    @ThreeUKSupport Yes reported before and was advised it was old SIM cards, replaced them all for family this year yet still having issues with call failed.

    @nunosilvaramos @MishaalRahman @VodafoneUK It's clearly all a marketing thing, their cheapest 5G included unlimited data SIM only deal is £23/mo (not a bad price actually, as I pay £20/mo with @ThreeUK for 4G), but that's capped at 2Mbps. But then they can claim they have the cheapest unlimited 5G plan at £23 of course!

    @ThreeUK can you advise if an issue with service in Manchester, keep getting call failed during calls, we have replaced all SIM cards in phones as previously advised yet still having issues.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was offered a deal, yes, however it was more expensive than the deal you offer to new customers. I did take it out of convenience, but it may be worth considering customer experience in future when promoting deals through a third party.

    @ThreeUKSupport However trying to get though to CS as well is impossible as it Option 1 to 5 then you just get a text which doesn't help as it just leads you back to web chat which I had a poor experience with the web chat team earlier

    @ThreeUKSupport 1/2 STILL ongoing issue.. Mobile internet connects the disconnects after a few seconds on 3 devices, telephone calls breaking up. Been going on for a week or more. I work from home need STABLE service I am paying for. LE11 postcode.

    Been with @giffgaff nearly a month and still no signal and they still haven’t fixed the mast , would have stayed with @ThreeUK hope they are going to compensate for this dreadful service

    Imagine being an adult and your network blocking you from accessing "explicit content." I just want to look at underwear hello?? The UK is a joke, this doesn't stop anything as you cannot moderate my twitter feed, reddit etc. @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport Speed is still very poor nearly a week later. Around 10Mbps down (used to be 20-30) and only 1Mbps up (used to be about 20). Router reports same signal strength and same band (3) as before.
