    So 2 weeks ago there was a 4G issue in my village with speeds in kbps range. It's been better but last few days now fine 50-70 Down, around 18 Up. @ThreeUKSupport It's not easy when living a completely mobile network operator life. No home fixed ISP. 1/2

    Exactly the same problem I had with @ThreeUKSupport at #Glastonbury. No service unable to keep in contact with my family both onsite and off. Their coverage checker is false for the vale of avalon area! #ripoff #falseadvertising #threeuk #3

    @tower_cell @ThreeUKSupport Yes they have. One corner of my village didn't have any signal. There's now low inside signal but at least it's something.

    @DanielIqbal1999 @ThreeUK That should not happen. If the Three signal fails a 999 call should automatically be routed through any alternative network .

    @ThreeUK absolute joke of a customer service team, doing work in the area that ended a week ago to make my services better apparently, now I have no reception at all and ยฃ150 a month goes from our household to you cretins

    @ThreeUKSupport Is the same whit whatever I do. Every area Iโ€™m going specially when is crowded around me. I have changed SIM cards, phone and the problem is still here

    @RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

    @ThreeUKSupport Been through this, you wonโ€™t check as itโ€™s a business account and the business team never follow up. 2 years ago Caerphilly had around 40mb down now itโ€™s about 4mb down and no one there seems bothered.

    This may be something that only affects me but it's hugely unfortunate @ThreeUK are discontinuing their Three In Touch app. I don't have that great a signal in my house and being able to make calls and text over WiFi was a massive benefit. Arg.

    @ThreeUKSupport No improvement after a restart and I tried 3 different phones so I know itโ€™s not my phone. The phone is on 3G most of the time anyway and it is around the same speed as 4G. The signal is absolutely terrible.

    @ThreeUKSupport I took a look on the Hi-Link app. Seems like @Huawei removed it. That's really bad of them to do that

    @ThreeUKSupport Have been with @ThreeUK for years and always been very happy with service. However since renewing to a 24 month contract and 5G getting turned on, my service has been absolutely terrible. Terrible or no 3G/4G, calls cutting out or failing. 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

    @ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom

    @ThreeUK have done me up like a kipper fuming is an understatement im on holiday in dubai i paid 7 days around the world roaming it never worked so i had to pay them more money ยฃ17 for a three day use i was told as i paid 7 day earlier then it will work at least till sat now its off again and they are doing nothing

    @ThreeUK Please explain how, when Iโ€™ve dropped off a device with DPD but they canโ€™t find it, I can still be responsible for the device and subsequent non-return fee of ยฃ350? Iโ€™ve raised a query with your customer service team but communication from them is abysmal!

    Unfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. Theyโ€™ve said in the past itโ€™s a local temporary fault. But Iโ€™m sure itโ€™s bandwidth/network capacity issues.

    Years ago , especially during at half time I, like many others had the same problem. But since the introduction of 5G I have no problems at all but I am guessing it is down to individual providers I am with @ThreeUK.
