@ThreeUK absolutely shocking your internet at minute. I understand people are working from home etc but I pay a lot of money for a service I’m currently not getting. Constantly have to turn my phone off and on to try to access internet

@ThreeUKSupport Hi mark, all sorted now, I went on live chat, the problem was a cap on 600 minutes from many years ago, it had never been removed, I have unlimited but the 600 cap came into force. Been removed and received excellent customer service. 🙌🏼🙏 stay safe 💙

I’m waiting on my delivery from @ThreeUK. The guy on the phone said between 8am - 7pm. Great so waist 11 hours of my day waiting for a parcel that needs to be signed for. I didn’t get any tracking details sent and I need to go food shopping. Excellent customer care! #Three

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, speeds are faster when on 4g, but still only around 4/5mbps. Noticed that when I can connect to nearest mast speeds improve, but often I'm connecting to a further away mast with a weaker signal.
