@chadderscheesee @ThreeUK @EE I had been with three for 3 months of a 12 month contract. I just complained that my signal was not what I wanted and I ended my contract. No harm in trying. Go on their live chat rather than phone them so you don't get annoyed when they lie to you

@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

@ThreeUKSupport don’t think so. told that ‘work is being done and it will be better in June’. I was told this in November as well but still slow. Same line used by all the phone agents to get you off the phone. asked what other options there are. told I could leave early or have some money off.

Please make sure to never take a contract out with @ThreeUK. They have broken 3 promises and now saying it’s going to take another week to sort my issue. How can you treat your loyal customers like that? Every time I speak to them on livechat I just get fobbed off
