Great so waist 11 hours of my day waiting for a parcel that needs to be signed for. I didn’t get any tracking details sent and I need to go food shopping. Excellent customer care! #Three

No change of email address and password stored on pc. Could it be that I can't use 07 etc as your system has changed it to 447 etc. But still gives me the error msg quoted.

Selling to an easily confused elderly person who is obviously not tech savvy is a awful thing to do. Hope they change and sort your problem fast.

If you mobile supports it fastest option is get an esim install and app and register and you have number with data, SMS and calls in minutes you'll find global guys and local guys worth doing some window shopping
