@_Chris_Hurst_ @cabman1967 @ThreeUK Laughable mate I work for a network provider and they tell you to push what they get for free in the customers face, it's barely free when you lose £300 by doing it

@ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

@ThreeUK I have recived a bill today stating I owe Three money which is incorrect. I've tried online chat but no one connects to talk to me and I don't see why I should have to phone up as I don't actually owe any money. Can someone help me please?

@ThreeUKSupport You really are the worst mobile phone network out there and I will definitely be moving over to Sky mobile, once my contract is up and frankly speaking, I don’t care how bad they are, just so I can away from this useless 3 network.

@ThreeUKSupport Sometimes I get 3G sometimes 4G and rarely 5G. My iPhone 13 is only 6 months old and the sim isn’t that old either. The signal comes and goes but is generally slow

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, when will the issues in DE11 7NE area be finished? I have your mobile broadband and working from home is near impossible at the moment. It's been like this for 3 days now

@tgm999 @hibberthometech @ThreeUK If they’re the ones calling out of the blue, they should not be asking security questions. How does the receiver of the call know it’s not a scam to obtain their answers? This is very poor practice.
