat for over 2 hours. Got through to your 'Wifi Xperts' 3 times, always a guy called Paul. As soon as I explain my issue, he disconnects. How am I supposed to get an issue sorted when none of your 'support' workers do their jobs? I want out.

    @VodafoneUK is there a reason why my phone hasn’t been dispatched, supposed to be delivered yesterday but not even left the warehouse. Customer service palms me off and each one tells me something different 😒 absolutely shocking. Just be honest with your customers NOT HARD

    @jerryandbens @VodafoneUK Got you by the crown jewels mate . I'm with ee and Lisa and Aiden O2 and they have pulled tricks like this over last 5 years so there all at it . Bad time thou can't believe Vodafone didn't bring an ad out saying they will freezeit for 3 months . Not coming across very thoughtful

    @VodafoneUK after an hour and a half on chat. Yogesh left the conversation without resolving the original issue and now I will have to call again at 8am because of your incompetence. After all the hassle I've had I will be leaving Vodafone! #vodafoneuk

    @VodafoneUK @MartinSLewis Vodafone cancelled my broadband in error and charging me termination fees. Nobody understands the complaint, 5 hrs on phone not resolved. Customer service dreadful, can you investigate them for bad service?

    So much for the stress free switching or however @VodafoneUK put it. Today's is my going live day with them. It's after 3pm...no Internet and after an hour speaking to tech help on the phone. Very poor service.
