    @ThreeUK If it’s not Three it not real. How truthful Had no service since Wednesday because you gave my number to another provider. You said it’ll take 48hours to investigate. Day 4 still No Service Definitely Not Real.

    I took out a mobile data plan with @ThreeUK on the promise that it was a one month rolling contract I could cancel any time. I spent 4 hours today trying to cancel the contract, even covid is no excuse for such appalling customer service.

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I can relate to this tweet. They did work in my work area and since then it has been next to nothing. Although always 2 bars of 4G, the strength is poor at -117dbm.

    Trying to get through to @ThreeUKSupport customer services on my phone is near impossible. Hung up after 15 minutes, 5 of those minutes the line was completely silent @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport I really hope you at @ThreeUK can look into a whole raft of changes when it comes to outages and service status pages. The status for my postcode has remained in a degraded state for months. If you are to become a player in the home broadband sphere, you need to do a lot better!

    So attempting to cancel a @ThreeUK contract - four times the customer service team have hung up on me this morning and used delaying tactics to stop me cancelling my contract. What a terrible way to treat a customer - they just don’t care.

    @ThreeUKSupport This issue was over 12hrs ago. The issue happens every week or more on separate devices. Regular loss of 4G, which as I said causes a complete loss of home internet as your tech support advised to use 4G only. 3G barely usable during these outages. We are beyond basic faults here

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi I have paying 10.00 a month since June. Your Pay as you go is not working in Australia either. I am aware of the allowances etc. However you never took the money out my bank and hence no three. Its disgusting to be honest had to get a Aussie SIM

    Hello @ThreeUK @bluelightcard. I’ve tried to purchase this contract online but has failed at the purchase stage. It says to go in store with photo ID to complete purchase. I’ve rung customer services to try to do it but they’ve said the deal doesn’t exist

    @VodafoneUK Service/Speed in Nottingham City Centre is often poor, no data even with decent signal, have to keep purchasing a @ThreeUK sim for reliability, are you going to fix anytime soon ?

    @ThreeUK Your water tight security means that I don't have my SIM, but a randomer does. You wouldn't accept the licence I used to get the contract because name got shortened. Your customer service has outright lied and tried to aggressively sell. Will never recommend you again

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey please can you turn the 4G in Sheffield back on? Even w. perfect signal it's been sub-6mbit for weeks, but now won't even go above 1 which is unworkable, barely able to open twitter to send this even with multiple 4G hub restarts, pls fix?
