Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isnโt working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

Unlike every other network they are always down or having issues hence why I went to 3 in the first place.... I'm a network engineer and 3 are the best by a long way....
