@ThreeUKSupport Sorry, but you're not being very helpful. It's quite straight forward. I'll say it again. I selected the £10 a month option but I've been put on a £15 a month plan. It's unacceptable. Can I just cancel the contract and I'll just go with somebody else.

@ThreeUKSupport I have already had a discount applied, I do not want more as I’d like to see the issue fixed. Like I mentioned, Three is the only fast internet option here so cancelling won’t help too. The only way Three can help would be to fix the capacity issue.

@ThreeUKSupport I have an existing complaint logged for this since November. There are no options to help the situation, like I said we are rural and it’s down to lack of capacity for a tower that will in my opinion not be resolved

@ThreeUK I’m quite surprised by these awards. I have been on Three for years and my signal strength has generally been really poor. I manage to get 2 bars on 3G. On 4G 1 bar if I am lucky. Really poor service.

@ThreeUKSupport what part of your company actually works? Can’t help on live chat, get passed through 6 different department, get through to a call centre and they can’t hear you and hang up! 0.26mbps of data and terrible signal! What are you playing at? Utter shambles

@ThreeUKSupport I went into store and they put me on the phone to the cancellation team and I was told it has been done and confirmed. Which clearly it wasn’t , I’ve been told numerous times they have put in an investigation which has never happened !!! Not happy at all @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport I usually charge it on a pad, but just hot a car with android auto. It keeps dropping out and it is random. Tried charging it at my sons, wouldn't charge unless I moved it about. My wife's S9 works fine in the car! But I have read about Port problems with S20.
