@richandprecious @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK You absolutely can leave if they fail to provide service. If give them notice that the service is down and it doesn’t improve demand to end your contract. If they don’t then that is one of the very few things that Ofcom can intervene with (the rest of the time they are useless)

@ThreeUK please give me a decent reason for why your service is getting so bad. How do I keep finding myself in the middle of central London with up to 3 bars & yet no data! 🤬 And I’m sick of hearing “please bear with us as we try to roll out 5G. What the hell am I paying for!

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I can relate to this tweet. They did work in my work area and since then it has been next to nothing. Although always 2 bars of 4G, the strength is poor at -117dbm.
