  @ThreeUKSupport I don’t know how many times I can keep saying the same thing. There is no 4G, inside or outside, in CR2 8SY. I don’t care what your systems say. I’ve lived there since 2016 and have never ever ever ever got 4G there. Send your engineers there if you don’t believe me.

  @ThreeUKSupport I want to update my address to my correct address. I'm not receiving any text messages with my new password. I even agreed to do a survey and that text didn't come through either. I want to update my address so I can get technical help so resolve my issues but can't!

  @ThreeUKSupport Read the rest of the thread. It's an insecure login mechanism with what appears to be a simple generated password. The risk is very real if a customer doesn't login and reset it to something longer

  @imjustmex @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport It is a joke! I've been facing this for months. Even upgraded my phone for better network but no change. I wish I could get out of the contract. Will never ever recommend this network to anyone again.
