    @ThreeUK Very disappointed that you’re discontinuing the Three in Touch app as you are effectively rendering redundant my iPhone 5. This would be less of an issue if you were improving your coverage in parallel. Signal so poor in my Central London home WiFi calling is vital.

    Awful customer service from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport - the call centre ‘manager’ just told me that I should probably leave and find a contract elsewhere and that it’s just ‘how the business runs’ after messing me about for the past 3 days. I just want the deal I was offered 😭

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Took me 35 minutes to but a single PAYG sim card despite I was the only customer. Was helped nicely by shop assistant but too complicated system

    @richandprecious @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK You absolutely can leave if they fail to provide service. If give them notice that the service is down and it doesn’t improve demand to end your contract. If they don’t then that is one of the very few things that Ofcom can intervene with (the rest of the time they are useless)

    @ThreeUK Just been into one of your stores and was completely ignored. I politely interrupted a staffer and another customer to ask if there was anyone else available. He said he was on his own and would be busy for the next hour. #nowaytorunabusiness

    @ThreeUKSupport It was nothing major, was going to enquire about a 2nd backup payg sim. I understand you do a free one with 200MB preloaded data. Also I'm an ex Three customer but signal at home was very poor. Curious to see if it's improved.

    @ThreeUKSupport saying I need to pay a early exit fee to go from a 12 month sim only to a 24month contract. £98! Surely you can see the benefit of not charging anthing and locking a long term customer in for 24months.

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I can relate to this tweet. They did work in my work area and since then it has been next to nothing. Although always 2 bars of 4G, the strength is poor at -117dbm.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. It’s been such torture on @ThreeUK that I need to at least have an escape route if the situation is no better with you guys. Although im not sure any network could be quite as gut wrenchingly awful as they are.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello, I ordered a home broadband router but it didn’t work so I cancelled it. I have been told by a customer service that it was received on the 15th day and the system automatically generated a £10 pound bill but I didnt need to pay it. I am receiving constant texts.

    @ThreeUKSupport We had a power outage yesterday afternoon. We lost broadband and Wi-Fi. I was unable to send or receive any text messages or make or receive any calls. I only get 1 bar 3G reception. I cannot get 4G or 5G although your coverage map says I can !!

    @ThreeUKSupport It's always planned work. You must plan it permanently. Honestly your website never changes. It been a year of on and off to be told its planned works. Come on this isn't good enough. I can't judge what's happening and when it's planned because your site always says it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Paying almost £60 a month to a £billion company who can't make their app work so I can actually pay my bill. Been waiting 5months now for them to fix it. Support says all the right things then, you never hear back from them. Frustrated.

    @ThreeUKSupport We had a £10.00 contract a month for about 6 years then we tried to cancel in January and didn’t happen. Then I called again in March and paid £11.51 for a final balance or so I thought. Then had a call today about outstanding balance of £14.61. So I paid it and was told

    @clim8resistance @ThreeUK I've got two lines coming in. One from Virgin Media Business which is the fast one and Plusnet that is a backup. VMB does go down for maybe 8 hours about once every two months, but you know, that's probably as much as one can expect when mere humans run tech.
