    Wow - terrible @ThreeUK customer support - been an ongoing 5G fault in my area and support say it’s not fixed and no idea how long so can cancel contract for zero cost - so basically saying find another operator …

    @ThreeUKSupport My network and data has been down for days, your customer service team confirmed my payments would have 50% reduction due to the lack of service you have provided and you toom full payment this morning and my services would be back until the 22nd September

    @ThreeUKSupport Nope, it’s with Three. He isn’t using the PAYG, he’s already got a contract with Three. It was what we was told for me to get the old number on my new contract. I’ve been told I’ve got to wait 48 more hours, then phone up and wait another 24 hours! It’s never ending!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey @ThreeUKSupport , can you acknowledge there is a 3G/4g capacity issue at Stratford? Says I have 4g but simply doesn’t work, yet fine away from Stratford. Fortunately @virginmedia tfl WiFi saves a 1hr wait this afternoon.

    @ThreeUKSupport Well you obviously do as the phone picks it up - so you’re telling me to turn off 5G so I get a poorer service??? Was told network upgrades etc. Get your stories straight

    @ThreeUK you really do need to sort your customer service. 2 days & 2 hrs 11 mins & speaking to 7 different ppl later I don’t have a resolution. Why won’t you match my new BB deal to that of my friends, £17 5G 24 months? I’m trying to add an additional contract #3isrubbidh

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve done everything I’ve been told to do. The problem is that it’s been over 3 weeks since I took the contract out and it still hasn’t been sorted. Permission was given over the phone for the name change.

    @ThreeUK NG17 poor service again for the last few days,nothing communicated to customers as to what the so called problem is and how long it will take to fix. Service I can only assume has been intentionally slowed down (5g with a speed of 8mbps is laughable 4g is faster). Awful!

    Heaven help you if you need help from @ThreeUK after your phone has been stolen. Five days on from having my snatched, the replacement sim they have given me still doesn't work, they don't know why and customer service is atrocious. @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Incredible poor service.I've tried to cancel my mobile WiFi account for 3 months. every time I do and get told you'll send me a bag to return the router, which wasn't 5G as promised, you send me another bill. You're now saying I owe £70 when I've cancelled TWICE!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, My new month started today and already it says that I have used .9Gb! All I have used my data for is about 10 mins on Twitter and about 5 minutes in the New York Times. I am currently holidaying in the Isle of Man. I have had no problem the last few days.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, contacted yesterday via the deep diagnostic/digital assistant that you had sent. Was told the problem *is* with your mast/kit. Can you now look into how long this is going to take to repair, please?
