    Been on @ThreeUK for few months now and yes at first I had a few problems but now can't complain at all. Everything is great. Whenever I have needed customer service they have always help out and always made sure issue is resolved. Will be sticking with you!

    @ThreeUKSupport Understand. However, we do this dance, then someone rings me. I explain again. And ask to cancel the account. Again. As we were told - by you at point of sale - that we’re fine to use the hub for one month only. Which was all we needed. Threatening letters a new development : (

    Mis-sold and given wrong advice. And now sending threatening letters for a mobile hub we used for 28 days while waiting for our wifi service from Virgin Media. Threatening to send us to a debt collection agency is a complete disgrace. @ThreeUK how do you sleep at night?

    @ThreeUK is something happening with the network ? I have a host of numbers ringing me which I cannot answer and if I call back they said they havent rang, even my partners phone is calling mine and I have it in my hand switched off she is on @EE? How is this possible ?

    @ThreeUKSupport We told you at the time of buying the dongle that we needed 1 month of service and no more. Why was that fine then but now we have to pay cancellation fees? Do @Ofcom listen in on these threads? This is appalling, dark customer service practice.!

    @Apple 15.0.2 has killed 5g on my iPhone 13 pro max on @EE looking at the Internet i don't seem to be alone. Network reset won't work nor will restarts pls fix this ASAP even doesn't work on @ThreeUK sim not happy

    Ever since the “improvement” works in the area, my signal has been terrible @ThreeUK The internet is barely functional which is very annoying as I used to rely on that daily when our Sky Broadband inevitably crashed

    @ThreeUKSupport so I visited the store in Arndale MCR as I’m having issues with the network.. they are not able to assist me. I called up CC 6 times they are neither able to help me and directing me to the store. This is ridiculous service provided by staff Allister in MCR

    @Mr_ChRiSsI_X @Garreth88h @ThreeUK If my phone doesn't have full 4G+ *and* decent mobile signal, it just doesn't work. I can be stood outside in Central Manchester and the signal is just nonexistent 🙃

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Your company and your customer service is abysmal. You deactivated my sim card with no warning & the new one hasn't arrived and doesn't look like it ever will. Days with no service (phone or 4G) and being told different things by everyone I speak to.

    Horrible service @ThreeUK Over charged my account 4x the amount on my contract, contacted live chat and spoke with Candes about it, who was very unhelpful. Then asked to speak with a manager she said she cant pass me to them as i dont know my password for the account. Horrible

    @ThreeUKSupport @Anonakii my3auth.text.generic.error when trying to access account by resetting password. Please dedicate some time to fixing this as such an issue shouldn’t be occurring for almost half a decade with lots of us unable to access our accounts in quite some time 😩

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi there. We’ve just moved house & three signal is really poor at new house. Is there anything that can be done? We’re awaiting our broadband & landline to be activated,so we’re a bit stuck for options. But even when we have broadband we need better mobile signal

    @ThreeUK Please thank Nirmal Khanka in customer service! Had a issue with my phone number not porting over correctly due to my old network not giving the correct PAC. He helped sort it straight away quick and easy unlike others i spoke to before. Thanks!
