    I’m waiting on my delivery from @ThreeUK. The guy on the phone said between 8am - 7pm. Great so waist 11 hours of my day waiting for a parcel that needs to be signed for. I didn’t get any tracking details sent and I need to go food shopping. Excellent customer care! #Three

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, speeds are faster when on 4g, but still only around 4/5mbps. Noticed that when I can connect to nearest mast speeds improve, but often I'm connecting to a further away mast with a weaker signal.

    @RobTrigg3 @ThreeUK That’s not great at all. I’ve been with Three before and found they had great customer service at that time. Far better than anyone else I’ve had to deal with but I guess times change. Got the PAC in the end so will look for the cheapest PAYG tonight now.

We are currently locked in on 4 contracts and just been overpaying by £60pcm for 6 months - refund refused. £50 then £100 then £150 credit balance offered instead of a refund but only if we upgrade #extortion

    Just got off the phone with @ThreeUKSupport to resolve an issue, and I have to say that Poonam was an absolute joy to talk to. Very friendly customer service, and she was incredibly helpful, way beyond the end of her shift!

    @ThreeUKSupport Problem is the app is not adaptive. I have large text and fonts sizes. When I reduce the size the " continue login" button shows up. Clearly the app needs some dev.

    @ThreeUK still no service after reporting lost phone on 16 May. Disgraceful. CANNOT wait until Sept when I move away. Over 20 years a customer. Happy to take £250 there and then to set up new contract but 10 days to get a replacement SIM and 3 days, counting, for it 2b activated.

    NEVER. EVER go with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport . They are USELESS! I cancelled my contract within 14 days on 20 May, and I am STILL waiting for a PAC code to be generated which I was told takes 3-5 days. Useless on the calls too, top to bottom awful company.

    @ThreeUK logic. Stranded in the US as my phone is not roaming even though I was told it would. Log into my account. We have sent you a 6 digit SMS. To a phone that’s not connected to any network. Idiots
