@ThreeUKSupport Both my wife and myself are having some issues making and receiving calls today. Outgoing calls either take sound 10 secs to go through or not at all and on incoming calls the caller sometimes gets a message saying this number is not in use. S35 postcode area.

Hey @ThreeUK - Why can nobody ring me? Everything works fine from my end and I’ve no issues with signal or my phone but if someone tries ringing me? It won’t connect. Odd.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Pete. We’re all on Three. So signal/service isn’t allowing us to connect properly, getting cut off over and over. I’m on the app now. If the signal was as good as the media engagement, there wouldn’t be any issues here.

@ThreeUKSupport no matter where I am, I'm getting very poor 4g or no internet connection. Got a new phone, but same problems. I've reset everything, including internet settings. What else can I do? Or are you just getting worse on 4G?

@samuriinbred @velobetty @ThreeUKSupport Yep we did the same. We got given a different phone number that put us through to a UK office that didn't read from the script. They even got me a phone call with a senior engineer that led to us diagnosing problem quick (2 faulty routers)

@Zonino2000 @ThreeUK honestly since march i've been in my house on wifi 99% of the time so PAYG has been good cos i don't have to pay for **** i'm not using but yeah in normal times i would use it more so i'm looking at monthly plans, voxi seems good also
