So 3 Network has been down as early as 4:30am .. it’s now Lunchtime for me at work and still no Data or Phone Services available 😤🤔 having to resort to my work WiFi 😭 I have Unlimited Data WTF .. so I’m expecting a days compensation @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUK I’m in London, wife in Devon. Neither of us are able to use our phones currently. Our Three home WiFi also down so all home entertainment not working. This isn’t ‘some’ people affected, it’s most if not all. Appalling.

@ThreeUKSupport It was set up over the phone . Never got no confirmation email about what was agreed. The only email I got was about delivery from DPD. Since this has been going on they did send me a copy of the confirmation email. It is a complete joke doesn’t even have the price that was set

Mobile signal at my home address is absolutely hopeless, so hopeless I can't actually tweet this using mobile data, I need to connect to WiFi. Useless service from @ThreeUK I don't need the fastest 5G (it is pretty fast) I just want consistent connection.

just made a formal complaint - All I wanted to do was close my account - it took over half an hour on chat, it did not get done as she tried to sell me things, the woman who was on the other end did not know their T&Cs - gave up as my head was pounding. @ThreeUKSupport
