Does the @Huawei B535 support VoLTE? Your site says no. But with the AI Cube B900 supporting it, it wouldn't make sense for this new model not to. @ThreeUKSupport

  • welsh_stu
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Stuart 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@welsh_stu) reported from Caerphilly, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport They said wait a week and try again, and it’s still horrendously slow.

  • TicketTattle
Andrew Thomas (@TicketTattle) reported from Cardiff, Wales

    @omnitix @ThreeUK first 3G only network innit

  • peterkin1010
Peter MacCabe (@peterkin1010) reported from Barry, Wales

@DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I am also on Vodafone. And I would agree they now have overall a formidable network But they have less bandwith 5G than Three..50mHz as opposed to 140mHz so when Three eventually launch 5G 5G it'll be interesting how it all pans out.

  • richjrawlings
RR (@richjrawlings) reported from Coychurch Lower, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jordanna. The signal is not always 1 bar as this fluctuates when I move to different areas of Bridgend. So this is not a SIM or Device issue, this is to do with the signal/antennas in each area.

  • claracluk
claire wheatley (@claracluk) reported from Barry, Wales

@ThreeUK network coverage lately is awful. I may need to consider moving after 18 years

@ThreeUKSupport I took a look on the Hi-Link app. Seems like @Huawei removed it. That's really bad of them to do that

  • BenThatFlies
Ben Williams (@BenThatFlies) reported from Penmaen, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK is there any reason why I can’t call anybody on my phone?! Are the issues yet again in the NP12 area!?

  • thisisjmx
J∆MES VINCEΠT 🏳️‍🌈 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@thisisjmx) reported from Dinas Powys, Wales

@PedroClarke1 @ThreeUK While theres different types of mast designs. don't see problem with monopoles especially new designs. people demand better connectivity but reuse the infrastructure in their area. As long as an Operator is sensible on planning Meeting there's no reason to decline a request

  • welsh_stu
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Stuart 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@welsh_stu) reported from Caerphilly, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport This was in CF83 1XP and it’s been terribly slow for months now.

@mythofechelon @TMobile Could be a @ThreeUK issue as their network was down overnight.

  • RosskoKeniston
Rossko 👉👉 (@RosskoKeniston) reported from Porth, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport I'm nearing the end of a two year contract! I don't live in a great signal area unfortunately, calls tend not to reach my phone at home unless I have the WiFi on. I'm definitely not complaining, there are huge benefits to Three, InTouch was literally a lifesaver a while back!

  • TweetterRoss
Ross Maisey (@TweetterRoss) reported from Church Village, Wales

    @ThreeUKSupport Incredible customer service NOT!!!

  • DjGiggsy
Giggsy (@DjGiggsy) reported from Pontypridd, Wales

@djphilg101 @ThreeUK You should have 5G down with you now, 4G is good up here tbf

  • peterkin1010
Peter MacCabe (@peterkin1010) reported from Barry, Wales

@DJAshBash @ThreeUKSupport ..a new chunk of 4G 1500mHz aka Ban.d 32. When they're actually commissioned the Three network has huge potential to deal with all these issues virtually overnight. Sadly they don't communicate the cause and ther solutions very well hence disappointed customers.

  • Dariogutier
Darío Gutier (@Dariogutier) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah and the problem was still there, my phone was changed because apparently was the phone and the problem is still here! It’s been 2 years contract in hell!! I can’t wait to finish it

  • thisisjmx

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah there weren't any issues. Just no inside signal. There was definitely no 3G & no VoLTE either. Just thought I'd mention it. Mayb a consideration for future network upgrades.

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK This cannot be correct @ThreeUK . What are the official t&cs for this at your network?

  • gmanka
    Gouthaman (@gmanka) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Continuing to charge you monthly and not giving you service is unconscionable. I’ve kept my US number from Mint Mobile active while not living there for 5 years, with only yearly visits, and it still works.
