    @ThreeUKSupport No contract. Advised by Three to pay outright for a dongle and a 1-month, one-off fee for 1-month wifi use. Told by their advisor that this was fine & best solution. Temp set up as we moved house & had to wait for broadband install. Never had a contract with them.

    @ThreeUKSupport good morning, I called on Monday to cancel a mobile broadband router contract I had had delivered on Saturday. Was told Iโ€™d get a Jiffy bag through the post to return it but havenโ€™t received anything yet. Just keen to get the item back within 5 days as required.

    @ThreeUK But 4G in Manchester CC is honestly awful at times. Not reliable at all and seems to be getting worse.

    PLEASE RETWEET THIS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. STAY AWAY FROM @ThreeUK I ordered a SIM only plan 2 weeks ago and the SIM card still hasnโ€™t arrived. I called to cancel my second contract too but that department โ€œcant take my call.โ€ Disgusting customer care and service. STAY AWAY #Three

    @ThreeUKSupport are you having issues with your network. I cannot view my security cameras and other apps that require internet are intermittent. Ashton under lyne area currently in Stockport working

    Think itโ€™s time to go to @ThreeUK well over a decade with @O2 / @o2businessuk and they not really fussed about loyalty, customer service. The line used โ€˜it is what it isโ€™ when I spoke to them about my contract options. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

    @ThreeUKSupport Nope. Turning it on resulted in it turning off again. As I said, this happens every few months. Iโ€™m not asking you how to fix this. Iโ€™m informing you that you might want to look into a buggy system.

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™ve tried to get in touch again and always get told your system is down! I rang up and was told to email, I emailed and was told the address was no longer valid and to live chat, I try to live chat and get told the system is down - ITS BEYOND A JOKE NOW

    @ThreeUKSupport joined your 4G Home Broadband service in M407LS last week. Poor speeds wherever I place my router (less than 3mbps) despite 5 bars of signal, which is considerably less than expected.

    @VodafoneUK new contract @ThreeUK SIM has arrived. So much better signal. Three is now in SIM 1 and Vodafone (for now) in SIM 2.

    @Mr_ChRiSsI_X @Garreth88h @ThreeUK If my phone doesn't have full 4G+ *and* decent mobile signal, it just doesn't work. I can be stood outside in Central Manchester and the signal is just nonexistent ๐Ÿ™ƒ

    No phone service for past 3days since switching to @ThreeUK Now they say itโ€™s going to be another 2 days before they can activate my SIM! Customer services make promises that itโ€™ll be fixed in 2 hours! Not happy ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @ThreeUKSupport M1 5FW, it's as bad at home too, in the last 2 months or so it's been awful. Phone call quality is shocking

    so @ThreeUK will let you signup on their site but for "security" you need to cancel via support. It's a deliberate tactic to make it as hard as possible for you to leave their **** service.

    @ThreeUKSupport why is it when I have full signal nothing ever works on my phone ???? Your signal is appalling since merging with Vodafone sort it out Iโ€™ll be leaving when my contract is up

    @ThreeUK what a terrible service. The WiFi isnt working for more than a week now in Bermondsey area and you dont even have the decency to reach out with the details of by when the service will be back to normal. You dont even have a functioning Call Center.
