    @ThreeUKSupport That’s all I have been doing is speaking people on the phone. I would like the call recordings to take this further as I never had a live signed contract since November 2018!     @ThreeUKSupport Sorry, but you're not being very helpful. It's quite straight forward. I'll say it again. I selected the £10 a month option but I've been put on a £15 a month plan. It's unacceptable. Can I just cancel the contract and I'll just go with somebody else.

    Hi all @ThreeUK customers who live in central London (Victoria/Pimlico) - can I ask if your signal crashed in the past seven weeks? A mast was taken away suddenly with no warning to customers. I’m also looking to other providers to DM me their offer as an alternative supplier.

    @ThreeUKSupport I don’t know how many times I can keep saying the same thing. There is no 4G, inside or outside, in CR2 8SY. I don’t care what your systems say. I’ve lived there since 2016 and have never ever ever ever got 4G there. Send your engineers there if you don’t believe me.

    @ThreeUKSupport EN1 4RQ. Also attempted to use at NG18 and N17 areas. It clearly isn’t a connection issue as all other apps and services work fine, and that’s 3+ locations I’ve tried it in.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport HELP! Many circles of hell dealing with 3. How do I end it? Multiple assurances on phone calls that all is sorted but multiple phone calls to me (always when I am busy) suggest otherwise. I ask for email confirming but am told this isn't possible?!

    @ThreeUKSupport Not last night as it was past 10, we have been in touch with three through Twitter several times in the last couple of months. I will try and get in touch later today but we have reached formal complaint stage. These "working on issues in area" are near constant now.

    I cannot believe how poor mobile reception is on @ThreeUK these days. 4G=1bar if not in a built-up area and when 5G 'is' found it crashes my iPhone 16pro or garbles every word. Anyone tell me what network has UK-wide coverage these days. I feel like I am back in the 1990s!

    @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!

    @ThreeUKSupport The connection status for the area around YO7 1LB in North Yorkshire is "Data Services Unavailable". A man with a van is required carrying a new module, nice signal level, but no throughput.

    I switched away from @ThreeUK because their customer service agent told me they have blazing fast 5G speeds of up to 100Mbps. I said that's awful. They said it's 100MB per second. I asked them to clarify. And they said it is 100 Mbps but I can pay £4 extra for high speeds. Awful.

    @ThreeUK I am so annoyed by your customer services. I purchased a data sim a month ago. Rung up to top it up they won’t do it with out the sim being in a phone to receive a text message, I don’t have a 3 device, I bought it for a mobile router. Won’t work in my EE phone! 😞
