They have been messaged on 3 different platforms and still ignore me.

    @ThreeUK absolutely shocking your internet at minute. I understand people are working from home etc but I pay a lot of money for a service I’m currently not getting. Constantly have to turn my phone off and on to try to access internet

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, speeds are faster when on 4g, but still only around 4/5mbps. Noticed that when I can connect to nearest mast speeds improve, but often I'm connecting to a further away mast with a weaker signal.

    @ThreeUKSupport joined your 4G Home Broadband service in M407LS last week. Poor speeds wherever I place my router (less than 3mbps) despite 5 bars of signal, which is considerably less than expected.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi mark, all sorted now, I went on live chat, the problem was a cap on 600 minutes from many years ago, it had never been removed, I have unlimited but the 600 cap came into force. Been removed and received excellent customer service. 🙌🏼🙏 stay safe 💙

    @ThreeUKSupport Been having problems with my reception, both data and voice. 3G occasionally works but 4G is really poor. I live in Lancaster but it’s also been bad in Manchester today.

    @ThreeUKSupport After complaining multiple times about the terrible support from Three and asking Three to close my account and send me confirmation via email they have now increased my direct debit and taken more money from me. Please email me to resolve and refund it now!

    Never use @ThreeUK Worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service . Several phone calls at getting them to fix my cube. They supplied me 2 numbers to call that didn’t work and when finally through to complains they just said to go call HUAWEI tech support.
