    @ThreeUK @cathaypacific turned my phone on after having it switched off in flight mode and was instantly charged £5 for the second the air network was on. Should have to accept or submit an email for permission before just using it. £5 for air.

    @ThreeUKSupport Searching back on Twitter I can see your billing system has been broken in this way for years. I found one user who triggered spending cap alerts as soon as their bill was produced as it was over their limit. Stupid.

    @ThreeUK @UKHonor The 4g round my area is really bad, been a customer for years and never had a problem but this year my prices have gone up but the 4g connection has gone down massively. Will be switching in a months time to another phone company as its been like this for months now

    @ThreeUKSupport No I don’t remember the exact date but around 2 weeks ago. Haven’t spoken since and can’t really be bothered to have to go through it again. Just annoying. Would rather cancel and be refunded for what I was talked into.
