    @ThreeUKSupport In fairness like most 3 customers I have never experienced any real problems with the network to be fair.... Unlike every other network they are always down or having issues hence why I went to 3 in the first place.... I'm a network engineer and 3 are the best by a long way....

    Very sneaky from @ThreeUK. Account closed, told it would refund any credit. Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isn’t working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

    @AlrightForHeard @ThreeUK Contact three and find out what’s going on then mate. If the signal has only recently switched it could be that they are in the process of testing/turning on masts which might be why those speeds are so low.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport , @ThreeUK having said that you cannot simply rub off the hands pushing it on Samsung. Why can't ThreeUK send Carrier Update Settings PUSH on to the phone when every other network out there can do so ? Please answer me this.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. I just tried doing that, to which it said I needed to make an account. Definitely done this more than once before but it keeps disappearing, though admittedly I hadn't tried since the "new my3 app". Registering again appears to have resolved the problem though. Thanks.
