    @ThreeUK I understand extra security when delivering phones, but you won't let me pick another delivery place and DPD only deliver on weekdays, and won't let me collect my phone from the depot. I have to take a day off of work to be able to receive my phone! ******* stupid.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, we have been told on my occasion that the refund has been processed and the money never appears! Sick of chasing and the lack of customer service. To make it worse, the refund was because 3 took the money in error!

    @theTunnelBear is there an issue using your service on @virginmedia - first time using their internet and I canโ€™t access your website and my bear wonโ€™t activate (HTTPS error is thrown rather than a direct blocking notification) think @ThreeUK are also blocking your website

    @ThreeUK @cathaypacific turned my phone on after having it switched off in flight mode and was instantly charged ยฃ5 for the second the air network was on. Should have to accept or submit an email for permission before just using it. ยฃ5 for air.

    Very sneaky from @ThreeUK. Account closed, told it would refund any credit. Get a letter saying account is in credit but need to call to get it. Obviously calling isnโ€™t working currently. Sorted now with great chat support. Fine now, just sneaky.

    @davwheat_ @ThreeUKSupport @madwedge Distance. 5G upload is terrible. The broadcasting site has beamforming and power on its side. My little OnePlus 9 Pro doesnโ€™t really have either. Higher frequency, shorter distance.

    @ThreeUKSupport Problem is Kimberly that Three fail to admit thereโ€™s an issue & fob us off. Itโ€™s been terrible for a long time now & so has the customer service.

    @OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had three home broadband for years. Now I'm getting 2mb-10mb download. Single person using the hub and get 400mb on phone using 5g. Makes 0 sense obviously been slowed down by the network
