  • OfficialDicka
Darren Dixon (@OfficialDicka) reported from Leadgate, England

@s_whitham @ThreeUK @educationgovuk I get the best signal on Three Mobile when other people I know get a crap signal. You might want to do some simple research on signal strength were you use it most before committing to another provider.

  • danieljohnallis
Daniel Allis 🇬🇧 (@danieljohnallis) reported from Gateshead, England

@_macca_pacca @SpeedtestAwards @ThreeUK It’s everywhere in town, I’ve been all over the north east when I was on 3 and the signal was crap and so were the speeds

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@ThreeUK thank you...you make it impossible to cancel. You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. I had to hang up #threenetwork

  • fabiliciousx
JAN STEWART (@fabiliciousx) reported from Whitley Bay, England

@ThreeUK After being on phone for over an hour, the support kindly waived some charges, a phone call later saying they cannot do this ..what they agreeded because of a waive back in 2017 for £8....what a joke!!!

  • SamNicholles
Sam Nicholles (@SamNicholles) reported from Whitley Bay, England

The @ThreeUK app for pre sale ticket sales is an absolute joke, making me create a new account when I’ve already had one, taking ages to load then closing down, class this ..

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@ThreeUKSupport Your Indian call centres makes it very hard to sort anything out when you get passed to technical for technical to say they are putting you through to technical because this technical can't give the go ahead to cancel the contract. You're a sinister comedy act #cybermuggers.

  • basherdrummer
Barry B. (@basherdrummer) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

Someone just passed me on the platform deep down underground on the Newcastle @My_Metro talking on their phone - I struggle to get a worthy @ThreeUK signal up on street level here let alone underground! #ImOnTheWrongNetwork 📲

  • andrewkane80
Andy Kane (@andrewkane80) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Terrible service when trying to upgrade phone. Placed order on 16th January for delivery 26th January. Still no phone, waited for issue to be resolved before trying again, but still can't be done.....

  • MXOFO
Lee (@MXOFO) reported from Newburn, England

My @ThreeUK contract ends at the end of this month. Got an email the day before they announced they’re dropping their free roaming trying to convince me to renew. No thanks. I’m off to @giffgaff. I don’t give my custom to companies that fail to keep their word.

  • basherdrummer
Barry B. (@basherdrummer) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@ThreeUKSupport do you support the cellular Apple Watch yet? If not will you be?

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@ThreeUKSupport That's what I've had to do...i don't want no nonsense once I take over or I will hang up and take the @Ofcom route. I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@Ofcom I'm having a massive problem trying to help my elderly Godfather in his mid 70s cancel his contract with @ThreeUK it's making him ill, Im frightened he has a heart attack or collapses through stress. He has no internet speed on his WiFi router. Speaking to Indians is frustrating.

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@Nathan_McMillan @ThreeUK @intuMetrocentre The kid who went into me on the bike stopped and profusely apologised..the truck driver carried on... I was in such a state of shock I couldn't even lose my temper with the kid on the bike i basically got to my feet and hurried home. I've never slept properly or ate.

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@ThreeUKSupport This is how much your uncaring and unhelpful company is affecting him...he is so worried its stressed him out so much his brother wants him to visit his doctor. Its absolutely disgusting that a pensioner who served for our country can be treated so bad. #Shameless #threenetwork

  • gloriasibz
GLORY. (@gloriasibz) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK honestly I’m tired of your customer advisors transferring me to complaints when I have not suggested that I want to speak to complaints team. The queue wait is absolutely ridiculous to begin with. They should be able to try and resolve the solution first

  • japredchiu
japred chiu (@japredchiu) reported from South Shields, England

@ThreeUK please hear me. I called your customer service coz I have been receiving 2-3 mbps. This is far what u promise 25-35. I never had this speed. They told me to use the chat options rather than call. Still no answer. I queue on your store for almost 2 hours to solve this but

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK worst thing, the same happened with my health insurance. I go to pay, suddenly dashboard says "no basic insurance". Literally didn't even get a msg about it. Surely this has to be illegal in some way

@ThreeUKSupport why is there no signal at OL15 0DE? Disappeared since the Vodafone merge. Can’t even make WiFi calls have to use WhatsApp

  • JadeThinksALot
    🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🍉 Jade 🇵🇸 (@JadeThinksALot) reported

@ThreeUK won’t be keeping me as a customer. Reception is crap and the Nero coffee was the one redeemer. Now it’s £2 and can only claim within the hour, if you wait too long all the codes are gone. Useless.

  • Ralph_Hapschatt
    Mike Baldwin  (@Ralph_Hapschatt) reported

If someone phones you pretending to be from @ThreeUK, asking you to read them a one time pass code, two them to **** off.

  • clloyd3003
    C Lloyd (@clloyd3003) reported

@ThreeUKSupport When will the signal issues be sorted? There's areas with no signal, emergency calls only, no internet. Different locations as well. Been like this since early yesterday morning.

  • duxbury2002
    Golfing through 2025 (@duxbury2002) reported

Anyone have issues with @ThreeUK data calculation? My new billing cycle started 3 days ago. My app says my usage is 996kb of data. That’s 0.001GB. The graph shows that I have 8GB left of my 12GB allowance, so 4GB used. I called them, they say I have used 2GB. #ripoffbritain

  • NeddyOrNot
    Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reported

It should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
