  • joelbuckland
Joel Buckland (@joelbuckland) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England

@AnneHBuckland @ThreeUK Totally agree. The customer service is the reason I’m leaving @ThreeUK. Had business and personal phones with them for years but am cancelling them all due to how bad the customer service has been #threemobile #three #threeuk

  • ibizagirl29
Lucie (@ibizagirl29) reported from Foxton, England

@ThreeUK you are the most incompetent phone company I’ve ever delt with! For the 3rd month running you are still trying to charge me when I’ve already had this delt with TWICE by one of your advisors. Is there some sort of communication problem with you lot 😡😡 fed up with 3 now

  • danvitale
Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Takeley, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have already had a discount applied, I do not want more as I’d like to see the issue fixed. Like I mentioned, Three is the only fast internet option here so cancelling won’t help too. The only way Three can help would be to fix the capacity issue.

  • Gary_BBGames
Gary Riches (@Gary_BBGames) reported from Royston, England

@Dom_Bryan @ThreeUKSupport Let me do a bit of their support for you... they don't

  • TommyH3885
Tom Andrew Hargreaves (@TommyH3885) reported from Baldock, England

@ThreeUK Yes and it was a very bad, nearly 2 hour chat that didn’t result in much! DM me so I can explain fully!

  • karenmavx
Karen Mavundukure (@karenmavx) reported from Stevenage District, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve had zero network for the past 3 hours what’s happened

  • CcieOne
Oneccie 🥇 (@CcieOne) reported from Stevenage District, England

@ThreeUKSupport Any way to cancel the contract agreement due to unsutisfactory network coverage? I dont want to keep playing for the services that not working more often then working.

  • threestain
threestain (@threestain) reported from Great Shelford, England

    @ThreeUKSupport I am a three customer

  • danvitale
Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Takeley, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have an existing complaint logged for this since November. There are no options to help the situation, like I said we are rural and it’s down to lack of capacity for a tower that will in my opinion not be resolved

  • fitchlea
Mr Green (@fitchlea) reported from Stansted Mountfitchet, England

@sbrownstortford @ThreeUK Was with 3 for 15 years just changed to ID mobile half the price for the same service

  • Rosie_flute
Esther Robertson (@Rosie_flute) reported from Stevenage District, England

@ThreeUK If it’s not Three it not real. How truthful Had no service since Wednesday because you gave my number to another provider. You said it’ll take 48hours to investigate. Day 4 still No Service Definitely Not Real.

  • joelbuckland
Joel Buckland (@joelbuckland) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England

Just spent 40 minutes in a queue to @ThreeUK, when I finally spoke to someone they passed me through to another department that was closed and automatically hang up on me. #avoid #threemobile #three

  • danvitale
Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Takeley, England

@GetMeAManager @ThreeUKSupport I am aware of that. However, a major airport near me recently had Three 5g coverage enabled, roughly at the same time my issues started. What does that tell you?

  • peter_hollas
Peter (@peter_hollas) reported from Stevenage District, England

@EE I have no way to call EE for help as both my old and new sim are not working in the middle of a network change?? I’m changing to @ThreeUK

  • nutterguy
Brendon Morgan (@nutterguy) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England

@ThreeUKSupport CM23 and its a Huawei Mate 10 Pro and a few other devices. Even when I've got close to full 4G the speed are pretty bad and don't get me started on the connection between here and Cambridge when I'm on the train. Happy to send more info if needed.

  • nutterguy
Brendon Morgan (@nutterguy) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England

@CaseyDoran @TalkTalk @thinkbroadband Still down due to broken fiber apparently. My phone data is crap in the flat here as well (thanks @ThreeUKSupport) so I can't even watch Netflix or YouTube and I've had to for a run. 😭

  • BenThapa82
Ben Thapa (@BenThapa82) reported from Ickleton, England

@ToniOgilby @ThreeUK Basically, the same all over the UK and when you tweet they act as if IT HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE

  • nutterguy
Brendon Morgan (@nutterguy) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England

@ThreeUKSupport Don't know of anyone else having issues but this a black spot of service for sure. I am having issues elsewhere but they are known signal issues (Cambridge station, Shelford Station, etc) in good coverage areas I do get good speeds. 😭

  • ChrisLongman2
Chris Longman (@ChrisLongman2) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England

@ThreeUK the level customer service is shocking when trying to help relatives with learning disabilities during lockdown. Barrier after barrier. I am sure other providers are much better. Can someone please contact me ASAP who can HELP.

  • threestain
threestain (@threestain) reported from Great Shelford, England

@ThreeUKSupport Very weird but I have a bar of 4G in the house, but she on smarty (three network of course) has none. iPhone 11 and iPhone XR respectively

  • Gary_Kilroy
    Gary Kilroy (@Gary_Kilroy) reported

I'm with @ThreeUK I recently got an email telling me they've merged their network with @VodafoneUK and I can connect to both and get better coverage. The service has got worse!

  • Katrina_Owen1
    Katrina Owen (@Katrina_Owen1) reported

    @craigyoung79 @ThreeUK Too bad

  • NeddyOrNot
    Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reported

It should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?

  • RyanSael
    Ryan Sael (@RyanSael) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I switched to giffgaff before left and just use payg without monthly plan, never had a problem since. maybe try order a new sim via ukpostbox then forward to your current address, that might help.

  • PaulHolman100
    Paul Holman 💙 (@PaulHolman100) reported

@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.

  • RealAreYouReady
    Are You Ready? (@RealAreYouReady) reported

@ThreeUK Why are your Indian customer service putting the phone down on me? Can i get a call back from an ENGLISH person please.

  • garyisatwit
    Gary Young (@garyisatwit) reported

@ThreeUK can you please explain why the signal for your network has got worse since you merged with @VodafoneUK ? It has got especially bad between Hungerford and Newbury.

  • ScarfNikki
    Nikki Scarf (@ScarfNikki) reported

@ThreeUK keep getting texts about an unpaid bill, no one can help me as I cant remember the number

  • leo_phillips
    Leo Phillips (@leo_phillips) reported

@PaulHolman100 @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK This is a good shout. From my personal experience, Spusu have been superb value for money and offer eSIMs also. Lyca were absolute crap so save yourself the headache.

  • stevelacey
    Steve Lacey 🔥 (@stevelacey) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also you consider getting a Google Voice US number for actual serious things that support it, aka everything non-UK
