Was told I’d get a Jiffy bag through the post to return it but haven’t received anything yet. Just keen to get the item back within 5 days as required.

Whenever I have needed customer service they have always help out and always made sure issue is resolved. Will be sticking with you!

I kept being asked for stig number.. or they couldn't cancel the contract.
