@dlever21 @ThreeUK My problem was they added a new condition this time that said if you haven't used it since January. but @ThreeUK ran the offer in May and I used it then. Guaranteed they caught LOADS of people out 😡

  • welsh_stu 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Stuart 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@welsh_stu) reported from Caerphilly, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport Been through this, you won’t check as it’s a business account and the business team never follow up. 2 years ago Caerphilly had around 40mb down now it’s about 4mb down and no one there seems bothered.

  • Bubwal Ade (@Bubwal) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@jaybee_ms Moved to them last month. Advise against it. Data service has been awful. Wish I'd never moved provider. Tried all the main providers and 3 is by far the worst #threeuk #crap

  • welsh_stu 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Stuart 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@welsh_stu) reported from Caerphilly, Wales

@ThreeUKSupport No improvement after a restart and I tried 3 different phones so I know it’s not my phone. The phone is on 3G most of the time anyway and it is around the same speed as 4G. The signal is absolutely terrible.

  • WildthingJ74 Johnathan Williams (@WildthingJ74) reported from Cardiff, Wales

  • welsh_stu 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Stuart 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@welsh_stu) reported from Caerphilly, Wales

@JohnDubyaUK @ThreeUK Yeah they’re all in such a rush to get 5G out, they just seem to have given up on trying to get 4G sorted out. At least show me I’ve got a crap signal, don’t pretend it’s all full speed and awesome.

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • EJIRO__ Ejiro🇳🇬🇬🇧 (@EJIRO__) reported

@ThreeUK So apparently someone called Boku has been charging me 4pounds each month for digital services that I know nothing off and I can’t get a refund and how a communication service or network allowed the use of my GPDR to be accessed is very appalling!!!!!

  • Torquenstien ? (@Torquenstien) reported

@ThreeUK Would be nice to get a reliable 4g signal let alone 5g where I live

  • mamabolse Julie Bolsom (@mamabolse) reported

@ThreeUK disappointing that you would rather a customer leaves than finding some way to retain my custom of a decade

  • samfosy11 Sam Egerton ⚪⭕ (@samfosy11) reported

@ThreeUK why does my signal keep dropping in and out of 4G/5G constantly and keep being really slow. Post code ST147** Thanks.

  • GrumpyMcTweets Rick Dubs (@GrumpyMcTweets) reported

@ThreeUK why am I not getting service in literally THE MIDDLE OF MANCHESTER?! The third biggest city in England and no frigging service. Says 4G but takes over a minute to even load a BBC page. Been like this since before Xmas: Puregym Manchester Market Street M1 1PD

  • Linux_Rules_Ok Christopher Taylor (@Linux_Rules_Ok) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Why is the mobile broadband abysmal in EH548AS & EH548SL. Never get good service here

  • Darrensailes Darren Sailes (@Darrensailes) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hi, I'm entering a PAC number exactly as it was sent but your site says there's something wrong with it. Done this with 2 different numbers now please help

  • jimnogi4 Nim Non (@jimnogi4) reported

@ThreeUKSupport so why can't customer services in India provide a tracking no for an upgrade? They specified "security reason" but that is vague and would not give any context.
