Exactly the same problem I had with @ThreeUKSupport at #Glastonbury. No service unable to keep in contact with my family both onsite and off. Their coverage checker is false for the vale of avalon area! #ripoff #falseadvertising #threeuk #3

@ThreeUKSupport Been through this, you won’t check as it’s a business account and the business team never follow up. 2 years ago Caerphilly had around 40mb down now it’s about 4mb down and no one there seems bothered.

@ThreeUKSupport No improvement after a restart and I tried 3 different phones so I know it’s not my phone. The phone is on 3G most of the time anyway and it is around the same speed as 4G. The signal is absolutely terrible.

@RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

Raise a complaint and tell them you have been quoted as being able to keep it in a 3store. 3 complaints have the power to add an “exempt” flag in your account to override go roam charges as an exception.

@ThreeUKSupport yup - no difference - and its been a steady increasing decline in service over the last year. Reset everything, Updated everything (including uninstalling and reinstalling Device Software) Any chance of more detailed info on what the problem in the area is and how it is going?
