-
Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England@ThreeUKSupport Yes, we did tell you that. We knew we were getting Virgin installed and we needed a one month temp solution. We were not made aware that we would be in an ongoing contract with you l. And being repeatedly rung now by Three call centre people is disgraceful. No one listens.
-
James 🏉🦈 (@jgsmuzzy) reported from Sale, EnglandThird day running that I have had to put my phone into airplane mode because @ThreeUKSupport cannot keep a signal up. Network status has said there is a problem, been saying that three days. Looking at ways of getting out of this contract under sale of goods/services. WA14
-
Anthony Crook (@YawnoftheDad) reported from Urmston, England@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport trying to find out an early cancellation fee is impossible with you. FOUR different answers from four different operators. Counting down the days until end of October to finally bin you off. @EE here we come.
-
[BT]Blueshift (@BTBlueshift) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England@ThreeUKSupport Ah, alright. I've had it just over two years and it was accident damage. I think I'm due an upgrade, is that possible to do via post?
-
Poe{t}ech (@Poetech3) reported from Bollington, England@ThreeUKSupport Understand. However, we do this dance, then someone rings me. I explain again. And ask to cancel the account. Again. As we were told - by you at point of sale - that we’re fine to use the hub for one month only. Which was all we needed. Threatening letters a new development : (
-
Donald Judge (@DonaldJudge) reported from Manchester, EnglandI'd use @ThreeUK mobile, except here in a populous part of one of UK's most populous cities, the signal is absurdly feeble.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Paul Holman 💙 (@PaulHolman100) reported@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.
-
Jon Howick (@JonHowick) reported@ThreeUKSupport is your network down? Only got 1 bar or no signal this morning
-
🕹️ EᑎGᗩGEᔕᗷᖇᗩIᑎ 🎮 (@EngagesBrain) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Does your phone support eSIM? If so, no need to wait for one to arrive in the post.
-
Steve Lacey 🔥 (@stevelacey) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also you should consider getting a Google Voice US number for actual serious things that support it, aka everything non-UK
-
'Name can't be blank' says x, so that's my name (@KMB193) reported@scampaboy @ThreeUK They are awful, and their agents can't help with anything. Told me to go in store, I asked what they can do, agent can't and just said that's my option!!!
-
Mbappe's 1️⃣ hater (@SoundWavePapi) reportedThank you @LycamobileUK for providing the very basic level service I have paid for that @iD_Mobile_UK (and @ThreeUK; anyone affiliated to Three mobile network you will know exactly what I am on about) have failed and continue to fail to serve
-

-
Zoe Martinez (@zoemartipulse) reported@DavidCl88428325 @ThreeUKSupport the network choosing unemployment again
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@helloitsolly @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK Exactly what I was doing, and apparently that was the problem?
