@ThreeUK have to be the worst network going, I thankfully left them recently due to multiple issues. Received a final bill stating I'm in credit and to call them to arrange refund. Called this morning and they now state the bill is incorrect ... complete incompetence 🙈

@ThreeUKSupport I had cancelled an add-on but I still got charged for it on the next billing cycle. I contacted support twice to get it resolved, each time I was told it was cancelled and I would be refunded. Still no refund and I've been charged once more.
