Your Indian call centre workers were not at all helpful passing us from pillow to post.. they actually made things worse @ThreeUKSupport links they sent never worked. It's been a total shambolic joke. #threeuk

Go into store and ask - told they can’t help but use have to use app, me: “that’s shite as well” “I know” cheers then 👍🏼
