    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK awful customer service. No desire to help. 2 months waiting, sent ID many times but all they want to do is send you into a chat facility who can’t do anything. Escalated to a complaint and they just cut you off.

    So attempting to cancel a @ThreeUK contract - four times the customer service team have hung up on me this morning and used delaying tactics to stop me cancelling my contract. What a terrible way to treat a customer - they just don’t care.

    @ThreeUK If it’s not Three it not real. How truthful Had no service since Wednesday because you gave my number to another provider. You said it’ll take 48hours to investigate. Day 4 still No Service Definitely Not Real.

    @ThreeUK the level customer service is shocking when trying to help relatives with learning disabilities during lockdown. Barrier after barrier. I am sure other providers are much better. Can someone please contact me ASAP who can HELP.

    @ThreeUKSupport This issue was over 12hrs ago. The issue happens every week or more on separate devices. Regular loss of 4G, which as I said causes a complete loss of home internet as your tech support advised to use 4G only. 3G barely usable during these outages. We are beyond basic faults here

    @ThreeUKSupport I have an existing complaint logged for this since November. There are no options to help the situation, like I said we are rural and it’s down to lack of capacity for a tower that will in my opinion not be resolved

    I took out a mobile data plan with @ThreeUK on the promise that it was a one month rolling contract I could cancel any time. I spent 4 hours today trying to cancel the contract, even covid is no excuse for such appalling customer service.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have already had a discount applied, I do not want more as I’d like to see the issue fixed. Like I mentioned, Three is the only fast internet option here so cancelling won’t help too. The only way Three can help would be to fix the capacity issue.

    @D_R_Fletch @ThreeUKSupport They are a nightmare and nothing will change as had over a year of bad coverage here and looking to buy out soon as was tied into a 24 month contract so if you've just joined you have 14 days to change your mind, use it wisely.

    @D_R_Fletch @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport Don't worry it's just probably the mast getting work done to it, it'll never be fixed and they'll tell you that your phone or sim card is the problem, leave if I were you, you'll get no faster speeds.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm a new customer and I'm having really poor connectivity issues with my MiFi box. Struggling to get close to 1Mbps and often drops out completely. Not in an overly built up area. 4G on my phone (different provider) is excellent by comparison. Postcode S3 8SH

    @ThreeUKSupport Hello. My iPhone 12 is full signal on both 4G and 5G but zero data speed. It has been like it for month and even the station staff joke about it being useless there. But it’s an area with flats and commuters so it shouldn’t be a black spot. It’s a pain buying rail tickets
