@ThreeUK 5 different contracts with your company all terrible internet connection. After over 15 years with you … I can definitely say it’s not worth the cheap prices. Changing the sim or router doesn’t fix bad signal. Give people what they are paying for!

@ThreeUKSupport Over 2 hours on chats / phone calls sorted one issue. Unanswered; 1 - how have I used 7.2gb in ONE day?? The solution to waiting till July until the 13 July doesn’t work - what if I run out before then?! 2 - how / why did phone use almost 0.5 gb when I was sleeping?!

Two days later, I made a second call to @ThreeUK via RelayUK to request a refund for service I’d paid for but didn’t realise I was owed. Despite asking to be transferred to billing right away, it took over 30 minutes to process this simple refund.
