Wow - terrible @ThreeUK customer support - been an ongoing 5G fault in my area and support say it’s not fixed and no idea how long so can cancel contract for zero cost - so basically saying find another operator …

@ThreeUKSupport Nope, it’s with Three. He isn’t using the PAYG, he’s already got a contract with Three. It was what we was told for me to get the old number on my new contract. I’ve been told I’ve got to wait 48 more hours, then phone up and wait another 24 hours! It’s never ending!

@ThreeUKSupport Hey @ThreeUKSupport , can you acknowledge there is a 3G/4g capacity issue at Stratford? Says I have 4g but simply doesn’t work, yet fine away from Stratford. Fortunately @virginmedia tfl WiFi saves a 1hr wait this afternoon.

@ThreeUK NG17 poor service again for the last few days,nothing communicated to customers as to what the so called problem is and how long it will take to fix. Service I can only assume has been intentionally slowed down (5g with a speed of 8mbps is laughable 4g is faster). Awful!

@ThreeUKSupport Incredible poor service.I've tried to cancel my mobile WiFi account for 3 months. every time I do and get told you'll send me a bag to return the router, which wasn't 5G as promised, you send me another bill. You're now saying I owe £70 when I've cancelled TWICE!
