customer come in and thank me for helping there son sort his phone out yesterday coz he was stuck in Brentwood lost him wallet and phone wouldn’t work. only 11. I wish I’d had known he was stuck I’d have paid his bus fare. Great when we can help with stuff like that @ThreeUK

FYI - To post I had to tether to my partner's phone. She fortunately is on a decent network which has had no connectivity issues. Maybe I should move to @ThreeUK ... All joking aside can you sort out the maintenance it's been over a month as I said.

@thatfreyr @ThreeUK The worse company ever. I had a business trip, went into the store to see if my tariff covered international calling data etc and I was reassured that it was all good. Next thing I know I have a £400 bill! It took months to get this resolved. Terrible company @ThreeUK

FFS @ThreeUK, lose the multiple CAPTCHAs on signing in to a/c. It's a PITA, and discriminatory. Just NoCAPTCHA it, or email/SMS 2FA, or require me to harm a human or, through inaction, allow a human to come to harm. I don't care. Just lose the CAPTCHA, or lose a customer.

@ThreeUK pass the buck tell you call @ThreeUKSupport re account that Finnish 19th of June they said we never called but after the 4 th call handler, he said he could see we called... Liars. They grind you down deliberately, cut you off. This is not customer service !!!
