    Dear @ThreeUK, your customer support people on the phone must stop asking account passwords to users as proof of ownership to get some help. Itโ€™s unethical and I guess also against the law.

    @ThreeUKSupport any chance you can pop out to RG31 and stick a temp cell up, whilst your engineers tinker about? Starting the 42nd hour since services started to flap and be unstable.

    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb ยฃ58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was ยฃ55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for ยฃ51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Itโ€™s ok. Iโ€™ve escalated and am awaiting feedback from complaints team. The last few days have been a shambles & Iโ€™ve spent hours trying to fix Threes issues. Bottom line is you want 4 contracts or you donโ€™t......

    @ThreeUKSupport I want to leave your network but I will not be moving to another network. On your website it talks about PACs and STACs but they both mention "moving to other networks" which I don't want. Please help!!

    .@ThreeUKSupport is there any chance you could make your network work in the centre of Edinburgh. It is appallingly bad and has been for a very long time. I was hoping your Vodafone merger was fixing it but seems not.
