However since renewing to a 24 month contract and 5G getting turned on, my service has been absolutely terrible. Terrible or no 3G/4G, calls cutting out or failing. 1/2

My knowledge of your products and services was much better than your staff. Also, TV background noise made it hard to understand the Glasgow accent and adviser 2 spoke fast and did not listen 😡

I have had virtually non-existent access to data services on either for more than a week and am now looking at getting a pay as you go SIM from O2. I doubt I will ever use Three again after this.

Truth Time (@TruthinTime2022) reported@ThreeUK I’ve just been out in the jungle in Thailand & on boats in the ocean & still had perfect 5G coverage on AIS. Yet it amazes me that I barely get a 3G network & only 4G (also barely) in Notts city centre. Do I need to find a new provider as your coverage is dire!?
