Called again, the agent couldn’t see that the complaint and disconnected the call. I’m a long standing customer

However since renewing to a 24 month contract and 5G getting turned on, my service has been absolutely terrible. Terrible or no 3G/4G, calls cutting out or failing. 1/2

I always thought they were pretty good, but, after a call of over an hour, I get nowhere! Extended my contract without my permission. 😡
