    @SuperSaf @ThreeUK Different story in Woking, Surrey No 5G and 4G+ data speeds of about 4 Meg very poor quality too constantly cutting out. 😢

    @PitirisTom @ThreeUK I'm tied into a contract but surely if I'm not happy with the service I should be able to get out? I never had a single issue on @SMARTYMobileUK at 1/4 of the cost but I needed a new device

    I used to pay £10pm to @SMARTYMobileUK and always had perfect signal. I needed a new phone so switched to @ThreeUK for £45pm and my signal is constantly horrendous. I live in Reading not a Forrest, what's the issue!? Can I cancel my contract if I'm I happy with the service??

    Currently paying £50 a month for an iPhone 12 and now just been given an iPhone 14 at £44 a month! Hats off to @ThreeUK for your quality service; you have made my morning!

    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK Be aware three will rip you off have a sim only contract with unlimited everything prices went up by40% so tried cancelling but they won’t cancel and are still charging disgraceful trouble is I stop paying I will get into trouble these big companies have you by the *****

    @ThreeUKSupport hi I have so issues with voicemail and on o2 and we I had visual voicemail where I could delete messages simply however I don’t seem to be able to find how to set this up on your network. Please advise.

    @ThreeUKSupport I want to leave your network but I will not be moving to another network. On your website it talks about PACs and STACs but they both mention "moving to other networks" which I don't want. Please help!!

    @ThreeUKSupport shocking service. Upgrade isn’t coming today even tho confirmation email says so. Due date is a month away and I know my local store has it in stock. Told I can only reverse upgrade and can’t get it today. Poor is not the word.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your website won't let me upgrade my SIM-only plan (due to demand, it says). I requested a PAC but received a message saying "oops, we can't process your request at the moment due to a system issue". What's going on? I can't stay, I can't leave!

    @ThreeUKSupport Please please can someone help me, I'm on advance plan (aug 2020) I've not gone over 12gb of data and being charged for data in USA. The three rep on the phone is trying is trying negotiate how much I will accept for being charged for data!

    @ThreeUK sort your customer service out. You've asked me to call you which I have, and nobody seems to know what you wanted me for. Two weeks of not receiving incoming calls and despite explaining this to your agent he asked me the same questions 5 times. I've given up. Pathetic
