    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks, but this feels like a generic response rather than an actual look into the issue. The outage has occurred only during working hours, 8am to 4pm, for two weeks straight. That pattern doesn’t feel “unpredictable” — it feels ignored.

    This tweet took a whole minute to send @ThreeUKSupport If you guys merged with Vodafone why is the service not Vodafone level? They said they will give me 50% reduction in termination fee and I asked for legal team email to put a complaint, they didn’t have a legal team? Crazy
