Have tried changing all the positions of my router and nothing. Have been calling you guys but it was said to me that I have a bad signal and apparently the signal in the area is indeed bad. :/

I have an iPhone XR 64GB .. I also pay £46 a month so really I expect it to work

I come back the the U.K. and revert back to the awful slow ‘4G’. Sort it out @ThreeUKSupport - you used the be great. Service in my own country is crap nowadays!

Tim Carr (@TimothyDRCarr) reported@ThreeUKSupport It is. Can’t get online to my3 becatse it’s down abs has been for a while. I’ve rang twice and got two different answers. One said it was sent in error. The next call handler says yes it’s been sent just in case. Chuck it if your current sim works.
