    @ThreeUKSupport Yea Jen I have. I kinda gave up on the speetests upload now.. and although you can't do anything regarding this issue, I have been struggling, alongside with lots more, with your 4G. Been a costumer for 4 years now with multiple contracts but I guess it's time to move on.

    New iPhone’s out today! (Unless you’re a @ThreeUK customer. They’ll tell you it’ll be delivered today, you wait in for the delivery, then they’ll txt 4:30pm to say it’ll be delayed 48hrs, then when you call for more info, they’ll actually say Oct 1st.) What a waste of a day 💸

    @muffin_ari @ThreeUKSupport That’s good to hear. Did they ask whether you wanted the new Sim when you talked to them on the social media chat platform? Normally if you had an iPhone before, plus if you’ve been on the same network before, your existing SIM card will still work. I’ve had the same one 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport our 5g router seems to be working… but also not. Not allowing us to use certain services but allowing others. The upload and download speeds have dropped. I’ve seen a few people had this issue and weren’t able to fix it - ending their contract. Help?

    @ThreeUKSupport My wife was trying to leave as you could not match another deal. Kept only been given offer with unlimited data or 100gb when she only uses 4gb max. Then when she said it was with another network was told she would have a hard credit check and would look bad on her credit report.
