    Have nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK. On hold again for another 35 mins about an issue they said they sorted yesterday. Paying £75 a month for a brand new phone that doesn’t work because of the provider. Disappointed.

I think you’ve been through a painful time and it’s a shame that instead of being able to fully comfort your dad and remember the happier times with your late mum that Vodafone did this BS. I worry about older folk that don’t have this kind of support. :(

    @GeorgeMonbiot Imagine all the PR people at @VodafoneUK running around like headless chickens. They devised this and other scams to maximise profits & keep people fixed to their crappy contracts. They trained call centre agents to treat customers as scum and now this. I feel no pity for them.

Until you post a link to details of disciplinary action against the manager(s) ultimately responsible for this awful treatment of Monbiot's family (& others) and details of changes you'll make to stop it happening again, this is meaningless.
