    Have nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK. On hold again for another 35 mins about an issue they said they sorted yesterday. Paying £75 a month for a brand new phone that doesn’t work because of the provider. Disappointed.

    I can't believe how stupid Vf is. On 29th Mar I called up to cancel my other number ending 070. They cancelled my current 441 number. And now they have issued me a bill of 135 pounds. @VodafoneUK don't understand basic instructions and simple English.I am not paying for vf fault.

    @VodafoneUK how do you expect for someone to be without a connection for 48+hrs? Every time I get in touch with your customer service they tell me it will be a few more hours. On hold for hours and the eSIM still now working. Customer of over 10 years and this is how you treat me

    @VodafoneUK it was my fault that due to lack of intelligence and low intellect a wrong number was disconnected by vf. Please can someone call me positively by tomorrow at my 07450 283 441 number to cancel 07553822031. It is giving me too much stress to the point that I m sick.

    @VodafoneUK to a different vf contract and retain my number. Very idiot vf agent misunderstood and cancelled my 441 number which stopped working on 29 Apr (which I never requested. When I called up, I was stuck with a new contract of 2 more years and they ordered a temp number

    @VodafoneUK Hello, okay, I’m not on your network anyway, I’m with @ThreeUK and I’ve normally got quite good signal around my area. All other networks ask for the postcode on a public post and ask them to DM to to them in order to look into it a bit more.

    Only 43 days of our final contract left with @VodafoneUK I told them a year and a half ago that if they didn't sort out an issue they created I would take all of our contracts elsewhere. Good customer service is not difficult, bad customer service lasts a lifetime.....
