    Just came back from North Wales and thanks god I have a sat nav & sos button in my @MercedesBenz as otherwise my journey in the morning would involve searching for an actual road map since @ThreeUK was down, so no service nor data during 4h journey from Cardiff 👎😑🙄 #threedown

    @ThreeUKSupport No improvement after a restart and I tried 3 different phones so I know it’s not my phone. The phone is on 3G most of the time anyway and it is around the same speed as 4G. The signal is absolutely terrible.

    So 2 weeks ago there was a 4G issue in my village with speeds in kbps range. It's been better but last few days now fine 50-70 Down, around 18 Up. @ThreeUKSupport It's not easy when living a completely mobile network operator life. No home fixed ISP. 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport Been through this, you won’t check as it’s a business account and the business team never follow up. 2 years ago Caerphilly had around 40mb down now it’s about 4mb down and no one there seems bothered.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah there weren't any issues. Just no inside signal. There was definitely no 3G & no VoLTE either. Just thought I'd mention it. Mayb a consideration for future network upgrades.

    @ThreeUK this ain’t ok. No WiFi service for days. Although the money left my account on 11th it’s not marked paid in MyThree account. I call up and I’m told “this isn’t logical” then the phone goes dead. It may not be logical but it happens most months. Needed for work. HELP!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I see you can tweet on here but you cannot respond to tweets?! I’m paying you for a service I’m not getting and I will eventually see the ombudsman about this if you don’t reply to the constant emails I’ve sent trying to sort this out !!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK what is it with upgrading your system at 1:30pm. Every time I seem to contact you with my issues which you are not following and doesn’t work. There is a upgrade in the system. I think three is **** and I want my issue resolved ASAP

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve zero ideas on boosters that will help and when reading up I still don’t. To be fair though I shouldn’t have to buy one of them when I already pay my contract for something that you should be providing I then shouldn’t have to buy a booster that looks Incredibly expensive

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete, it is a mifi device (broadband only sim) it shows as no internet. This has been with the tech team since the 4th Jan to action and I have chased after every 2/4/6/12/24/48/72h hour timeframe given to me over the last two weeks by the customer relations team with no luck

    @ThreeUKSupport I signed up for a monthly unlimited data SIM with no contract in one of your Belfast stores. I was advised by the employee to call up Three after a day of using the SIM to cancel the contract (as I only wanted a month usage)

    Wow, @ThreeUK Your service is appalling. Since I upgraded with you I'm being overcharged on my monthly bill to what equates to £33 for your "service", not given everything I was promised with the upgrade, AND I've not a had a working service for at least the last three days.
