Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

Finally went to the Ombudsman and vowed never, ever to go back or take any product from them again. 14 years on I've still kept my promise to myself.

They insisted they would only speak to the account holder. I told them I hoped they had a very good psychic medium on hand. I'm still getting debt collectors from a bill that was supposed to have been written off 30 years ago when £400 of overseas calls in 2 days on an account only used for inward calls for 3 years didn't raise red flags.
