    Ever since the “improvement” works in the area, my signal has been terrible @ThreeUK The internet is barely functional which is very annoying as I used to rely on that daily when our Sky Broadband inevitably crashed

    @Apple 15.0.2 has killed 5g on my iPhone 13 pro max on @EE looking at the Internet i don't seem to be alone. Network reset won't work nor will restarts pls fix this ASAP even doesn't work on @ThreeUK sim not happy

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK this has to be the worst network in U.K. order @AppleSupport IPhone 12 Pro Max a 5G phone that requires a 5G sim only to not receive one and when I ask why in told “You don’t have 5G in your postcode so don’t require a 5G sim! Really? People move about!!

    @ThreeUK hi, I'm currently a Three customer and due an upgrade. I've seen a deal on USwitch which isn't available direct with you so I'll be going with that. How can I go about transferring my phone number from my current 3 account to the new 3 account? Still need PAC?

    @ThreeUK The GoRoam part of your service is all I am with you for, I can find a much cheaper domestic tariff elsewhere. I hope you will be honoring this for those of us stuck in a contract with you past May? Otherwise I expect to be released early

    @ThreeUKSupport so I visited the store in Arndale MCR as I’m having issues with the network.. they are not able to assist me. I called up CC 6 times they are neither able to help me and directing me to the store. This is ridiculous service provided by staff Allister in MCR

    @ThreeUKSupport I ain't paying for a servicethat hasn't been good for over a month and the lat 7 days the internet connection has been really slow so i ain't paying £34 for a plan i specifically set up for the good internet speed and the last month or so its been really hard to use internet

    @ThreeUKSupport It's ok sorted. Some of your customer service advisors are pure Muppet Show though. One of them recommended a Home Signal Black Box to improve my 5g reception, but that seems to be 2014 tech for poor 3g signals.

    I think someone is trying to hack my @ThreeUK phone number? Every day I am getting weird calls from numbers almost identical to my personal phone number. A second after I answer an alarm or data connection starts up and starts blasting noise down the line. THREE, plz Dm me!

    @ThreeUK is it really too much to expect to be able to make and receive phone calls or use my data when in a town centre. Bad enough I now struggle at home after several trouble free years with you. Online chat's a joke and call centre a farce. Only struggled since contract renew

    @ThreeUKSupport Around a month ago I filled out the cancelling mobile broadband contract. Twice. I never recieved any confirmation (despite it saying you would confirm in 2-3 days). I have now been charged another month of something I'm not using. I'm not happy guys.
