I kinda gave up on the speetests upload now.. and although you can't do anything regarding this issue, I have been struggling, alongside with lots more, with your 4G. Been a costumer for 4 years now with multiple contracts but I guess it's time to move on.

They’ll tell you it’ll be delivered today, you wait in for the delivery, then they’ll txt 4:30pm to say it’ll be delayed 48hrs, then when you call for more info, they’ll actually say Oct 1st.) What a waste of a day 💸

The 5g currently doesn’t work. I live in London N5. There is no mention of a problem on your status page. Do you know when it will be fixed?
