-
J∆MES VINCEΠT 🏳️🌈 🏴 (@thisisjmx) reported from Dinas Powys, Wales@tower_cell @ThreeUKSupport Yes they have. One corner of my village didn't have any signal. There's now low inside signal but at least it's something.
-
🏴 Stuart 🏴 (@welsh_stu) reported from Caerphilly, Wales@ThreeUKSupport Been through this, you won’t check as it’s a business account and the business team never follow up. 2 years ago Caerphilly had around 40mb down now it’s about 4mb down and no one there seems bothered.
-
J∆MES VINCEΠT 🏳️🌈 🏴 (@thisisjmx) reported from Dinas Powys, Wales@ThreeUK do you have existing customer offers on the 5G cube?
-
Rossko 👉👉 (@RosskoKeniston) reported from Porth, WalesThis may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.
-
J∆MES VINCEΠT 🏳️🌈 🏴 (@thisisjmx) reported from Dinas Powys, WalesDoes the @Huawei B535 support VoLTE? Your site says no. But with the AI Cube B900 supporting it, it wouldn't make sense for this new model not to. @ThreeUKSupport
-
Js Mum (@CPMumma79) reported from Cardiff, Wales@ThreeUK be aware i just got charged £15 for a 21 minute conversation with another mobile user! That is appalling. Please explain why your charges have gone up 250% I will be changing network ASAP.

-
Peter MacCabe (@peterkin1010) reported from Barry, Wales@DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport ..a new chunk of 4G 1500mHz aka Ban.d 32. When they're actually commissioned the Three network has huge potential to deal with all these issues virtually overnight. Sadly they don't communicate the cause and ther solutions very well hence disappointed customers.
-
J∆MES VINCEΠT 🏳️🌈 🏴 (@thisisjmx) reported from Dinas Powys, Wales@ThreeUKSupport I took a look on the Hi-Link app. Seems like @Huawei removed it. That's really bad of them to do that
-
Shane (@gingio) reported from Cardiff, Wales@NathanWyburnArt @Apple I’m having a similar issue and @ThreeUK won’t do anything about it. They told me to download some app which won’t help anyway as it’s unknown caller. I think next step is I’ll be forced to change my number 😐
-
𝕱𝖋𝖎𝖔𝖓 𝕾𝕭 (@ffion_sb) reported from Cardiff, Wales@ThreeUK are lowkey the best network, just changed my contract and I’m paying £11 a month for all you can eat data, unlimited texts and calls 👀
-
RR (@richjrawlings) reported from Coychurch Lower, Wales@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jordanna. The signal is not always 1 bar as this fluctuates when I move to different areas of Bridgend. So this is not a SIM or Device issue, this is to do with the signal/antennas in each area.
-
Krishele Guzman (@KrisheleG) reported from Cardiff, Wales@dlever21 @ThreeUK My problem was they added a new condition this time that said if you haven't used it since January. but @ThreeUK ran the offer in May and I used it then. Guaranteed they caught LOADS of people out 😡
-
Krishele Guzman (@KrisheleG) reported from Cardiff, WalesHorrible T&Cs usage by @ThreeUK and #Wuntu on their Google Play offer. Tricked me into charging my bill instead of using the offer!!
-
J∆MES 🏳️🌈 🏴 (@thisisjmx) reported from Dinas Powys, WalesExcuse me for being blunt here @ThreeUKSupport but what is with your trash My3 app? Can't load recent usage, [pdf bill ain't ready yet but that's fine, today is reset day] Website won't give me usage. Why is this a regular basis oops we have an issue thing?
-

wulfsage (@wulfsagemakes) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Yeah giffgaff been just paying the minimum sim only plan since before I left UK, never had issues. If you don’t pay it for a few months they threaten to close it.
-
JBids 🐷🟪 (@VuFromTheMirror) reportedWill the £1 Nero coffee be returning @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ? This was a customer retainer for me and I'd like to know whether to hold on or jump ship now?
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@helloitsolly @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Thanks Olly Yeah, I don't get it either. It's a policy of theirs. They need me to fly back to the UK, use it in the UK, and then I'm good to go again and they'll unblock me. Not happening, so getting my family to help out very thankfully.
-
naomi (@ROSS_G3LL3R) reported@ThreeUK is there a reason why I pay for unlimited everything and have paid for my go roam passes for you to not let me use them? Really helpful when I’m driving across Italy without anyway of mapping or googling locations. As a customer of 18 years I’m not very happy
-
Alex | orbisearch.com (@AutomationAlex) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I pay £7/m to ID and visit the uk 1x per year. Never any issues.
-
Thomas Pigg (@pigg_thomas) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Oh wow I didn’t realise they did that Find a solution ?
-
David McKean (@keanie14) reported@threeuk your service does not actually function; I’m abroad, have used my fair usage, increased my spend cap, bought a roaming pass but it’s not working. I’ve called but can’t speak to anyone and you don’t have the option to deal with my request on the ‘call’.
-
K (@KRUNAL1) reported@ThreeUK why are you scamming customers by letting third party companies add subscriptions to the broadband service ? What is Weezchat that I have never signed up for ? £18 pounds ? How ? When asked to cancel you can’t, so you can add without my permission taken from me account but can’t cancel? How to cancel ? They send a sms ? How when it’s hub ? @Ofcom @IanMurrayMP please can this be looked into - I’m not the only one that been scammed, there’s hundreds of people
-
naomi (@ROSS_G3LL3R) reported@ThreeUK As a young woman travelling abroad not only is this very dangerous but also absolutely disgusting that you think it’s acceptable to treat customers this way just to make more money! Sort it out @ThreeUK
-
Whisperity (@whisperity) reported@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
