@DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I am also on Vodafone. And I would agree they now have overall a formidable network But they have less bandwith 5G than Three..50mHz as opposed to 140mHz so when Three eventually launch 5G 5G it'll be interesting how it all pans out.

  • welsh_stu
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Stuart 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@welsh_stu) reported from Caerphilly, Wales

@JohnDubyaUK @ThreeUK Yeah they’re all in such a rush to get 5G out, they just seem to have given up on trying to get 4G sorted out. At least show me I’ve got a crap signal, don’t pretend it’s all full speed and awesome.

  • gingio
Shane (@gingio) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@jgfoxy @O2 @ThreeUK Good choice! I love being with 3 and find my signal is much better than that on my work phone which is o2.

  • itzonlymee
AR (@itzonlymee) reported from Bridgend, Wales

Disgraceful service @ThreeUKSupport for a young person earning a minimum wage and depending on DD going out on time 😡

  • christianfclark
Christian Clark (@christianfclark) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport Have been with @ThreeUK for years and always been very happy with service. However since renewing to a 24 month contract and 5G getting turned on, my service has been absolutely terrible. Terrible or no 3G/4G, calls cutting out or failing. 1/2

  • Mrs_Thomas82
Sarah Thomas 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@Mrs_Thomas82) reported from Maesycwmmer, Wales

@ThreeUK My service has been fine. My husbands on the other hand has been non-existent since last night.

  • welsh_stu
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Stuart 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@welsh_stu) reported from Caerphilly, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport No improvement after a restart and I tried 3 different phones so I know it’s not my phone. The phone is on 3G most of the time anyway and it is around the same speed as 4G. The signal is absolutely terrible.

  • CPMumma79
Js Mum (@CPMumma79) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@ThreeUK be aware i just got charged £15 for a 21 minute conversation with another mobile user! That is appalling. Please explain why your charges have gone up 250% I will be changing network ASAP.

  • Bubwal
Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales

Exactly the same problem I had with @ThreeUKSupport at #Glastonbury. No service unable to keep in contact with my family both onsite and off. Their coverage checker is false for the vale of avalon area! #ripoff #falseadvertising #threeuk #3

  • CatTPeters
Cat Peters (@CatTPeters) reported from Penarth, Wales

@fonehouse hi there, I’ve just upgraded my phone, I’m still on @ThreeUK and it says “Sim not supported”. Please can you help?

  • thisisjmx
J∆MES VINCEΠT 🏳️‍🌈 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@thisisjmx) reported from Dinas Powys, Wales

@tower_cell @ThreeUKSupport Yes they have. One corner of my village didn't have any signal. There's now low inside signal but at least it's something.

  • welsh_stu
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Stuart 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@welsh_stu) reported from Caerphilly, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport Been through this, you won’t check as it’s a business account and the business team never follow up. 2 years ago Caerphilly had around 40mb down now it’s about 4mb down and no one there seems bothered.

  • WildthingJ74
Johnathan Williams (@WildthingJ74) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@samboc86 @hockey_laura @Apple @ThreeUK I hate change and I'm sure they bank on being being apprehensive about it. I'm never going back to them

  • thisisjmx
J∆MES VINCEΠT 🏳️‍🌈 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@thisisjmx) reported from Dinas Powys, Wales

@PedroClarke1 @ThreeUK While theres different types of mast designs. don't see problem with monopoles especially new designs. people demand better connectivity but reuse the infrastructure in their area. As long as an Operator is sensible on planning Meeting there's no reason to decline a request

  • Bubwal
Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport @StroopWafel13 Your service at Glastonbury was virtually non existence! No other providers had the issues 3 customers did at Glastonbury!!

@ThreeUKSupport Extremely annoyed with your service. Been a customer for many years and have two lines. Tried to upgrade and was told a price. I asked was there any upfront costs to be told no At the end of the call I was asked for £90. Livid and will be leaving

  • KrisheleG
Krishele Guzman (@KrisheleG) reported from Cardiff, Wales

Horrible T&Cs usage by @ThreeUK and #Wuntu on their Google Play offer. Tricked me into charging my bill instead of using the offer!!

  • matthewthowells
hi i’m matthew (@matthewthowells) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I don't usually have good experiences with customer support calls, but tonight's call was one of the best I've had. Finally, staff that I can clearly hear and understand. Unfortunately I am moving on from Three but your staff tonight were excellent. 👍

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK mad with 3 IE and whenever I go abroad for a few months I just keep it topped up and never have issues then pick up a local sim for my spare phone

  • NeddyOrNot
    Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reported

It should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?

  • KMB193
'Name can't be blank' says x, so that's my name (@KMB193) reported

@scampaboy @ThreeUK They are awful, and their agents can't help with anything. Told me to go in store, I asked what they can do, agent can't and just said that's my option!!!

  • Rhiiyounit11
    Rhiann 💎 (@Rhiiyounit11) reported

@ThreeUKSupport can someone tell me how I can make a complaint seen as your online agent clearly doesn’t want to reply to me

  • robj3d3
    Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported

@IMAC2 @ThreeUK That sucks man. There's no way to go back to your own country just for the sake of a SIM. Funny thing is my provider has plenty of coverage in Vietnam, they just choose to be a pain @ThreeUK

  • leo_phillips
    Leo Phillips (@leo_phillips) reported

@PaulHolman100 @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK This is a good shout. From my personal experience, Spusu have been superb value for money and offer eSIMs also. Lyca were absolute crap so save yourself the headache.

  • ronaldlangeveld
    Ronald (@ronaldlangeveld) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I just changed my plan to prepaid, keep roaming on, doesn't even have credit on but usually as long as its connected to a network its good and I can still receive texts.

  • omnishredder_
    Omni (@omnishredder_) reported

@ThreeUK random query, after putting my current SIM in my mifi device I bought, would it be cheaper to have a SIM only for calls and texts and one purely for data or stick with the one SIM? Existing customer on SIM only roughly £30 a month

  • whatiwrote_
    Louisa Guise Author (@whatiwrote_) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK If you are paying for the service, I don't see what reason the phone company has to cut you off. Find a local sim in the meantime.

  • tedmirra
    Tiago Sá (@tedmirra) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I thought about building somthing related to this. Would you pay for a service where you could have a Sim card online? To send / receive sms.
