@ThreeUKSupport I don’t know how many times I can keep saying the same thing. There is no 4G, inside or outside, in CR2 8SY. I don’t care what your systems say. I’ve lived there since 2016 and have never ever ever ever got 4G there. Send your engineers there if you don’t believe me.

@ThreeUK Day three of receiving a tiny amount of signal on iPhone 11 Pro Max. I’m able to receive calls but my browser tells me no signal. The same as Speedtest. Your advice will be welcomed.

@ThreeUK ! Your agent just threw me out of a live chat because I made a complaint. THREE cancelled my DD twice now, charged me more for not having a DD and have now cancelled contract. I kept to MY end of the contract. When will you pay ME?

@ThreeUKSupport In reference to CF644QS & the village of Dinas Powys there is no Supervoice coverage on 800mhz. None at all but your map says Very Good. There's a site at CF5 6AD & signal fades at CF64 4HB - very north of Dinas. There's only 4G on 1800mhz thru the village.

@ThreeUKSupport That's all I was using my phone for (to receive texts) when you cut me off under your 'fair usage' policy. On top of this you charged me £100 for the luxury of keeping my number and switching to a provider that can provide me service. I've left @Three and won't be back.

@ThreeUKSupport I visited the shop with proof of ID and they tried to cancel the contract but they were not able to progress it because I couldn't give the DOB on the account and they couldn't see it either.
