    Here’s where the intelligence of technology falls down. I suspect the phone is in stock but not in the colour I arbitrarily ordered. They’ve not said ‘hey, if you ask for the space whatever, we can give you that!’ so I’m just left wondering...@VodafoneUK

    @g0lfp @VodafoneUK In their defence they did include their phone number, which goes through to their “automated assistant” that fails to understand you. That’s ok, I pay for Prime Contact… but they’re never there. No problem, I’ll just email… oh wait.

    AND ANOTHER THING! I rang @VodafoneUK customer complaint line and the woman basically said theres nothing she could do but then before we hang up she says “congratulations on your new phone though”.. I HAVENT GOT A NEW PHONE YET CAUSE YE WOULDNT HAND IT OVER BABES 😂😂😂😂

    @VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

    @VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

    Its amazing @O2 can sort out fraud against my 13 year old daughter but @VodafoneUK cant & tell me to go to my local shop with my daughter to prove she didnt take out a contract like wtf!

    After an absolutely shambolic new customer service experience with @VodafoneUK I decided to go with @O2 . I've got admit the service has been nothing short of fantastic. Absolutely lightening fast. Customer service was top notch and porting was smooth. Great work.

    The phone saga drama continues! Got my phone on @VodafoneUK from @currys (aka Carphone Warehouse) over a month ago and it's still not set up and working! Carphone Warehouse say the phone has been dispatched and the order is complete, however Vodafone tell me the problem is with
