    @ThreeUK Extremely annoyed with your service. Been a customer for many years and have two lines. Tried to upgrade and was told a price. I asked was there any upfront costs to be told no At the end of the call I was asked for £90. Livid and will be leaving

    SO Disappointed with the level of service from @ThreeUK Recommended a family member to them and never received the referral money even though I have chased 5 times! 6 months on! Shocking service.

    Does the @Huawei B535 support VoLTE? Your site says no. But with the AI Cube B900 supporting it, it wouldn't make sense for this new model not to. @ThreeUKSupport

    @XiaomiUK @Android @ThreeUK Hey! What usually happens is, when I start a message with another 'Chat' user it can still be on SMS. I'm settings Chat will dispy as Connecting & sometimes fail. Or when another messages me they see it as txt not Chat. There's been a software update recently, it seems better now

(It’s not ‘listening’ in any sinister manner :) )If the regularity is, say, every 60 seconds yet the alert lasts only 10 seconds, the majority of customers will miss it.
