    @ThreeUK appalling service. You are a communications company however you can’t organise your call centre staff to work from home!!! Banks, mortgage companies and travel agents have organised this so why can’t you. This is really concerning that the only option is online chat.

    @ThreeUKSupport Well it’s not good enough I’m a flight attendant on standby if I get a call and it doesn’t go through I’m the one who gets a meeting and a note on my record!!What exactly am I paying for his seems to be constantly happening so why am I paying my bill for service that’s not workin

    Looks like I've been hit by the @ThreeUK network outage and can only see anything when I'm using our Wi-Fi at home. If I don't respond to anything, that's why.

    @Rachel0ates @ThreeUK Can I complain about them. While I have unlimited data, I cannot set up a hotspot and the coverage I get where ever I go is the worst I've ever had of any network.

    @CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.
