-
Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Harlow, England@ThreeUKSupport I really hope you at @ThreeUK can look into a whole raft of changes when it comes to outages and service status pages. The status for my postcode has remained in a degraded state for months. If you are to become a player in the home broadband sphere, you need to do a lot better!
-
Brian Bowden (@zbmb90) reported from Stanstead Abbotts, England@ThreeUKSupport What’s going on? I have submitted a formal complaint. I no longer have home broadband and now I receive this! From Three: Your Mobile Broadband account is overdue which means your services will be suspended if there's no payment made.
-
Chris Longman (@ChrisLongman2) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK awful customer service. No desire to help. 2 months waiting, sent ID many times but all they want to do is send you into a chat facility who can’t do anything. Escalated to a complaint and they just cut you off.
-
Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Takeley, England@ThreeUK No point pimping new phones if your network is not up to it.
-
JMiragliotta (@Jmiragliotta89) reported from Waltham Abbey, England@ThreeUKSupport I appreciate that but I’m currently in a position where @virginmedia are useless and unable to fix cables and you now working on masts meaning I can’t even use my phone network. So between both multi million pound companies you’re screwing me royally!!
-
Phil Mullin (@mullers72) reported from Welwyn Garden City, EnglandSo having just bought a @ThreeUKSupport PAYG SIM for my son as he's lost his phone, I can't register it online as it's down for technical maintenance but call the 0800 number. That's closed too. How do I get him sorted for school tomorrow? #Threeuk
-
Harry (@harryjpinnock) reported from Potters Bar, England@ThreeUKSupport Someone called me after I lodged a complaint, I was explaining what happened and they cut me off and haven’t rung me back. What a joke
-
Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Takeley, England@ThreeUKSupport I have an existing complaint logged for this since November. There are no options to help the situation, like I said we are rural and it’s down to lack of capacity for a tower that will in my opinion not be resolved
-
Brendon Morgan (@nutterguy) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England@ThreeUKSupport CM23 and its a Huawei Mate 10 Pro and a few other devices. Even when I've got close to full 4G the speed are pretty bad and don't get me started on the connection between here and Cambridge when I'm on the train. Happy to send more info if needed.
-
Brendon Morgan (@nutterguy) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England@ThreeUKSupport Don't know of anyone else having issues but this a black spot of service for sure. I am having issues elsewhere but they are known signal issues (Cambridge station, Shelford Station, etc) in good coverage areas I do get good speeds. 😭

-
Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Takeley, England@ThreeUKSupport I have already had a discount applied, I do not want more as I’d like to see the issue fixed. Like I mentioned, Three is the only fast internet option here so cancelling won’t help too. The only way Three can help would be to fix the capacity issue.
-
Chris Longman (@ChrisLongman2) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England@ThreeUK the level customer service is shocking when trying to help relatives with learning disabilities during lockdown. -
Zion Lights (@ziontree) reportedCalling out @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Company keeps charging me for a cancelled service, but their staff can’t understand or resolve it. Filed a complaint via the website, which they marked as resolved - without resolving it.
-
Ell💕 (@MrSteveBerman) reported@ThreeUK Your customer service team is actually so impolite it’s ridiculous. Train them better please
-
Me (@nickyboy1886) reportedSo ****** off with the service from @ThreeUK (supposedly I can piggy back off @VodafoneUK masts?!) is there a problem calling landline numbers today? Mobile … fine, landlines ~ nothing … just silence?
-
woodland246 (@woodland246) reported@CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.
-
#1 BREAKDOWN ***** (@SynthHenry) reported.@ThreeUK with the worst service & customer service of all time. online help gets told EXPLICITLY how my issue is YOUR FAULT, so YOU need to do something about it and got cut off by your agents
-
Cliffy (@radagastcb) reported@ThreeUK I have been with Three for 20 years, currently have a unlimited Data plan. I was going to change from crap Plusnet to a 4g Internet as we have very fast 4g. I started to apply and the bloody questions you ask. I am retired. Stuff you I will stay where I am.
-
Mason Lyons (@MasonIyons) reportedso @ThreeUK will let you signup on their site but for "security" you need to cancel via support. It's a deliberate tactic to make it as hard as possible for you to leave their **** service.
-
Álvaro Pétrus (@AcgbPetrus) reported@ThreeUK I'm spending some time abroad and I've had problems with my international roaming. I can no longer use my plan; I have absolutely no signal. I need help but haven't been able to get it so far. Can you assist me? The company doesn't seem to care much about its customers.
