    @GetMeAManager @ThreeUKSupport I am aware of that. However, a major airport near me recently had Three 5g coverage enabled, roughly at the same time my issues started. What does that tell you?

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK awful customer service. No desire to help. 2 months waiting, sent ID many times but all they want to do is send you into a chat facility who can’t do anything. Escalated to a complaint and they just cut you off.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have already had a discount applied, I do not want more as I’d like to see the issue fixed. Like I mentioned, Three is the only fast internet option here so cancelling won’t help too. The only way Three can help would be to fix the capacity issue.

    @ThreeUKSupport Very weird but I have a bar of 4G in the house, but she on smarty (three network of course) has none. iPhone 11 and iPhone XR respectively

    @ThreeUK the level customer service is shocking when trying to help relatives with learning disabilities during lockdown. Barrier after barrier. I am sure other providers are much better. Can someone please contact me ASAP who can HELP.

    So attempting to cancel a @ThreeUK contract - four times the customer service team have hung up on me this morning and used delaying tactics to stop me cancelling my contract. What a terrible way to treat a customer - they just don’t care.

    @ThreeUK I am finding that I have paid for a service I just can’t use . The whole family are on 3 and it doesn’t work anymore. It is both when I am home and away it comes up no service? That’s the whole family too !

    I took out a mobile data plan with @ThreeUK on the promise that it was a one month rolling contract I could cancel any time. I spent 4 hours today trying to cancel the contract, even covid is no excuse for such appalling customer service.

    @ThreeUKSupport This issue was over 12hrs ago. The issue happens every week or more on separate devices. Regular loss of 4G, which as I said causes a complete loss of home internet as your tech support advised to use 4G only. 3G barely usable during these outages. We are beyond basic faults here

    @ThreeUK If it’s not Three it not real. How truthful Had no service since Wednesday because you gave my number to another provider. You said it’ll take 48hours to investigate. Day 4 still No Service Definitely Not Real.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have an existing complaint logged for this since November. There are no options to help the situation, like I said we are rural and it’s down to lack of capacity for a tower that will in my opinion not be resolved

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, it's always been like it & with previous phone. Doesn't seem to be a particular time or spot in the house, it's all day every day. I end up using another phone to make the call again. We live in a wooded area, so I understand poor signal, but that's why I need WiFi calling!

    Why cant @ThreeUK simply just let you leave their network without hassle. "I want to move as there is no signal at this address". "Yes thank you mam I can see you have no signal so what i will do is give you £3 of your monthly cost"

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve called customer service AGAIN today - and they simply said that it might not be sorted for another week! I need to access work on my phone and this is not acceptable! I literally get about an hour of service a day at the moment…

    @ThreeUK This is no longer true. Your data cap is 12GB and you charge local calls at £2.75 per min. I'm a Three customer in Latvia right now. Calling a local Latvian number using my Three unlimited calls costs £2.75 per min. Local EU calls are all chargeable. You don't have free EU calls.
