@ThreeUK Your live chat via the app is worse than useless. Fill out the initial screen and then just says nobody available for live chat. After service issues on Thursday, phone lines are massively busy too. Not the service I expect.

@ThreeUK Now we know a rather high proportion of 3 customers didn't receive the emergency alert as I was one how do you A) plan to reassure your customers that they can have faith in the next important notice is distributed B) what was the issue?!! Really worrying I may look to switch.

Me and my wife both on @ThreeUK no @alert messages but my mom got it on @lebara. I might need to look for a new supplier, the alert is not the only reason, poor signal, left to dead on roaming as it just stopped working even after chatting to CS, as for the speed.. embarrassing

@ThreeUK There were at least 10 phones in the room that all received the alert. But not me as I have 3. Once you've resolved why (signal too weak pretty much everywhere?) a retest would be a good step forward.
