    Wow, @ThreeUKSupport really is getting worse. Signal now non-existent, WiFi calling suddenly disrupted, customer service poor and unresponsive.

    @ThreeUKSupport It says its 4g on the phone. But it's so slow that nothing loads. It's been like this since July.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yea Jen I have. I kinda gave up on the speetests upload now.. and although you can't do anything regarding this issue, I have been struggling, alongside with lots more, with your 4G. Been a costumer for 4 years now with multiple contracts but I guess it's time to move on.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes reported before and was advised it was old SIM cards, replaced them all for family this year yet still having issues with call failed.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes sims were activated, post code already been checked. Paying over £140 a month for four phones with shocking service. Not happy

    @EE @ThreeUK Advised of this on the phone earlier. I’m being told different information, or not being told it at all. For a company the size of @EE I’d expect basic customer service. Hugely disappointing.

    @ThreeUK can you advise if an issue with service in Manchester, keep getting call failed during calls, we have replaced all SIM cards in phones as previously advised yet still having issues.

    @ThreeUKSupport No she didn’t sacked it after 35 mins. Long story short her ex boyfriend has got the phone and changed password so she can’t cancel. She’s been paying for it so she wants to stop

    New iPhone’s out today! (Unless you’re a @ThreeUK customer. They’ll tell you it’ll be delivered today, you wait in for the delivery, then they’ll txt 4:30pm to say it’ll be delayed 48hrs, then when you call for more info, they’ll actually say Oct 1st.) What a waste of a day 💸

    @ThreeUK .... terrible customer service , 3 online chats dropped this morning every time they promise to transfer to customer relations & more than 30 mins waiting on phone ..... have spent a full morning trying to sort issue ...awful ... no customer relations 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @EE @ThreeUK I received my EE last Thursday, I completed the PAC form to bring my number to EE around 17:25, it was with you before the 17:30 cut off. I called you on Friday, said I wanted to leave due to poor coverage and you said PAC wouldn’t be processed until today for some reason.

    @ThreeUKSupport I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR SERVICE THAT I CANNOT USE FOR 6 MONTHS. YOU HAVE MY DRIVERS LICENSE, MY WIFE’S PASSPORT, NEW MEMORABLE PLACE, NEW MEMORABLE NAME, POSTCODE, DATE OF BIRTH - I CALL AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WONT EVEN TALK TO ME ABOUT MY ACCOUNT.

    @ThreeUK @Ofcom H3G now close formal complaints when a customer doesn't answer two call attempts to provide an update. I am experiencing shockingly poor service from H3G. GDPR and Privacy seems a very low priority to them.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, all 3 members of my household are having the issue. MIL also having the issue, if she needs to make a call she has to go outside of the house now. Only happening since the@mast has been moved. That postcode is TS17 9DQ
