    @ThreeUK #camberley customer service today was shocking. Don’t tell me I’ve a fantastic upgrade on line when in store the tram are lacklusture- offering deals that cost more and blaming remote management .... #20years+ #letdown

    @PitirisTom @ThreeUK I'm tied into a contract but surely if I'm not happy with the service I should be able to get out? I never had a single issue on @SMARTYMobileUK at 1/4 of the cost but I needed a new device

    I used to pay £10pm to @SMARTYMobileUK and always had perfect signal. I needed a new phone so switched to @ThreeUK for £45pm and my signal is constantly horrendous. I live in Reading not a Forrest, what's the issue!? Can I cancel my contract if I'm I happy with the service??

    @ThreeUK I have been scammed through 3 Pay and Three withdrew money from my account knowing about the fraud. I keep reporting the fraud to customer services and nothing has been done to address it. Three consciously enable fraud!

    @ThreeUK - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!
