    Very sneaky from @ThreeUK. Account closed, told it would refund any credit. Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isn’t working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

    @ThreeUKSupport In fairness like most 3 customers I have never experienced any real problems with the network to be fair.... Unlike every other network they are always down or having issues hence why I went to 3 in the first place.... I'm a network engineer and 3 are the best by a long way....

    18 days after I was a victim of fraud and @ThreeUK still refuse to provide call records of incoming and outgoing calls from my number. Records which would prove that I was a victim of a cloned sim. What are #ThreeMobile hiding? Is this a common issue? Is there a cover up?
