    @ThreeUK please hear me. I called your customer service coz I have been receiving 2-3 mbps. This is far what u promise 25-35. I never had this speed. They told me to use the chat options rather than call. Still no answer. I queue on your store for almost 2 hours to solve this but

    @s_whitham @ThreeUK @educationgovuk I get the best signal on Three Mobile when other people I know get a crap signal. You might want to do some simple research on signal strength were you use it most before committing to another provider.

    So frustrated with @ThreeUK now. Parents’ mobile broadband won’t work and @ThreeUKSupport won’t talk to me despite power of attorney. So essentially elderly parents being charged for service they’re not receiving and no way of fixing it #customerservicefail

    Warning to all. Avoid @ThreeUK like you're avoiding #Covid_19. Nothing but a scam network run by incompetent idiots from an Indian call centre. They force you to pay via direct debit and if you don't, they add extra charges. Isn't paying the bill the most important thing?
