@ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

@ThreeUKSupport Time will tell! Presumably I won't be billed for any days before I start using your service? Especially now considering the extra delay in switching has been due to an issue your end, and the fact I lose two more days because you can't switch at a weekend?

Their customer service is absolutely garbage, thrown around from person to person told to do same meaningless troubleshooting tasks that has nothing to do with the problem. Net worked fine in the first few weeks, the only. Then it went ****

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. No I couldn’t see it on the website. I was surprised with the offer. I even doubled checked and asked for confirmation. Never mentioned it was a business deal. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Offered a deal told to phone then informed can’t do it.

@ThreeUKSupport Speed in LE2 8AR is less than 1Mb, checked website and it showed work yesterday but nothing anymore. Have rebooted Router and for 2mins I get good speed then back to 1.2Mb. Any help you can offer? Please

@ThreeUKSupport I bought a Samsung galaxy watch last you as you announced esim support was coming. Really disappointed I can't use my watch with three. Is there an update / can I cancel my contract with three? I want to be able to use my device and you have let me down.
