    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve tried to get in touch again and always get told your system is down! I rang up and was told to email, I emailed and was told the address was no longer valid and to live chat, I try to live chat and get told the system is down - ITS BEYOND A JOKE NOW

    @ThreeUK hi is there a reason your 4G signal is poor in Manchester City centre. I have to know permanently use 3G to even use WhatsApp

    So angry with @ThreeUK right now!! Signal/data issues at Home AND work for the last 3 weeks and still no fix in sight. You can’t even handle complaints properly either. Utterly useless! Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!

    @Mikeb20012 @ThreeUK I have a problem too. My mast has had a 4G fault for 7days, I'm running on snail 3G and calls and texts are affected too.

    @ThreeUKSupport Sadly no options other than to wait yet again and call back if the service has improved. It won't improve, there is no end date to engineering works. Meanwhile I've had to get another provider as I need to work on Teams, Zoom, Skype, etc :(

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been in touch with your team. Nothing has improved. As i have stated if i drive 5 minutes down the road I get 50mbps. You've acknowledged faulty kit in another thread. Basically this twitter feed has as much support as a broken jockstrap ;-)

    @aLpHaDaZzA @ThreeUK @O2 Lucky you. I'm on three and decided to leave for these because of the bad signal. Got a Zfold3 last Friday a week before it should have come and can't even use it. Not even been connected 4 days later.

    @ThreeUK have to be the worst network going, I thankfully left them recently due to multiple issues. Received a final bill stating I'm in credit and to call them to arrange refund. Called this morning and they now state the bill is incorrect ... complete incompetence 🙈

    @ThreeUKSupport No...neither of us have any issues with any other numbers (and yes we've checked checked and checked not blocked number/s. I can tell you phone models but you will need 4 if necessary as we've both had 2 models each and still happening

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Ali, I called your helpline 5 times today and eventually got through to an operator but unfortunately they couldn’t help me and referred me to the online chat as it was a pay as you go enquiry. We can’t do that without internet I’m afraid. Happy to DM you the number
