    Hi @VodafoneUK why is your debt recovery service hassling my elderly mother to pay £65 when she terminated her account and doesn't owe you anything. She is frantic and has been to her local shop to check. She can't get through on the phone number. Is this a scam? Looks like it.

    @VodafoneUK Sadly the damage is done. I’m already considering leaving Vodafone due to the issues last night. The level of customer service was awful, I spoke to 4 people in total and was told contradicting things and felt extremely pressured into paying when I didn’t need to.

    @VodafoneUK Requested eSIM for new phone on 29/11. Was told 24h max. Called customer service 02/12. Was told another 24h. eSIM still not working = phone not working. No banking possible w/o working phone. You are the worst! #vodafonefail

    renewed. Will give @VodafoneUK a chance to respond before I say anything more. Failing that, more ripping off, unauthorised payments and abuse. Stay tuned unless Vodafone want to resolve. @EE I have the PAYG sim, I just can't unlock. Trapped in never ending hell with Vodafone!

    @VodafoneUK why would one of your team say that we can’t cancel within 14 days unless we go into a Vodafone shop to cancel. The Vodafone shops are closed due to restrictions? We want to cancel today!!

    @VodafoneUK Yes. Have contacted support when in multiple different 5g areas when others with me had Vodafone 5g coverage but I have not. I’ve tried everything with support but no luck
