If they don’t then that is one of the very few things that Ofcom can intervene with (the rest of the time they are useless)

@ThreeUKSupport Well it’s certainly not RPI is it ? as far as i can tell @ONS suggests only 1.2% increase to December 2020 ; CPI was 0.6% ... so can you help me as to why it is 4.5% ? And why not make it more prominent on your website ... couldn’t see it at all on @UswitchUK website ...
