🏴 Stuart 🏴 (@welsh_stu) reported from Caerphilly, Wales@JohnDubyaUK @ThreeUK Yeah they’re all in such a rush to get 5G out, they just seem to have given up on trying to get 4G sorted out. At least show me I’ve got a crap signal, don’t pretend it’s all full speed and awesome.
-
J∆MES VINCEΠT 🏳️🌈 🏴 (@thisisjmx) reported from Dinas Powys, Wales@ThreeUK I had served l sent a tweet to you earlier asking if there was issues. Ok. There's Android Instant Messenger & Signal. Thanks for letting us know.
-
hi i’m matthew (@matthewthowells) reported from Cardiff, Wales@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I don't usually have good experiences with customer support calls, but tonight's call was one of the best I've had. Finally, staff that I can clearly hear and understand. Unfortunately I am moving on from Three but your staff tonight were excellent. 👍

J∆MES VINCEΠT 🏳️🌈 🏴 (@thisisjmx) reported from Dinas Powys, Wales@XiaomiUK @Android @ThreeUK Hey! What usually happens is, when I start a message with another 'Chat' user it can still be on SMS. I'm settings Chat will dispy as Connecting & sometimes fail. Or when another messages me they see it as txt not Chat. There's been a software update recently, it seems better now
-
Shane Andrews MBE (@gingio) reported from Cardiff, WalesDelayed tweets thanks to pants service from @ThreeUK
-
J∆MES VINCEΠT 🏳️🌈 🏴 (@thisisjmx) reported from Dinas Powys, Wales@tower_cell @ThreeUKSupport Yes they have. One corner of my village didn't have any signal. There's now low inside signal but at least it's something.
-
Johnathan Williams (@WildthingJ74) reported from Cardiff, Wales@samboc86 @hockey_laura @Apple @ThreeUK I hate change and I'm sure they bank on being being apprehensive about it. I'm never going back to them
-
Rossko 👉👉 (@RosskoKeniston) reported from Porth, Wales@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!
-
Anastassia Cassar (@Kickassempress) reported from Treorchy, Wales@ThreeUKSupport hi I have no signal at the moment and I was wondering if there was any maintenance going on here. Cf42 6lb
-
🏴 Stuart 🏴 (@welsh_stu) reported from Caerphilly, Wales@ThreeUKSupport This was in CF83 1XP and it’s been terribly slow for months now.
-
Martyn Preece (@MartynPreece79) reported from Cardiff, Wales@ThreeUK great if you have no issues, as soon as there’s a problem they give all the bull!! 👎👎👎
-
Geraint Herbert (@Gezitsme) reported from Cathays, Wales@ThreeUKSupport hi. I’ve been with you and few months and i’m really struggling with signal when indoors. Today I had two bars of 5G and couldn’t load anything. Later went to full bar 4G and same issue. Have videos to show if helpful.
-
Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales@jaybee_ms Moved to them last month. Advise against it. Data service has been awful. Wish I'd never moved provider. Tried all the main providers and 3 is by far the worst #threeuk #crap
-
James Vincent 🏳️🌈🏴 (@thisisjmx) reported from Dinas Powys, WalesThis is the worst rip-off ever. £19.09 for calling @parcelforce on their 09 number at over £3 a minute. + The expensive access charge from @ThreeUK didn't help. There was no 08 or 03 number as an option. @Ofcom needs to address this issue & Parcelforce needs to kill the 09 num:

Clare Owen (@ClareO74) reported from Cardiff, Wales@ThreeUK Not great service! Look after your loyal customers #loyalcustomersmeannothing 😡
-
jrdn 🏴 (@jrdnphp) reported from Cardiff, Wales@ThreeUKSupport This was yesterday mind! I have not tried that, but if I experience it again I’ll switch. I was with a couple of people on 3 who had full 4G signal but no connectivity so am pretty sure it’s not my device, if that helps any!! Thanks
-
drunkmuppet (@TrystanOwens) reported from Cardiff, Wales@ThreeUKSupport can I make a complaint as recently you always seem to have problems in my area which is impeding my services.
-
Peter MacCabe (@peterkin1010) reported from Barry, Wales@DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport I'm a Three user and have had experience of both good and bad network in and around the Cardiff area. What Three are stating is true but it's taking longer than they planned originally. Three have the largest 5G bandwidth allocation of all the UK networks plus they also have..
-
Alun Thomas (@alunT) reported from Cardiff, Wales@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just had the worst #customerservice experience I have ever. My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV background noise made it hard to understand the Glasgow accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡
-
Shane (@gingio) reported from Cardiff, Wales@NathanWyburnArt @Apple I’m having a similar issue and @ThreeUK won’t do anything about it. They told me to download some app which won’t help anyway as it’s unknown caller. I think next step is I’ll be forced to change my number 😐

ThEUnReaLWuN (@ThEUnReaLWuN) reportedAfter being a loyal customer for nearly 8 years time to cancel my @ThreeUK contact. Pay for TRULY unlimited mobile data then pay EXTRA to #GoRoam as you need data the most on holiday but you only get 12gb!! Absolute joke, it lasted 1 day!!
-
fox (@FoxRunTime) reportedstill better service quality than @threeuk
-
The Salandarian 🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱 (@THESALANDARIAN) reported@ThreeUK Fix your damn app

-
Mark Baroney (@bardne53756) reported@ThreeUK have refused to cancel my broadband and told me I need to go 17 miles to nearest store to sort. Had to file complaint as unable to do so. Terrible customer service.
-
MarkMark250 (@MarkMark250) reported@threeuk Why do your customer service agents feel the need to lie on your help chat, then instead of helping try to trick me into a 24 month contract?
-
huey freeman (@80iishh) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport you guys will never know peace in this life.
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
