    @ThreeUK is it really too much to expect to be able to make and receive phone calls or use my data when in a town centre. Bad enough I now struggle at home after several trouble free years with you. Online chat's a joke and call centre a farce. Only struggled since contract renew

    @ThreeUKSupport Bought 3gb/30 day package, £15 for 3 mobile payg dongle had for years & use occasionally. Used a bit, next day disconnected. Tried to get reinstated but told "no" so went elsewhere & asked for refund. 7 support people say "no refunds", despite taking cash falsely

    @ThreeUK @DjDarkus007 Let's Nooooot... Yer Network & Mobile Broadband is pish in Leith!!! Throw up se more transmitters will ya.. you can't even get decent 4G reception never mind 5G. If it doesn't improve in a couple of months I'm off and not coming back ( ex staff so I know what it's like)

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, thanks for the reply. The above number showed up on the display. The call was answered and the person was laughing. My family member tried to get the person to say what they wanted but they just laughed. When we called back it was, apparently, a three customer services line??
