    @ChelseaFC @ThreeUK It is getting me more angry than the game. We've had the poppy business which I loath. We've had knee bending We've had the rainbow arm bands. All blatantly contravene the laws of football. And now this rubbish...sorry but adverting a organisation is bad. Unfair to similar ones.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi mark, all sorted now, I went on live chat, the problem was a cap on 600 minutes from many years ago, it had never been removed, I have unlimited but the 600 cap came into force. Been removed and received excellent customer service. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™ stay safe ๐Ÿ’™

    How odd, whenever I get one of these calls claiming to be from @ThreeUKSupport and I tell them Iโ€™m 3 staff (Iโ€™m not) so if they tell me their name and staff code so I can locate them in the company directory they always hang up. Almost as if they werenโ€™t really from 3โ€ฆ.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have unlimited calls but I can't call anyone, I have received a message saying I've reached my spend cap, but I don't have one.ive turned my phone off and back on. My friend has the same issue.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had three home broadband for years. Now I'm getting 2mb-10mb download. Single person using the hub and get 400mb on phone using 5g. Makes 0 sense obviously been slowed down by the network

    Hi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.

    @ThreeUK Hi can you help with a three plus question? I downloaded a voucher code for a ยฃ1 cafe Nero...the app says I've already downloaded it but when I go to my codes to find the qr code it says I've got no codes. Thanks
