@ThreeUKSupport Nope, it’s with Three. He isn’t using the PAYG, he’s already got a contract with Three. It was what we was told for me to get the old number on my new contract. I’ve been told I’ve got to wait 48 more hours, then phone up and wait another 24 hours! It’s never ending!

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve done everything I’ve been told to do. The problem is that it’s been over 3 weeks since I took the contract out and it still hasn’t been sorted. Permission was given over the phone for the name change.

Wow - terrible @ThreeUK customer support - been an ongoing 5G fault in my area and support say it’s not fixed and no idea how long so can cancel contract for zero cost - so basically saying find another operator …

Did you know that most phone companies limit calls to 2hrs? Not normally a problem but as I’m on hold for almost that long with @VirginAtlantic before they answer I got cut off 1 minute in! That’s 4 hours on hold for nothing, thanks to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport can't receive or make calls, been having calls dropping all week, getting fed up of this network now as the drop calls have been an ongoing issue for ages, had a new sim and then a new phone and still happening 😡 i want to change network!
