A mast was taken away suddenly with no warning to customers. I’m also looking to other providers to DM me their offer as an alternative supplier.

Yet, would other Cos. fair better. I got a rude letter from TalkTalk saying my Broadband plan (£31 pm) is out dated (Virgin sold out to them, they put me on plan). Need to use Fibre!

One of the key things we need with these alerts is confidence in them working. Now, as a Three customer, I have no confidence. Please don’t just brush this aside until it’s really needed.

I appreciate not everyone wants the alert but everyone should be given the option to receive it #emergencyalert
