Joel Buckland (@joelbuckland) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@AnneHBuckland @ThreeUK Totally agree. The customer service is the reason I’m leaving @ThreeUK. Had business and personal phones with them for years but am cancelling them all due to how bad the customer service has been #threemobile #three #threeuk
-
Gary Riches (@Gary_BBGames) reported from Royston, England@Dom_Bryan @ThreeUKSupport Let me do a bit of their support for you... they don't
-
Mark Steward (@Dronny66) reported from Bishop's Stortford, EnglandI took out a mobile data plan with @ThreeUK on the promise that it was a one month rolling contract I could cancel any time. I spent 4 hours today trying to cancel the contract, even covid is no excuse for such appalling customer service.
-
threestain (@threestain) reported from Great Shelford, England@ThreeUKSupport Very weird but I have a bar of 4G in the house, but she on smarty (three network of course) has none. iPhone 11 and iPhone XR respectively
-
Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Takeley, England@ThreeUK No point pimping new phones if your network is not up to it.

Tom Andrew Hargreaves (@TommyH3885) reported from Baldock, England@ThreeUK Yes and it was a very bad, nearly 2 hour chat that didn’t result in much! DM me so I can explain fully!
-
Brendon Morgan (@nutterguy) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England@ThreeUKSupport CM23 and its a Huawei Mate 10 Pro and a few other devices. Even when I've got close to full 4G the speed are pretty bad and don't get me started on the connection between here and Cambridge when I'm on the train. Happy to send more info if needed.
-
Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Takeley, England@ThreeUKSupport I have already had a discount applied, I do not want more as I’d like to see the issue fixed. Like I mentioned, Three is the only fast internet option here so cancelling won’t help too. The only way Three can help would be to fix the capacity issue.
-
Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Takeley, England@GetMeAManager @ThreeUKSupport I am aware of that. However, a major airport near me recently had Three 5g coverage enabled, roughly at the same time my issues started. What does that tell you?
-
Chris Longman (@ChrisLongman2) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England@ThreeUK the level customer service is shocking when trying to help relatives with learning disabilities during lockdown. Barrier after barrier. I am sure other providers are much better. Can someone please contact me ASAP who can HELP.
-
Dan Vitale (@danvitale) reported from Bishops Stortford, England@ThreeUKSupport This issue was over 12hrs ago. The issue happens every week or more on separate devices. Regular loss of 4G, which as I said causes a complete loss of home internet as your tech support advised to use 4G only. 3G barely usable during these outages. We are beyond basic faults here
-
Paul Morrison (@psmorrison) reported from Stansted Mountfitchet, England@RinaLeia2012 @ThreeUK It’s really poor treatment of loyal customers, particularly as they only said in January they had no plans to do this 😢
-
Oneccie 🥇 (@CcieOne) reported from Stevenage District, England@ThreeUKSupport Any way to cancel the contract agreement due to unsutisfactory network coverage? I dont want to keep playing for the services that not working more often then working.
-
Esther Robertson (@Rosie_flute) reported from Stevenage District, England@ThreeUK If it’s not Three it not real. How truthful Had no service since Wednesday because you gave my number to another provider. You said it’ll take 48hours to investigate. Day 4 still No Service Definitely Not Real.
-
Brendon Morgan (@nutterguy) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England@ThreeUKSupport Don't know of anyone else having issues but this a black spot of service for sure. I am having issues elsewhere but they are known signal issues (Cambridge station, Shelford Station, etc) in good coverage areas I do get good speeds. 😭
-
Joel Buckland (@joelbuckland) reported from Letchworth Garden City, EnglandJust spent 40 minutes in a queue to @ThreeUK, when I finally spoke to someone they passed me through to another department that was closed and automatically hang up on me. #avoid #threemobile #three
-
Karen Mavundukure (@karenmavx) reported from Stevenage District, England@ThreeUKSupport I’ve had zero network for the past 3 hours what’s happened
-
Simon Carter (@Scoutsscarter) reported from Bishop's Stortford, EnglandSo attempting to cancel a @ThreeUK contract - four times the customer service team have hung up on me this morning and used delaying tactics to stop me cancelling my contract. What a terrible way to treat a customer - they just don’t care.
-
threestain (@threestain) reported from Great Shelford, England@ThreeUKSupport I am a three customer

-
Rizwan Ali (@rizwanalihaidr) reportedHi @ThreeUKSupport , This is now a formal complaint. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and the service I’ve received recently is completely unacceptable. Crocidolite (@Crocidolite11) reported£15.96 before April now £18.26 from April and @ThreeUK can’t get their emails out quick enough to tell you of the price increase for a further year of the same ******* service. £27.60 more from one customer. That’s roughly £289 MILLION additional revenue just from the UK alone.
-
Karl Smith (@Soundog_Babylon) reported@ThreeUKSupport why is it I am constantly finding that my phone only has emergency service from the 3 network?! I am missing calls and people tell me when they call I am unavailable! Currently I am paying for a service that isn't fit for purpose!
-
Joe Tweeting. (@joeisstanding) reportedI had the same issue when speaking to @ThreeUK about the money they owed me after I traded in my old phone last year. Bring back UK customer service.
