    @ThreeUKSupport I found out the reason , for some reason you deactivated my sim card before I received the new one which was being sent to fix my network issues. It meant no one at work could reach me all day and I could not make any call.

    I’ve just spent 2 weeks in the USA using the @ThreeUK GoRoam and had perfect signal and fast 4G the entire time. I come back the the U.K. and revert back to the awful slow ‘4G’. Sort it out @ThreeUKSupport - you used the be great. Service in my own country is crap nowadays!

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank u for your reply Jen. It is not my phone... it is my relish. Have tried changing all the positions of my router and nothing. Have been calling you guys but it was said to me that I have a bad signal and apparently the signal in the area is indeed bad. :/

    @ThreeUKSupport hi there. I cannot use any data on my phone when I am located at work in EC4M 7AW despite phone saying I have a reasonably good 4G signal. Seems to be fine elsewhere in London though.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes almost instantly after I placed the order and got a phone call the day after to confirm the payment, all payment was cleared. I can send privately message you the reference number and order details if that would help

    @ThreeUKSupport Wondering what types of speed I should expect from the 4G home broadband. I have my Three ZTE router in a windowsill. signal reads 5 bars (full) but it tends to max out at 50Mbps. I was expecting faster. Is it just my area? Thought central Cardiff would be faster.
