Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

@VodafoneUK I don’t like you auto opting-in customers when we say we don’t want it on our account just because your salespeople think they can slip it in without anyone noticing for profit - it’s fraudulent misselling. It also blocks things it shouldn’t, it’s terrible.

@Nbayeboah @VodafoneUK No company is perfect, but Vodafone really couldn't care less about service, I've never known anything like it, I've been told there's a problem with the 5g upgrade, the cell tower was on fire, a new building is affecting the signal... & several other nonsense excuses.

@VodafoneUK Hi Dean, Sorry, I don't trust anything Vodafone staff says. I've opened a complaint with your customer relations team & they just try to fob you off, & expect you to wait until the issue is fixed with no explanation & no clear date to ongoing outages, I'll be switching providers.

@aymanthefirst @VodafoneUK This is the type of contempt you get from the call centre staff. By a long distance, the worst customer service I've had from any company. No one wants to take ownership of the problem, not even a manager, but happy to take ￡￡￡ p/mth. They're just appalling.
