    @s_whitham @ThreeUK @educationgovuk I get the best signal on Three Mobile when other people I know get a crap signal. You might want to do some simple research on signal strength were you use it most before committing to another provider.

    @ThreeUKSupport No...and it looks an impossible task to get his refund he is rightly owed. The Indian advised my Godfather he should claim the 2 month payments for the service he never had back from his bank...or credit someone else's 3 account for John to get the fefund from them.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK honestly I’m tired of your customer advisors transferring me to complaints when I have not suggested that I want to speak to complaints team. The queue wait is absolutely ridiculous to begin with. They should be able to try and resolve the solution first

    @ThreeUKSupport It is now over a week since the incident and apart from receiving a bill for early termination yet you knew he didn't ask for the PAC code we have had no correspondence from 3 we are going to the press on this and you better have answers for them as we are contacting your CEO

    @ThreeUK @Ofcom Waited over 4 hours yesterday. Disconnected 4 times. 1 hour 15 mins waiting inline today and as i got to position 1.....yup disconnected. Shocking service and held hostage.

    @Nathan_McMillan @ThreeUK @intuMetrocentre The kid who went into me on the bike stopped and profusely apologised..the truck driver carried on... I was in such a state of shock I couldn't even lose my temper with the kid on the bike i basically got to my feet and hurried home. I've never slept properly or ate.

I feel a bit bad as I said to John that the plug in WiFi router from 3 might be the easiest thing he'd need...then for he to go through all that stress, having to see his doctor makes me feel guilty especially when he was trying to cheer me up when I was nearly killed.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK just to let you guys know. Been told I still can't cancel my contract as you have to raise an issue again about first order (for 3rd time) which will take another 48hrs. Appalling service. Can't wait to cancel my second account

    @ThreeUK the complaint was made...and surprise surprise no reply. Your Indian call centre workers were not at all helpful passing us from pillow to post.. they actually made things worse @ThreeUKSupport links they sent never worked. It's been a total shambolic joke. #threeuk

    @ThreeUK your app is busted and has been for weeks now! Forgotten password and it says it has sent an email or text and I never get one. Have tried 6 or 7 times now. Your live chat doesn't work on the app either. Not impressed!! May leave for a company that can make a working ap

    @ThreeUKSupport So absolutely nothing to be done? You don't operate in the US do you? So he can just cancel the DD and walk away, at the end of the day he is not coming back to the UK. Therefore his credit score in the UK will not follow him, don't need a Web link to complaints need a number.

    @ThreeUK I’ve been on three for years , you can’t match the offers im seeing online from other companies doing contracts using the 3 network , my question is if I get a phone off fonehouse for instance how do I go about keeping my number as I’d be moving from 3 to 3 ???

    @liamnorris1001 @ThreeUK Threes been poor in NI. Been on iD and they were amazing for few years but convinced they are upgrading and thus have less connection points last year and half. ID use Three.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve tried ringing on my new EE Sim to cancel but I think the wrong address is on record - it says it’s correct online but via the phone it is not. So I can’t cancel without the SIM due to the security code sent to it.

    @ThreeUKSupport can I get a real update on what is going on with RG31 area please. No service for 2 weeks and the website just gives me a standard “we’re fixing an issue with our network in the area”. Contract expires at the end of October and may need to change supplier.

    @ThreeUK why is your internet so bad constant interruptions where it can barely load a YouTube video. At times it’s amazing but there are way too many times where it’s just utter rubbish.

    @ThreeUKSupport we have highlighted the network issues in the ML5 area, and nothing has been done about it for months. This has resulted in many calls dropping and not connecting. We were unable to call ambulances for our elderly neighbour recently. get sort
