    @ThreeUKSupport I did this all earlier with your customer support and was told I had two choices, wait until 09/21 or buy out my contract. Sooo again paying for something that doesn’t work.

    Shocking service from @ThreeUK. Online chat function was ace when trying to sell me something (a mobile broadband router to enable me to work from home before broadband is installed) and was assured it would be able to stream. Now using it, it can't. Can't just about load pages.

    @ThreeUK I had a contract with @ThreeUK I have warts experience with them. I cancelled my contract. Still they took my money. Send me a letter saying mistakenly took my money they gonna send me back it's been 4 months now they didn't send it. It's very poor service they have got

    Anyone else ready to leave @ThreeUK? Been 2 days that people can't hear me on the phone. Been struggling with doctor and hospital calls for the wee ones and all 3 tells me is "we are working on the network, stay tune for updates." This is not on.
