    @ThreeUK I’m in London, wife in Devon. Neither of us are able to use our phones currently. Our Three home WiFi also down so all home entertainment not working. This isn’t ‘some’ people affected, it’s most if not all. Appalling.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello, yeah, it’s still an issue after my testing, sorry to say. That’s fine if you don’t have an update yet, please let me know when you do. Before your website was updated and this page was updated specifically, this used to work fine for me. Very odd indeed.

    @ThreeUKSupport Impacted me for at least a year. Yes, there is WIFI in the house. It doesn't seem to help as when someone calls me, they cannot hear me on their end. I haven't tried switching to 3G?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi - I was not sent any documents for the promotion. I was just sent the phone. After receiving the phone on 2 Feb and trying to transfer from old to new I realised in the Monday about the promotion. That's when I called but there was no option for my issue so had a live chat.

    @heatherpaterson @ThreeUK They wrote to me telling me I’d be paying more than double to get LESS than I currently get. Phoned them and they dropped it down but it’s still an increase to get less. I’ll be switching after going to the US next month. They’ve absolutely screwed over loyal customers.
